First I would like to start off by saying Worldwide Cellular has exceptional Customer service. I came with multiple problems on my Iphone XS Max. The screen was not only cracked but it had rainbow lines going across it and black spots, it also had issues with the battery where my phone would get extremely hot at times. I thought I would need a new phone but Demetrius insured me that he would be able to fix my problems and save me $$$ at the same time. Now my phone is in great condition!! I also purchased a protective case, screen protector and other essentials from him. Great business, I would recommend this place to anyone!

The experience every time I go has always been welcoming and friendly. I can’t say one bad thing about Demetrius he knows how to treat people and his prices are reasonable I love it. So if you ever need a repair or a phone this is your guy to go to.

If there was a rating over 5 stars then Demetrius would have earned it. Its very rare that you find someone so customer oriented. There isnt another company I know of that could provide a better experience, or a better price, than you will find here.

They did a great job repairing my iPhone 7 Screen today and in a timely manner with the best price around. Also great that they take walk ins until 5 and are mobile after until 8. I definitely recommend them.

Hands down the best customer service around. I was able to purchase everything that I need for our family phones at a low cost. Also, my daughter screen was cracked and within and hour he had her phone fixed and delivered to our home.

11/10. I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone 8, and was seriously considering sending it to Apple. I knew that I would have to pay much more for that, especially Apple certified stuff, but I knew it would be expensive. I go to Smileys almost every weekend to browse around, and Ive seen Worldwide Cellular before. I passed it yesterday, knowing that I needed a replacement, and I thought Well, might as well get a quote. He told me that the battery itself, and labor fees together would only be about $53. I decided to make the purchase, thinking Eh, if anything goes wrong, Ill only be out $50. He did the job, great customer service. when I left, I noticed a bit of a blue haze on my screen, caused by the pressure the new battery was putting on the screen. I went back to him, and he admitted it was his fault and fixed the issue at no extra cost to me. The battery works well, and way better than the old one. Thanks for being an honest human, and I cant wait to see your stand-alone store.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Came in to get my iPad charging port fixed. They were supposed to order the part for me, but when I came in they offered to clean it for me. Low and behold it started working again and he saved me about $40

Their pricing is really reasonable and the costumer service is AMAZING he help me and my boyfriend today just out of the kindness out of his heart with trying to found out what’s wrong with his phone.
