Fun time watching them make the ice cream with liquid nitrogen. The ice cream is super creamy. I grew up on Custard in Wisconsin and this might just be better than that.As pointed out by others you can wait a while for it. Especially if they have to change out the tank. However, the show of them making it is fun.

Great Place. Ice-cream was so creamy and soft. I loved it. Dont get confuse with location. It is inside BiggBY Coffee so dont look for the name Milkster. I have tried Dragon Balls, Cookies N cream and Strawberry. Dragon Balls was not that great ( should try once though if you have never done so).

Worth a visit! It’s fun to watch them make the ice cream. Interesting flavors too that they switch out occasionally. A little pricey, but too be expected.

This ice cream is really good! I love the Ferrero Rocher, its so creamy and it does taste like Ferrero! I also recommend the banana pie and pumpkin pie ice cream, but that one is seasonal.

We were skeptical of the Nitrogen claim before we stepped in, but were pleasantly surprised by one of the creamiest ice cream weve ever had! And the salted caramel that I got had a little bursts of salty crackles that made it even more enjoyable.The reason it loses a star is coz the premises and ambiance are nothing special considering the prices theyre charging. It hides behind a Biggby coffee shop and kinda looks pokey. And the gimmick of Topping in a syringe looks tacky and creates unnecessary landfill.Note that the place might be hard to spot from the road coz the signage is dominated by Biggby coffee. Just look for Biggby coffee if youre driving.

This lowkey creamerys(recently expanded co-op with Bigsby Coffee) nitrogen-created ice cream with frozen custard decadence is truly the top place around! blended with liquid nitrogen; the vapor looking like a science experiment. Their dragon balls nitrogen ice cream is not even ice cream, its old soggy cereal balls that had liquid nitrogen poured on them... and they charge you 6.99 for that...! Wow! I spent 15 bucks on old cereal that we ended up throwing out after the nitrogen diffused. Ill never purchase from them again, thats how disappointed I am. At least tell people youll be paying 7 dollars for OLD CEREAL BALLS!!!

Ive been sitting in the connecting Biggby for about 3 hours and have seen almost 50 people come into the building just for this Ice cream. The only thing is that theyve closed for the winter I know that many ice cream places do this but I know that it might be more promising if people knew or they did stay open because people really want to come here! Opening in April I believe they said. Other than the closing, still amazing.

Amazing high quality ice cream. The texture is unbelievable. Its very creamy, something you can only get at a place that makes the ice cream from scratch.Each scoop is made individually by order. Its a bit pricey ($5 for a small scoop) but definitely worth trying at least once (if not more often).

WOW! Where has this been all my life!? Creative flavors, deliciously creamy, and strangely smooth like peanut butter. And it was fun to watch them make the ice cream - like watching a scientist in a laboratory! I highly recommend the cookies and cream, and the biscoff cookie - both were phenomenal! I was told on March that this place wont be opened till mid of May, guess what, I went here today and the Biggy coffee shop was closed, too.And nothing has been marked on Google map, this place is now famous of keep disappointing folks sweet tooth. Big a good action.

Ice cream is phenomenal. Decor is nice. There is very limited seating as it shares the building with Biggby Coffee and unfortunately the outside benches have you directly face to face with the cars in the parking lot. The girl who rang us up was pleasant and helpful.

I would go just for the experience. The ice cream is basically really creamy soft serve. That be said, it is overpriced for what you get. I guess your paying for the novelty and the made-to-order ice cream but still. The price puts me off from returning here on a usual basis.Also if you want to attract more costimers, get more tables or sitting area. Make your prices reasonable if you want returning customers.

The experience was really cool, but the place was a mess. They were busy when we first got there, Ill give them that. But one of the employees had a friend that stood at the counter for 30 min. If you have that much time to chit-chat while working slowly, then maybe other things should be getting done, like washing the tables for customers, and taking out the over flowing trash can.

The place is nice. Service was ok. We were extremely disappointed with our Dragon Breath dessert. It never smoked for us. It was never even cold really. When we told someone about it, he explained it is only a 4 min deal. Well we didnt even get a 1 min experience. Just nasty stale cereal puffs w/ gross dipping sauce. Biggest waste of $6 bucks. Well you live and learn, I guess.

I have to agree with all the other fans of this place. You must go and try and dragons breath and be prepared to laugh and laugh while you eat it! They have super cool flavors, all made while you wait and even a super good non dairy option in the cookies and cream made with almond milk. Soooo good.

Only reason I wouldnt give it a 1 star is because we came on a slow day and the service was pretty quick. ice cream was creamy af very medicore and the dragon balls? was pretty much fruity pebble cereal on steroids. Expensive, not very customizable, and inconsistent quality from visit to visit. Ive had some very delicious ice cream here, but today was the opposite end of the spectrum.When its good, its great. When its not, I regret the $6+ per cup.

Ordered the Biscoff Voyage and a Vegan Vanilla. Wait was long because everything is made to order and its pretty expensive (around six dollars for a scoop.) My Biscoff Ice cream did not taste like anything really except sweet cream. The vegan, however was at least not so bad. Probably wont return because it wasnt worth the price or wait.

I crave this stuff all the time. So smooth and flavorful! The most popular flavor seems to be the chocolaty Ferrero Rocher but the other fruity flavors available are very refreshing. The only downside is the wait time when the place gets packed.

After their expansion they have smaller portion sizes they dont even fill the cup anymore. Its more of half a scoop than a full scoop. Not worth for a small that you pay almost $4 for. Use to be one of my favorite places.

They have great ice cream but no matter what size you get, you get the same amount. I paid for a large, it’s the same amount as my friend who got a small one.

What a dissapoinrment!! You drive 1 hour to a place that supposedly closes at 11 you arrive at 10:00 when you are greeted by a mean owner who tells you they are closed!! Maybe they should get there hours right and not dissapoint kids. Never will I go here again and neither should you!
