I have had 1 good customer service experience through metro pcs. And that was in Magna. I was helped by a lady named Viri. She was awesome and deserves to be recognized. Im not fond of metro pcs at all. Im very dissatisfied with the service. However am willing to stay with them only because of the great customer service Viri offered. She is great and if you need to get real help go in and ask for her. Magna location.

Weve gone to this location three times before 8 p.m. and every single time they are closed. tonight two young ladies were sitting in the back by the counter at 7:40 my wife was trying to get in and they refuse to open the door. Terrible service if you ask me of course leave it to magna to mess every branch up.

Customer service did not help they told me it was my fault my phone would not be turned on because their business took the money but returned it back their business stole money from me and proceeded to tell me that they didnt
