This is the worst store I ever been . All staff including security guy is unprofessional. It seems they don’t want to work and wanna do chit chat every time . I hope Verizon should get out of the company store, and give a franchisee . When people work for their living and competitive enough, they understand what customer means . Highly disappointed. I have five lines and I m turning it down all of them.

If a wireless portable power pack has to be plugged in to your phone to charge it, then whats the point of buying it, just plug your phone charger into the wall.
There was this one lady! Let me explain, I just left from there. I’ve been up all day because I had exams and school, and on top of that I have work. We waited a whole hour and 30 minutes just to get talked to. I had to work, so I’m over here already stressed and now having to be stressed about being late. My mother told me to get the pro max before I came in and then switched up and caught an attitude which made me even more stressed and I was just ready to leave and go to work. I don’t care if my sister and my mama say something bad about me, we family. The lady going to have the nerve to say “I’m not going to make it far in life.” Excuse me? Am I not allowed to have a bad day? Am I not allowed to be a human being. You do not know anybody background to sit up here and talk about a customer. If she sees this. You need to be fired. Everyone else can have a great day

Johnathan W. helped me with the most annoying setting on my phone that plagued me for almost a year. Brother didnt even get frustrated. I sure was. Definitely an asset to this store. I went a few days later and the general manager was there. Very nice Professional woman but no one could put on my screen protector. Im still gonna give them a 5.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The sales person who’s name was Paul was very condescending, unprofessional and flat out rude. Customer service was awful even leaving me while I was asking questions about device to whisper with his coworker. I ended up visiting the Verizon store on Riverside Dr to complete my purchase.

Liar they signed me up for plan dont exist. Inside Verizon cant get Verizon service and the brand new phone dont work nor charge with 14 day buyer return and get told go to corporate store for full refund for phone and service which havent even activated hot spot yet computer says I have used funny not activated and then offered same plan again on same call to be said again not offer and now have to wait another 7 to 10 business days for another decision yet already had and just refused to do what was already done so another day wasted for nothing service dont work period
I went to pick up a iPad I ordered online Wednesday and as I approached the door the security guard came running out the door and says rudely “What do you need sir, ma’am or whatever your trying to be” under his breath thinking I didn’t hear him when he clearly saw I was a guy. Then a ghetto black girl came out behind him and asked my name then went back in the store and came out 10 minutes later (Don’t see how it took that long to get when it was already ready for pickup) with my iPad. Since they were so rude and unprofessional I won’t be coming back to this location.

It was obvious the employees working there are only there for a paycheck. No well or thank you or is there anything else I can help you with. I guess since Im a Senior citizen they dont think Im worth their time.

Had a phone for little over a week it stopped working they acted like I was gonna have to buy a new phone until I told them no I am not paying 400 to replace phone and they finally took it to back and got it working in 5 minutes
Ive had Verizon for years never really had a problem but here lately you can never get a live person on the phone. I figure if Im paying for a service it should not take two days to talk to someone. Im just saying?

Experienced the WORST customer service I ever received by far. We walked in it was only 2 customers both was already receiving service. The manager on duty approached me an ask “what can he help me with today” I answered he replied just a moment. Thirty minutes passed still no service. Meanwhile the manager is sitting on his phone.
A little short handed and some folks said they been there for an hour,but I was waited on within 30 minutes...guess it depends on what youre having done..I was satisfied with the my tech and his ability to help me my problem..he was very courteous!

Went into the store to pick up a phone I ordered offline. When activating my phone it felt hot in the store, so I asked the representative that gave me his phone to activate it to take a look at it because it was already hot. He nonchalantly said, Okay, well take a look at it in a minute, then disappeared. So when I saw the next representative free I asked her about the problem. She acted as though she did not hear me, so I looked around to find the person she thought I was talking to. When doing so, she then said, Whats your number? while reaching for my phone and not even looking at me. She pulled up the system upgrade and told me to push the button to begin the process. Please note that the only reason she ignored me in the first place was because she was playing on her own phone. When I got frustrated I was about to ask for the manager, which is when I looked at her name tag just to see that it said Corlita Manager. I was shocked! Especially since I once worked for Verizon including this same store for almost 3 years! Its a shame that the manager and the other representative, (didnt get his name, but he is the really tall and stout guy there), dont realize that they are representing a great company with great wireless service! Employees as such could easily cause customers to look elsewhere for wireless service. Im calling corporate to see if the store still has the same District Manager, whom knows me very well, since I was the top customer service agent for accessory sells in my district numerous of times. I hope they quickly learn the value of their job! Many people would love to work for such a great company.
EVERYTIME IVE BEEN IN HERE, EVEN WHEN THEY ARENT BUSY THERES NOONE TO HELP YOU AND IT TAKES FOREVER. GO TO THE ONE ON ZEBULON RD THEY ARE NICER AND SERVICE IS PROMPT

Went in at 1130 left at 430 because of poor manager who left her employee to handle our very difficult issue with a software problem in billing and a faulty brand new s9+. Her answer was to give us a refurbished phone on a new phone that was not out of the 14day period because their system didnt jive with the online system that clearly stated it wasnt activated until 4 days later so we were still within our 14 days. The employee did everything he could but she left him there to handle it and left the building.
Johnathan was a rock star !! We were having troubles switching providers and he did all the grunt work and got us on our way with a smile and done jokes he is 100%
I had an upgrade so I a bogo and I am having so much trouble with the employees making my bill right and because they didnt post my return I have a late fee.....So thanks

Customer for over 10 years. 5 lines, 2 Ipads and jet pack. Husband went in to get help purchasing a charger. No customers in store. Employees just looked at him and made no recognition of him or try to help. African American man walks in and half the employees said ‘Welcome to Verizon’ and went to help. Why does color matter in this day and age? Just needed a reason to start moving phones and just got it.

Went into store on 10-11-2016 and purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy 7 phones mainly because of the promotion offered on phones. Representative very nice and cordial and even wrote down on our sales paper who to contact to obtain promotion. Tried to input promotional information on Samsung Web-site and it would not take because this promotion ended on 10-9-2016. However, the sales sheet on said phone was still up and no promotional dates shown. The only date on sales sheet was a 10-17-2016 submission date. Been on the phone all day and went to upper level management and they would not accept submission. Tried to get in contact with representative who gave us his card, Robert Parton and was put on hold many times and he never took the call. Tried his voice mail and it was full. Even e-mailed him, no reply. Stay away from Verizon. This is a travesty of injustice. I am returning phones and discontinuing my service. You would think with the Samsung note 7 recall, they would want to maintain customers. Not the case. Poor service by Samsung/Verizon. Shame on you, Robert for not responding to any calls or e-mails.

Employees are unhelpful and lazy. Ive never had any luck with any problems Ive ever had with my phone. If it wasnt for the cell coverage I would leave Verizon. As I stand here in the store waiting to be helped there are 3 employees standing around playing with their personal phones.

No inhouse tech anymore, had to discuss problem with tech on phone. Less service and still pay large monthly amount.
