Every time my mothers doctor seems over a prescription to be filled the pharmacy staff say they didnt get it. Her doctor has had to repeatedly recend prescription requests to this location.It seems the staff at the pharmacy need to pay closer attention to their the faxes sent by doctors.This is the closest pharmacy to her home. Otherwise, I would move her account somewhere else.

I bought a easter basket and I knew the toys in it were not the best but at least they should be playable, the bouncing ball had a leak and the toys didnt last two rounds. This items were not cheap, these baskets cost me $23 each. I Know is not too expensive but at least make sure the merchandise is in good condition.

Been my local Walgreens but lately lots of crack heads and homeless people loitering around. So called security is some retired Vato from your local neighborhood Gang. He looks like a AKA GRUMPY to me. Playing loud oldies booze on the side smoking cigarettes like a train. His presence was more likely to see violence happening here.

I sent $97.60! Of course, i want a bag! Just odd! Didnt speak..she was just odd! Even the way she was giving me the bags...wont return

3rd time they screw me over in the photo counter. Last order was a photo book. Ordered at 11 30 am and the machine told me my order would be ready by 3:30pm. I came in a 3:30 and turns out my book was never printed. They asked me to wait 20 more min. 35 min later and nothing. This is the last time im ever doing any business here

I have been doing business at this location for more than ten years & continue to return because of their wonderful “customer service “ They try to accommodate me in most of my request.......I look forward to many more years.

I been coming to Walgreens Pharmacy for years ... they are great. They explain my medications and directions every time. The only reason I give it 3/5 stars is because they do have lazy employees that when it comes down to my daughters medication they dont want to order it because they dont have it on stock .

I get my prescriptions from here and never have any issues. The people working here are nice but sometimes this place gets crazy busy and they don’t seem to work quicker which really slows the process down .

The worst Walgreens that I ever been their customer service us very bad they are busy and very slow and they dont care about the customers..they waste my time for 2 hours to make ready my prescription after 2 hours when I came back they still didnt make ready my perscription.dont go to this place its just wasting of time

Terrible Pharmacy customer service. A lady stood at the window for 5 min. without being helped before me. I waited over 10 min. to be waited on. It should not take a circus function to get a flu shot. My visit was nothing but a colossal waste of time. I am not coming back to that Circus anymore.

Definitely reporting you guys, you guys are suppose to stay open until 5 and are closing way before 4:30 went to pick up my mothers medicine and the girl at the pharmacy seen me walking up and she closed the door after she heard me call her she ignored me they are beyond rude they don’t deserve a job especially not during these times extremely ignorant.

They usually get a little busy later on in the day but morning to early afternoon, I have never had a problem with service. Employees always greet me and ask if I need help. The thing I dont like is that they dont have as much as I would personally like. I like to browse around a bit sometimes.They have most anything youd need.

Horrible on hold for 15 minutes.Pharmacist answered and put me on hold 4 times.not worth the wait better service can be received elsewhere

I love it here cause they have a drive thru pharmacy when I need to pick up my children medicines I dont need to get down with them I just go Thru the drive thru

This place is a joke. Been there thrice and I cant believe the number of homeless people they allowed to loiter and harras their customers right infront of the store. Please do something about this since this is getting out of hand. Thank you

I go very often to this store but today I was a man there charging and when I put my card I wanted to put my phone number and he scold me, he told me why are you pressing the buttons if I did not tell you he is an unkind and very rude man They shouldnt have it charging because its not nice I want to complain to the manager
