When my MetroPCS store closed I wasnt sure where to go. I went to four different stores looking for the best customer service. This store that stood out the most to me was this store with Mike and Randy. They were wonderful and Answered all my questions. Im definitely bringing some of my family members next time I go. Hands down The most finest and cleanest store youve been to. Great customer service too.

After years of substandard service I came in to change my number. I now dont receive my phone calls, the phone doesnt ring, doesnt show on my call list and the voice mails that are left dont show up for days. I called to try and get some help and the man who answered suggested that I check the settings in my phone. Awful customer service from an awful company. Just pathetic.

Excellent service! My family member is challenged and needs things said 2 and 3 times to her. Mike was kind and treated her like a wanted customer! She loves the phone he sold her and the case as well. We will go back!

This particular location has really great and knowledgeable staff, especially Mike! Would recommend to anyone who is having any sort of issue whether it’s an “easy” fix or a “complicated” one - super insightful and very sweet personnel!

This is an excellent store. I came in with lots of questions pertaining to service and the phones and I was put on the right plan and the right phone. No need to pay so much money for a phone or a carrier that I dont need. The retail associate was very friendly and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable from the get go. Will definitely recommend this Metro by T-Mobile store to anyone who has doubts about switching services.

Ive been coming to this store for years. I always wanted to call customer service or write to corporate on how good this store treats me so I had to write this review. If anyone can read this, this location, especially Mark has been phenomenal in every way. As new phones come out they take the time to explain all the functions and what they offer. I usually dont do that much on a phone but I do need one that performs basic functions swiftly. These are my go to tech guys! You will not be dissappointed. Also, over the years Ive seen lots of impatient people and if you are in a rush, dont expect the best service here or wherever you go. This is a phone store not convenient store. Phones do a lot and they have to take their time to show us customers who are paying money for these devices.

These guys are GRRREEAT!! I had down loaded a live wall paper and somehow got more than the wall paper. I got Ads on my phone every single time I opened it. Two weeks I could not get it off my phone. In ten minutes these guys got it fixed. This is not the first time I needed them but it was the most important. Thank you guys you are the best.

This is the best Metro store in the state of Michigan. These guys always help me out and have been doing so for many years. No sense going anywhere else.

For the six plus months I have had these guys taking care of my cellular needs they have been on point and gone above and beyond. It is good to know that there are still companies that believe in and practice customer service to the degree they do. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I bought a new phone from these guys about 8 months ago. Its been glitching right from the start. Today, for at least the 3rd time I took it in because it wouldnt make any calls. WHILE hes on the phone with TECHNICAL SUPPORT trying to figure it out, another customer walks in with a problem on her phone. She heard him talking to tech support about my phone and asked me what kind of phone I had. I said, its an LG and its been giving me problems from day 1. The owner (??Hes ALWAYS there) interrupts his phone conversation to tell the OTHER customer, No, it hasnt, he just doesnt know how to use his phone! He THEN turns to me and says, much like a teacher would while disciplining a delinquent youth, DONT go telling my customers youve had trouble with your phone! I have never had any problems with him before, so this blatant disrespect totally took me by surprise. The greater part of me wanted to punch him right in the nose, and I knew if I opened my mouth in that state, it would only escalate into an all out conflagration, so with restraint I wasnt even capable of 20 years ago, I maintained an even keel. But this guy will NEVER get another dollar of mine!!!

The Metro by T-Mobile that I go to is excellent the manager there mark and his associates are excellent they know just how to work with your phone they give you the best service and very polite and answer all your questions I have been going there for about the last four years and I continue to go there because I am so pleased with the service its on John R right past 11 Mile you cant miss it youll be very pleased if you go there and get service

So its Saturday, 3:50 pm and the store doesnt close until 6 or what not but i walked to the door, pulled handled, door is locked, looked through Windows and no one was inside... As i began to pull off the lot Mr beard w/ponytail appears outta no where... Locked doors during business hours, is NOT good for business

Ive been using this metropcs store for almost 5 years. Had been to others and none compare to this one. Most places care very little about the customer while this store and its long term employees (its an absentee owner place by the way... owner is never there) take the time to teach customers about their phones... fix problems that customers caused and dont know how to fix and they do that without charge and they are really great guys just to get to know. Ive learned more about the cell phone industry in the five years going here than I ever learned online reading so called experts. I know some people will always complain but Ive sat in this store and watched how these guys interact with customers and every time I see a problem its the customer causing it... usually coming in angry already for whatever reason that has nothing to do with these guys but these guys have to stand there taking quite a bit of verbal abuse at times. These guys go out of their way and do things most other stores wont even bother doing at all or charging to do... trying to make the customer happy. Spend an hour there once and youll see it as it really is. To my metropcs madison hts buds... you guys are awesome!
