This is the worst location in entire Dunkin Industry. I ordered him a medium cold brew. He went back and made the Cold Brew of Medium size with 1 pump of Hazelnut swirl. The employee is of a middle age man.When I entered the store he was talking over the phone. Completely ignored us. We was waiting for 10 minutes. Then he came and asked what do we want.I requested him to clean my coffee mug, he kept my request. Thanks to him for that but I requested him again to clean the cap of the coffee mug. But he started screaming on me in Bengali Language.. He was mentioning that were not humans and we never will be human. So, what I realize is that asking him or requesting him to clean the cap was making me inhuman to him.I never had that kind of experience anywhere in US. Even though I work as Manager in Dunkin in NewYork.

Ordered a cake for my son and was told to pick it up after 4 on the day of his birthday. Showed up at 4:45 and not only was it not ready but it was at the wrong location miles away. The man said he would have it delivered to my house within the hour. When we received it 90 minutes later we barely recognized it as the cake wed ordered. It looked as if it had been thrown together quickly and none of the decorations shown on the website were on the cake. Also, his birthday message was written on the cardboard under the cake, it left everything to be desired. We will go elsewhere from now on.

Denies service dogs and then they will stare at you the whole time if you insist service dogs are allowed. Very suspicious so I left so they wouldnt spit in my food.

Terrible. Rude customer service. My lemonade deadass had coffee in it. Coffee... in my lemonade... didnt even give us a chance to order when we were ready. Very rushed. Not a fun experience.

I dont remember going here. I dont even like Carol Baskin Robbins!! I mean ffs she clearly fed her husband to the tigers as a sacrifice to the gods of sweet creamy goodness in order to have the most sugar filled ice cream on the planet!

8pm on a Tuesday, no outside lights at all we werent even sure it was open. Drive thru we were met with a nice enough person who barely spoke English and told us to pull forward before we even finished ordering. Not highly recommended

It took the server behind the counter 3 times to get my order correct.

Whoever the guy is who works the midnight shift is extremely rude, he has horrible customer service. I’ve went a couple times around midnight and he’s nothing but rude. He doesn’t even give you a chance to order. He rushes you, talks over you before you even get a chance to say anything, I’m literally looking at the menu and he rushed me to order. I’m like “can I look at what I want?”.. again, he was rude. And he’s always snatching. They need to get new employees or a new midnight person because he’s annoying as hell.

My server was disrespectful & arrogant: Their were two servers & three groups of people in the strore at that time, Ahead of me were two males being served, myself, & behind was a male two females - all Caucasians. The second server skip me waiting in line & began helping the people waiting behind me. When I brought it to his attention he didnt apologize, but asked what did I want? he then passed my Ice cream to me by saying hear I couldnt believe him...I moved forward in disbelief... then asked the cashier if I could speak to the manager about my servers bad attitude. he stated- that was the manager... So I told him I didnt appreciate the way I was treated & I didnt want the Ice cream & walked out. I will never set foot in that store again & be certain to spread the word of their prejudice.

The service is quite subpar and it wasnt very clean. There was crumbs and garbage on most of the tables and the employees didnt seem very interested in doing their job. Overall a very meh experience.

Went through the drive through just after midnight, and attempted to order a double scoop cone and 2 layered sundaes. During the order of the second layered sundae, I was told they didnt have layered sundaes at the moment. Attendant constantly talked over me to attempt to guess what I wanted, while at the same time not understanding my replies. Will not be going back.

Always quick and fast service. Im in and out of the drive thru in 3 minutes, even during rush hour.The workers rarely make mistakes here and are actually concerned regarding your experience and food there.

The attendant couldnt even accurately communicate a simple message in English. We will not be returning.

Ordered a egg and cheese wrap with iced hazelnut americano: the wrap was smaller than expected and had chemically taste, the americano was so sweet it was not drinkable. Will not be returning. Very disappointing.

Baskin Robbins has gotten quite pathetic over the years. Poor selection of ice cream flavors. Not often I got out for ice cream but this place is last on the list unless all the other places are closed or farther than I care to travel.

They handled our large group very quickly while managing other smaller customer orders at the same time.

Just left the pool with my family. Perfect time for some ice cream. Walked in to this baskin robins and they didnt even have rainbow sherbet, the best selling BR flavor... or any sherbet. And their employee told me this is not baskin robins. this is Dunkin Donuts. Ya we all walked out.

This place offers 2 huge scoops of ice cream. Youll need a spoon with your cone.
