I have been using the shop online for the last couple months. My groceries are always ready when I arrive to pick them up. Everyone is always so nice and load my groceries into my car. I feel this option is a life saver for me. Since I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis, I just wasnt able to make my way through the Market. So, thank you to Hollywood Market.

This is my go to grocery store for many reasons. The store is almost always well stocked, large selection of goods especially in the produce and meat areas, staff is always pleasant, and you really cant beat how easy it is to get in and out of the store unlike the larger Kroger near by or any Meijer for example.

Great customer service. Checkouts with cashier and packer. Meat counter is awesome. Fried chicken from deli is very tasty. Many hot meals and cold salads to pick from. Their own chicken salad is delicious. Bakery selection has variety of yummy treats

They had alot of different items that I liked. They also offer smaller bottles and cans for a one person household. Thanks

Excellence is their first name and has been for my lifetime. My parents, myself and my son have all shopped here and certainly enjoy the atmosphere and the cheerful people who work at Hollywood Market. I look forward to more years of visits.

In the past year I began buying basically all of my meat at Hollywood in Madison Heights. The staff behind the counter is always friendly, ready to help, and extremely knowledgeable.Today I dropped in looking for stuffed pork chops and asked if there were any that I wasn’t seeing. A wonderful, friendly young man (I wish I had asked his name) asked me to wait just a minute, reached in the case and pulled out 4 beautiful chops, and stuffed them for me while I waited! Then apologized for the extra time it took! What?!??I simply cannot tell you how much I appreciate amazing service on top of amazing product.Well done, Staff! You have a totally loyal customer in me!

Great grocery store with loads of fresh foods. The hot deli is pretty awesome too

Friendly staff and great experience but you’ll pay a bit more than the large stores.Shopped here all during COVID since Kroger was a total disaster. Come here if you want friendly people all over the store. They will greet you, talk to you at checkout, and throw you a nice smile. A real step up over the big chain stores. Just keep in mind you will pay a premium on some items (mostly stuff in the middle items like boxed goods) over the bigger stores. Great deli and meat counter too!Will stick with this for quick item trips and will be skipping Kroger from now on.

1st time at this Hollywood Mkt. Large variety of produce and meats. Store was very clean and shelves were fully stocked. A good amount of lanes open making for fast checkout. Good customer service

You were the only supermarket in the area and Im so glad I was able to get my granddaughter everything that she wanted while we were babysitting and be sitting and the people were friendly too

Friendly staff. This is where I go when I need to be in and out. They are always properly staffed. At Kroger across the street you will wait 20 min to cash out most of the time...not here!!

Love this grocery store. Always clean, very friendly people working. Appreciate their selection of food from the normal to some of the more obscure items Im looking for. Have felt very safe shopping here throughout the pandemic.

I absolutely love this Hollywood Market! The staff is really friendly and I can find alot of stuff there that I cant find at other grocery stores. The deli and meat counter is great too and the store is always clean. They even make fresh popped popcorn! If you havent shopped at this store you are really missing out.

Nice grocery store. Clean, well organized, good stock best Hollywood market. Fabulous meat counter with butchers that will prepare whatever you want. Friendly and helpful stuff. If youre looking for something just ask. Easy in and out. Reasonable pricing. Its quickly becoming my favorite store.

I had a great shopping experience today except for the checkout process. I bought a cake and during the checkout process the lady took the cake and turned it on inside and stuck it to a bag. she then proceeded to tell me make sure you dont tip it upside down or on its side.I responded by saying well you just turned it on its side, does make it okay for me to do it as well? She looked at me and said no I didnt. I said yes you did I just watched you. She said that the bag was being all weird. I kindly told her that the bags arent weird only people can be weird.After that exchange the bagger then took the cake and began to turn it on its side and place it in the cart. I said Im sorry young man The cakes dont get turned on their side and they dont get flipped upside down.

Repeating what I said last year, want to add, The entire staff is vaccinated! An extra 5 stars for this store.They have what I need/want. They are laid out logically so it is easy to find things. The produce is always fresh as are the things in the deli and meat departments. The staff is courteous and helpful. The parking is copious.All in all the Madison Heights Hollywood Market is a perfect grocery store. I do not know about the other locations.

There are other grocery stores much closer to me, but I drive to Hollywood for my grocery shopping. The store is clean, well maintained, well stocked, and most everyone working here is helpful and friendly. It has that old school 50s grocery store vibe. I love Hollywood.

Top notch grocery store. Excellent selection of everything and great deli and bakery items! Dont go shopping there when youre hungry because you will buy half of the store! Amazing.

This is nice, upscale market that has many self-produced deli items in store and ready to go. Ordering can be done online or in person and has always been fresh for me.

Was ample to get everything I needed except no salt bacon. Thank you for having many of my items I needed like no salt ketchup. Your chicken was fresh and very good. Your employees were outstanding and I came in contact with 4 employee which were helpful,friendly, kind said merry Christmas with my response to them. The young boy packer was overpacking the bag, the cashier told him not to make it heavy and to use another bag hit he keep.shoving it in the bag. When my husband lifted it up the handle RIP up and everything drop on the pavement. I knew it was too heavy for me.bbut he just wanted to keep up with cashier. Your help made a very hectic busy day into a nice first visit to your store.vthank you.

The bottle return was clean and no wait. Each machine took cans, bottles, and glass. Seemed really fast too. Meat and deli counters fully staffed, no waiting. Store exceptionally clean

Hollywood Market is my local grocery store. There is competition all around them, including a huge Kroger down the street. But they offer something that the chains dont. I can go here and get what I need quickly without feeling like Im in a grocery warehouse. The staff is friendly. And the parking is convenient.Many people dont know this. But they also carry items that many of the chains dont carry. I ran into the bread delivery guy on my last trip. He told me the big stores dont carry certain loaves that Hollywood carries, which affects the ability for customers to get them unless a local place orders them.So I plan to keep bringing my business here to keep those products in the pipeline. And to support locally owned business.

Compared to other stores, the produce and meat is much better quality, its cleaner, the aisles are wider, air temperature feels a little cooler which I like. There is never a line for checkout and its really easy to get in and out fast. Prices are higher here than other grocery stores but it is worth it for the comfort that anxious shoppers like me need. Everyone is very friendly too.

I love this Hollywood. You can get in and out so quickly. Never wait long in any lines. Staff is very friendly. They often have fun things to grab and grill or bake.

I love this store because its not gigantic, its clean, and the people working there are friendly and helpful, Ive always found the products that I was looking for, and I have been using the shop online/pickup groceries service since recovering from surgeries. This service has kept me independent! It also inspires me to work on rehab, so that I can comfortably pick up my order. The groceries are put in my back seat, and I can take a couple of bags at a time to the house on my rolling walker. I am not giving 5 stars only because the bags are often too heavy for me,.I put a note on the order to make them 5-10 lbs because I have to go up stairs. This doesnt always work.

Very clean and nicely set up. Plenty of stock. Prices seem to be right with other grocery stores. Deli and meat counter looked very impressive with plenty of employees behind the counter. We ordered chicken tenders for a party online, they were ready when promised and delicious.

Like most of all their locations.but I wish that their butchers didnt cut off the long bone portion of the pork chops.Also Wished they sold pork neck bones!Also wish they sold beef shanks approx 3.5-4 in length. For our dogs & puppies.Many other places have them frozen, I can pick a couple but theirs are 5-8 long the cut them in half for me and even 1/2 in half lengthwise while frozen all free.

My second favorite grocery store, after Value Center. Variety isnt huge, but the deli and meats department are amazing. The bakery is fantastic. Prices are a little high, but worth it for convenience when I cant make it to value Center. Parking is always busy but you can always find a spot. They have pre-packaged lunch and dinners right as you walk in that are really good. Their hot deli case is also great. They have a huge olive bar.

Great for older people. A lot of their groceries are perfect for a family of one or two. The prices are comparable to other local markets They have a super nice and professional staff. One of my favorite spots to shop since my family downsized.

No place is perfect, but this place comes close. Clean, kind workers, mostly not busy, mostly towards 5pm. Shopping could take 20-30 minutes depending on your item count. A lot of options, food wise. If your in a hurry to go shopping, Hollywood Market is your place.
