Came here to upgrade my phone to the new Samsung and had a pleasant experience with Kris. I knew exactly what I wanted and how it worked as I have done this before at other t-mobile stores. The upgrade and switch didnt take too long and I left with my phone. Took a star off because I had to come back 10 minutes later because my phone wouldnt make calls which I should have checked before I left but the issue was resolved very quickly. Would come back again the next time Im looking to upgrade.

Never waited on at the store in a year in a year and a half. always get stuck with a manager Chris. This guy also doesnt believe in helping the handicapped or disabled people I would highly recommend not going to The store or any doings of business at this place. I was told by upper management they would help me. Whats my 2nd time down at thestore today he promised me he would help me. My friend went with me and I have photos of him at the store Brand new phone I just got. Its not working either. The only reason why its getting a one star is because I probably wouldnt be able to post this on the Internet or wherever its going.

My phone crashed and I’m so glad I came here instead of going through Apple! Great customer service, they told me how long it was going to be (Only 30 min) so I didn’t have to stand around inside the store. When I came back the tech that gave me my loner phone was super nice and offered to explain everything about it to me. I could just tell she’s very good at dealing with frustrated people. They literally lock the doors when they get to capacity and there are hand sanitizers and wipes everywhere, and no one wearing their mask under their nose. I was very comfortable and I definitely recommend!

Went to store yesterday to pay my bill at the kiosk I’m looking for the option to pay by credit and the machine had to be rebooted. While I’m standing it’s a female employee there asking her coworker to take off there mask so they can take selfie’s. I had there discussion about a taco carry out so I was there longer than a couple minutes to the kiosk to reboot. No one ask could they help until I reached out for help. Someone pulled into the parking lot and I heard this same female say this customer bet not come through this door. The bottom line this store is unprofessional.

This company as a whole and this store specifically are great if you enjoy poorly trained staff. Or maybe staff that have been trained really well in how to be evasive, incompetent, and frustrating unless youre shelling out hundreds of dollars. Do yourself a solid and find a carrier that wont charge you a 5G price for a 2G performance.

Worst experience I have had with this company. I bought a new smart watch. The watch was a standalone product but would not make calls. After several days with tech support on the phone, they, tech support, made an appointment for me at this store to try to resolve the issue with a tech person. I arrived on time and was stopped at the door by a salesman who wanted to see the watch and have me explain to him what the issue was, after his diagnosis he said I could not see a tech person and that they would not help to try to resolve this issue. He stated that he thought the phone was not Sprint compatible (it was verified by sprint phone techs) and that I should get Verizon.

Tried getting my phone replacement started here kast week before the thing completely stopped charging altogether. Was ignored by the staff fir half an hiur before being handed a business card and shoved out the door. Customers were not wearing masks. Had to go back to get the phone replacement finalized and there is literally not a single person in the store. Turns out (after talking to a T-Mobile employee at another location) the entire staff has Covid and the store is closed for 3 weeks. Who would have thought?

The worst customer service ever. Walked in at 7:10 to return my that customer service told me to do and the guy who greeted me said they are closed right now and would not help. He told me to come back at 10am, I asked if I can make an appointment, he said they don’t do appointments for these things. I left and called another store and the gentleman said they are a corporate store and told me I can bring my phone as long as it’s by 7:45 and that they can make appointments. I will be calling corporate, I am very upset. They never want to help you unless it’s a sale and it benefits them. I’m also willing to pay the termination fee on my other phone and just cancel them after 16 years.

I had a great experience at this location after spending pointless hours at the Greenfield location, which couldnt help me. Sam was awesome & fixed the issue with my phone in about 5 minutes. The store looked packed but they have a screen that shows your place in line which is nice. Sam recommended some great products too. Ill definitely make this my sprint location!

Over the past weekend I took my Fiance in to this location to add her to my plan with Sprint was greeted by Meme. She was a great help in getting my fiance out of her current AT&T phone plan! Not only did they get her out of the phone but we got her into the iPhone X with a cheaper monthly note than what she had for an iPhone 7 with AT&T while having a better service plan with unlimited data! I would definitely recommend this location and if Meme is available I would definitely work with her and her manager Abdul.

I was completely ripped off by these people. I had my charging port replaced for which I paid $75. Since I got it back, it will not fast charge, it takes 8-9 hours to charge and, if I use it while charging, the battery drains faster than it charges. As an added bonus, I have serious connectivity issues which have never occurred until the day I got my phone back. I have zero service, not even roaming, in my home and office where I previously had 4g coverage.Their answer to all of this - its not our problem. They said that the phone is charging, so, technically, they fixed the issue. They claim no responsibility for the connectivity issues and will do nothing to get my phone in working order. So I paid them $75 to get a phone that still has a charging issue and is useless in my home and office, where I spend 90% of my time.Oh, and this is my favorite part, Tony the Sprint genius had the unfortunate job of relaying the managers message to me. In doing so, he told me that I have no connectivity issues because the phone is intact and to substantiate his claim he quoted Einstein in saying, its science.In summary, customer service was terrible from Tony, I paid them $75 and now have a phone that doesnt work 90% of the time. Stay as far away from this store as possible. Run. Run and never look back.

This place is FULL of customers, I’ve been here for over an hour yet only 1 person ahead of me in line has been assisted which seems completely unacceptable and inexcusable considering just how many staff members are on shift just floating around, taking their sweet time with what seems to be zero sense of urgency or consideration for how many other people are waiting. The only staff member that is noticeably efficient with customers is the repair tech. Also, this “sign in” system is completely useless and unfair. I am here for a service that will sincerely take less than 5 minutes yet the way the “sign in” station works - I am forced to wait behind customers that require much more extensive, time consuming services. That issue coupled with employees who are in no rush to stop making small talk with their current customers and move onto assisting the next person waiting, pretty sure I won’t be helped before closing time at this rate...I changed my review from 1 star to 2 just because the Racquel and Laura were incredibly friendly and professional once I was finally assisted.

This Sprint location is classified as a corporate location, where you are supposed to be able to return devices among other things, that you wouldnt be able to do at other Sprint locations. DO NOT waste your time trying to do anything at this location!! The staff is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful! Horrible service!I tried closing my account and returning my device here, after the online representative had instructed me to do so..only to have the associate there tell me that, we dont want to do returns, because sometimes our mail doesnt make it back to the warehouse . Thats insane, and really not my problem, he then told me to just call online..this location is useless, just like the rest of Sprint customer services.

Horrible service. They will show you EVERY promotion currently running and lead you to believe they apply to you. But once there - you must have misheard. No big deal. Perhaps I did. However...when I bought 2 phones. They were very busy according to the supervisor. They transferred my data to the wrong phone/wrong number. I had to come back the next day for them to fix. I asked the supervisor how this happened and he said we did a lot of phones yesterday these things happen. So, “increased volume means decreased accuracy.” I’ll never come back here again.

The Sprint Store in Madison Heights is awesome! Everyone there is super friendly. I see people here complaining about long waits. The place is always busy! They have an awesome sign-in system that helps each customer get service in a timely manner! I always work with Brett and he is nothing short of great at what he does. The service team always takes care of my phone issues and will order a replacement if my phone is unrepairable. Again, awesome store. Awesome people.

In the beginning no price was ever brought up so I let them fix my phone same day. Then at the END of the service he gives me the price and says Im sorry I thought I told you this in the beginning. -_-

Worst customer care service I have ever seen.I strongly recommend you try another store, the wait time is ridiculously too much.I will advise management to provide more training to the employees on how to do their job well in order to take care of customers fast and not to waste time on unnecessary conversations while more customers are waiting.

The worst customer service of all. I went to the store for service because my LCD screen went black. They knew I wanted it repaired, so they took my name and had me to wait after I told them what was wrong. The young man Kenneth, called my name and asked if I was there for a repair. He did not look at my phone to see if he could see what the problem was and just said we do not have any parts for that model.I said I want you to send it out to be repaired. He said, it will take 5 to 7 days and you will be without a phone. I said well give me a loaner. He said, we do not have any loaners. He said if we send it out there is no guarantee that it will be fixed and proceeded to guided me over to the new phones and proceeded to sell me a new phone. He was so dry and had the nerve to walk away. Unbelievable!!! After selling me the phone he asked, Do you have any questions? Instead of showing me the basic and new features on the phone. I was so disgusted, I just left. They are crooks.I got the phone, AND WILL BE RETURNING IT IMMEDIATELY.I went to another store and got it repaired in 20 minutes.

I went to the sprint store because my mom in North Carolina Carolina out that she needed top up grade get phone. She had an iPhone 6 that was not working correctly and it would be$130 to fix it. She went to a sprint store in NC at the same time I went to the one in Madison Heights. She was helped immediately. I had to sign in and wait on a list. While waiting it appeared that 2 people were being helped. While 5 other staff members were looking over shoulders of just walking around. After about 25 minutes my name was not on the list anymore and had not been called. When I finally got someone to answer what had happened, i was told that other people had appointments. I understood that but where had my name gone. I was told that I was now 4th on the list. I had been 2nd when I first signed in. I called my mom who was at the store in NC. The woman st that did was able to walk me through what i needed to do online. I left the store after an hour. And still had not been helped by the staff that i was seeing walking back and forth. If they had helped me when I got there I would have been out in less than 10 minutes.

Yet another large corporation with terrible customer service. These people treat their customers poorly because they know there are few options that are better. The employees flat out lied to us twice. First, they said they had the part for my wifes phone in stock. The next day, they had forgotten about the repair, they said because of a shift change in the technician at the store. When I asked about discounted pricing for the mistake, they said the delay was actually because they had to wait on the part to arrive. So they either lied to us the day before or when they made that statement. Second, they said they hadnt contacted me about the delay in receiving the part because they didnt have a contact number. I know that is an out right fallacy because the technician had taken all that information down when we brought the phone.After all of that, they were unapologetic, rude, and claimed they had no power to make amends. If that last part is true, then Sprints corporate policy is deeply flawed, or they dont believe the people at this store are competent enough to wield that level of power and exercise common sense.Either way, this store is absolutely horrible. If you cant take your service to another carrier, I would, at the very least, avoid this location at all costs.

This place is a corporate store and probably one of the worst Ive ever had the displeasure of doing business with, after having problems with not one but two Samsung galaxy s10 plus for data connectivity issues, they refused to test my phone and instead sent me to a UbreakiFix on the opposite end of town, so I go there only to be told my phone passed the test and there was nothing i could do anymore. I did end up getting this resolved at a different corporate store, no thanks to this one. Look for my review on the store on gratiot and 13 Mile.

Hardware service is a scam. $7 a month and they just wipe the phone and replace the battery. They refuse to replace the phone even when you have brought it back in for the same issue multiple times.In lieu of good service they instead put pressure on you to upgrade your phone. Total ripoff, cash grab. I will be cancelling my service after 15 years of being a sprint customer.Dont use this store as a service center, find a different one or just use a different cell provider. Had trouble with my phone two weeks after purchasing it from 14 and Gratiot Sprint store. I was not impressed with the customer service or sales rep that took care of me most likely a lack of training and a leadership problem. So I went to this location and was very pleased with the customer service. The staff is unorganized. They all sigh and partake in manners that make it very clear they dont want to be there. The staff have very limited knowledge about any of the products. The staff member that was helping me after I waited 1 hour could not figure out how to turn off my phone, or answer any of my questions about said device. I absolutely try to avoid this sprint store because, (1475 W Big Beaver Rd) when going to this one. They know what they are talking about. Service is surprisingly fast, they dont play bs games and are actually happy to help and want to be there. The only downside is they do not do customer support for a phone that is malfunctioned. AVOID this store at all costs, id rather drive 30 mins to another store than sit and wait for them to answer my questions when they are clearly clueless.

I paid off one of my lines so I could upgrade. I ordered the new phone on line, and went to this location on Sunday April 29th 2018 to pick up my phone. The associate that I dealt with here, her name was Meraris R. She swapped out my phone for the upgraded one. After getting home, I showed my daughter her new phone, and she didnt like it. She wanted her samsung reactivated. Upon trying to reactivate her samsung, I was told that this phone had been reported stolen. Meraris reported this phone stolen 24 hours ago. And now 3 different sprint customer service reps, one tech support, and one tech support supervisor cannot remove the stolen tag from this phone. So now, 24 hours later, I am being told that I need to physically take the phone back into the store, so the tag can be removed from asurion. This Chic Meraris has completely inconvenienced me for 24 hours and counting.

After speaking with a employee on rhe phone regarding an issue of being given a phone with less memory than was originally paid for; 32gig rather than the 64gig, I was left on hold for 30 minutes...enough time to drive to the store. At the store the same experience of a lack of willingness to address the issue. I will never recommend this store to anyone. After over 10 years of being a Sprint customer this experience may lead me to seek a new service provider.

I felt so disrespected at this store. Buddy helped us. Right off he was telling us he had worked there 10 years and then laughed and made fun of us when we said we did not have a computer or printer. All we wanted was a printed bill history. Soo rude. Told us other stored that say sprint on them arent really sprint and will lie to customers. When other customers walked in who were their friends we were left at the counter so they could hug and chat up their friends. Buddy was using inappropriate language in front of customers like he owned the place. Complete disregard for professional behavior and lack of respect for the customer. I will be doing my best to see that no one I know uses sprint.

Horrible staff, uncooperative, rude, and they tried to take more money from us even after weve been loyal customers for 8 years. Long wait time, short staffed. Dont waste your time coming to this location.

Wait time isnt that good but customer service is excellent. Other problem is that they said they would call me in 4-5 business days for my replacement phone when they never called me. I called them after 10 business days to get it. Anyways, I had my phone unable to read my sim card. I brought it in for repair, but they were unable to fix it. They offered replacing the phone for the same one, mine was an HTC One M8. The replacement phone ended up not being able to charge and returned to the store an hour later. When problems like this happens you have to realize that its the manufacturers fault, not sprint. Anyways they ordered me a free upgrade for the inconvenience to the M9 which is $650 before tax so I was pretty satisfied. I got to keep my old charger and earphones and the phone came with new earphones and charger. They are really respectful and polite Ive seen bad reviews about the customer service but it seems like they fixed that problem.
