Our rep was Arianna and she was awesome. we came in to upgrade two phones and add a line and she was very patient and helpful. she was quick about everything she did and was really chill about everything even though there were folks running around the store causing a scene about a phone that they dropped in the street or whatever. She got us some sweet deals.
Had a great experience at this location. Going to the phone store is usually a dreaded experience for most people, but the employees at this location made it a positive experience. Toy was particularly helpful and kind and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely go to this location from now on.
Dakota and Ty were the ones to help me. I called and asked if they had a certain phone after I broke the screen. They were able to set aside the last Note 20 they had and got me in right away. They helped me activate and get my phone set up. They were friendly and seemed happy to help! Great customer service!!
Blaze was amazing! I cannot explain how thankful I am to have worked with him, he was really patient with me and made sure that he took care of all of the questions I had and made sure that my bill was explained fully. I was nervous switching from a phone that I have had for so long. I had previous experiences where I wasn’t able to get the help I needed from other T-mobile locations but Blaze definitely was able to definitely make me love my time at this T-Mobile location. Blaze was positive, funny & very caring while I was having a terrible day, he turned my entire day around. I will most definitely be coming back to this location again. 🙂
Went to upgrade my android to iPhone 12. Blaze was great at moving me along and knowledgeable about products and services. Very happy I came here!
We were very disappointed with the service. We were there for 6 hours just to get a couple of phones because the reps were too busy flirting. Toy promised to make it right by issuing a credit which we continuously asked if it had been applied to have him repeatedly say, “oh yeah doing that right now” but he never did it. Now we have to call T-Mobile support and waste more time. I do not recommend this location.
Kota and Devin are great employees at this location! They provided helpful and fast service! I will head to this store first in the future for any additional needs!

I am writing this review as a new T-Mobile customer; in fact, I have been with T-Mobile for less than 24 hours. I would not recommend this location to anymore, and as of right now I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone.The employee who “helped” me switch three lines from AT&T to T-Mobile was Blaze T., and there is so much he did not go over with me to the point I had to spend an hour on the phone with the T-Mobile Customer Service line, and still I have questions and concerns. Blaze never went over the phone plans T-Mobile offers, he just put me on a plan. Blaze never gave me an account number. Blaze never explained to me how I would pay my bill, or when my bill would be due. Blaze set me up on paperless billing without asking me. Blaze never told me how to setup an online account with T-Mobile. Blaze did mention that he gets paid by the hour and by commission, but he didn’t even try to sale me a new phone, mine is three years old, and I mentioned when I first walked in that I wanted the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G 512GB. Blaze lost out on the commission of a $1,500 cell phone, and I could have paid in cashed if he would have taken the time of day to explain things to me and showed me a display model.I will not be going back into this T-Mobile location unless it is to speak to a manager of the store to file a complaint about the mistreatment I received as a new customer.
Braydon was so helpful with what my husband and I needed. My old phone wasn’t easy to work out but it didn’t stop him from figuring it out, also gave up his phone so that our son can watch shows on it once he noticed he was getting impatient, great service! Thank you Braydon!
I can not explain how thankful I am Devin P works at this location! After Bestbuy messed up on a trade in Devin was on the phone with a Sprint representative on the phone for more then 2.5 hrs and helped with everything I needed! Thank goodness he was patient because we were transferred on the phone to 4 agents;after the first 2 agents I would have lost it. I truly had wished I had Tmobile to start. Thank You for all the service, and for staying after 6PM to help resolve this for me.

Honestly I love this store and I’m glad toy is the manager there ! He help meh a lot with getting good updated phones and always give us good deals I honestly love the family plan we are on now it’s great! I’ve been through so many phone companies like Verizon, cricket, boost mobile and metro PC those are garbage ! They don’t care about your feelings and push your buttons so much in so many ways but this company T mobileCares about our well begin and always try to help us in many more ways that other companies don’t !

Let me start off by saying Ive had very few issues with T-Mobile proper. But this has been an issue for the past few weeks. A while ago I received a security update from T-Mobile. Which made my phones Bluetooth reset every 5 Seconds while connected. I was informed a couple weeks ago to just wait and see if a patch comes out. I did, nothing came of it. Then I requested a warranty exchange which was granted. But then I received the phone installed all of the updates and had the same issue. Also the phone I received for a warranty exchange the earpiece was blown. So I would have been better off keeping my old phone. I went back in they informed me theyve done all they can do and proceeded to try to sell me a new phone. I informed them I cant afford a new phone and would like another warranty exchange. Which after another 30 minutes making this whole ordeal take around two and a half hours the new refurbished phone was granted. I would have been fine with everything but the sales rep at this location proceeded to try and butter me up with a pair of $100 dollar headphones as he put it. which are just the chintzy ones that come with a Samsung phone. You can buy them online for $6. I understand the blown earpiece was completely out of his control. I just didnt respect this last gesture. Why lie and try and make me feel like it wasnt a complete waste of time. I understood when everything was over I would have been better off just keeping my old phone. Luckily they were able to expedite ship a new phone refurbished hopefully it will be here tomorrow probably Friday because of the holiday.Let me just add when they tried to sell me a new phone. I did show an interest in the OnePlus 6. But I informed them I cant afford a new phone.
My daughter and I needed new phones and we spent a good amount of time at this store but it went by quickly. Braydon and Dakota were knowledgeable and very nice. It was a great experience.

The worst experience Ive had with a phone carrier. EVER.The store is not staffed correctly, a floor manager is not always in the office and at many times during the day there is only one person there.This resulted in a lot of wasted time waiting for help.When there is more than one person there is only one computer in the store. Their response is always we use tablets, the computer is not necessary. This is not true, evidenced by the constant interruptions while trying to return a phone while the other staff members had to use the cash drawer, look up customer accounts, ex. This resulted in even more wasted time.As icing on the cake the staff is not knowledgeable. I was sold a phone that did not have the features I asked for and they didnt know how to help me when I needed to switch it. Wasting even more of my time.After this and seemingly constant network issues including a failure to receive incoming calls, disabled voicemail, and 1.5 mbps network speeds even with 4 bars of 5G speed I was done, and ready to return and switch networks.The staff could not help me. Only a manager can process buyers remorse returns. Where is the manager? He is not in today, youll have to come in tomorrow. I requested time off work to be here, now I have to request more time tomorrow? Can I go to another store where a manager is available? He cant come in today and you have to return in the store you bought it from. Really? Yes. You have to come in tomorrow.Even more of a waste of my time! After calling T-Mobile support they confirmed this was NOT TRUE and I went to the T-Mobile store in the Valley Fair Mall and got my return completed.In the end I spent a total of 6 hours in these stores within a week. I STILL got charged $125 in restocking fees after all of this. Screwing me coming and AND leaving.Moral of the story? Dont bother with T-Mobile in general, but if you have to, go to the Valley Fair Mall. They were properly staffed and at least able to help and not waste my time.
Every time we go to this store they mess up our account or just flat out lie. This is the 5th time and the last they have lied to us or messed up our account. This time we went in aug signed up for the bogo they offered for the s20 added a new line which by the way took them over 4 hours. They lied to us said we was all set come to find out we are now paying 70 more a month on our bill. No promotions added. While in store they could not print out the docs their printer was not working again. They was to email a copy to is which they did not.. When we saw our bill in sept we went in spoke to Toy the manager who set this all up he added a $40 credit said he fixed it all but didnt. Now here in oct the T-Mobile cs over the phone is saying the promo was not offered at that time. This store is a complete scam only out to get their commission and not caring about the customer.

Worse experience ever, they lied to us, toy and blaze are the worse.... they added phones into my account without telling me the truth and made my bill go up from 300 to over 500... they are understaffed and not willing to help and fix their screw ups... very I please

I came in to browse yesterday at some new phones for me and my husband and I was immediately greeted at the door. The associate who helped me was Chris, he gave me a variety of phones to look at and made sure I was getting the best for my money. He went above and beyond and I left a happy customer with two new phones. Me and my husband are absolutely thrilled with them. I highly reccomend this store.

This location is a joke. I stopped in to pay my bill and the guy working cant seem to figure out the card reader. OK fine ill pay in cash so I hand him the money. He says: Your good to go He starts walking to the back with the cash in hand. Very weird so I ask him for a receipt and he comes back to the computer and puts the money in the register. Then prints my receipt very shady.I needed to pay my bill really quick so I stop in. I ask for the Manager this time thinking they would at least be able to handle the bill pay. First thing he does is ask me for ID after getting my phone #. After that he says I cant pay on the bill your not a authorized user. Since when Ive never been asked for ID just to pay my bill. The managers training at this location was just plain bad. Just dont even waste your time here. They honestly dont want to help you! And are just lazy and dont even know what they are doing. Never coming back!
Stopped by on a Sunday morning and was immediately greeted and helped. we were transferring from another service and thought wed be there a while but Alex got everything set up so quickly! Thank you Alex for being amazing and making this so easy for us :D

Brayden & Ari helped me get a new phone tues quick and clean. that phones battery turned out to be defective and they got me a new new phone no extra cost immediately.
The employees were very helpful, friendly, and funny! They were able to help us transfer data from our old phone to our new phone. It seemed that they sincerely cared about us getting the best deal possible. I highly recommend this store.
This location is terrible. The staff is NOT professional. They lie about the deals and youe end up with a expansive bill. You wouldnt have with false deals. I would rate a 0! Compant is the worst you can ever deal with i strongly recommend you to switch to othe phone providers! You could be using that extra savings.

Today I went in and was offered the 2 iphones on us deal as long as i have 2 trade ins that qualify and get a new number. Awesome right. should be simple enough. Give you my two phones, select a plan and walk out. If only it was that easy. They told me one phone was valued at $500 and the other at $700. Okay fair enough $200 for two new iphone 11s, still a fair deal right. We get to the numbers and the fine print. The numbers landed on 346.92 down for each iphone plus my two trade ins. (valued at $1200) So I pull out my trusted calculator to do some 6th grade math with them. 346.92 x 2 = 693.84 + (my trade in value) $1,200. So I say to them Im giving you $1893.84 today for two iphones that cost 699 each? So I say thats a difference $493.84 that im over paying for iphones that are on you? The manager didnt want to deal with it, he couldnt find a way to make that scam sound good. He proceed to help two other customers before i decided to walk out. To put it in to perspective I walked in and saw 3 employees talking, no one was inside. By the time i left someone came in to cancel his plan, another to get a galaxy 10 that she had to go to another store to get, A person to pay his bill. A couple that were told they got the buy a iphone get one free deal, but were paying for the two phones the whole time and another couple that came in because their new note 10 wouldnt power on. I walked in and was there a good 5 mins before other customers started to come in. two hours later and nothing explained and other customers helped. What a show it was. The employees were nice and even one of them couldnt figure out the math either. they were all good people just couldnt explain the scam they were running for tmobile. What a show is all i can say. People if your going in to get these deals pay attention to the numbers dont get scammed like i almost did today!
I bought a new pad and phone. I asked for a case, the case from my old pad was put on the new pad, they were the same size. During the night the pad rang. I checked it and it had a caution sign then shut down. I had to go to another t mobile and buy screen protectors and cases. I was not happy about that. That store was the only one that didnt offer me to buy it.
Came in to do an upgrade, straight forward jump get a new phone get out in maybe a half hour not too bad right? Well after an hour I was still stuck with three numbskulls at one screen trying to figure things out. Was anyone properly trained here? No? Well that explains it. I didnt know it would take three mediocre employees to apply a screen protector. Even when there are detailed instructions on the inside telling you exactly how to do it. Could have done it myself but nowadays the team members has to do it for you.Really would not have been so bad with just that, I get it, its a new location, new employees, it happens. But over this hour and a half period these three people wanted to joke around and say inappropriate things right in front of the customers. It was offensive, unprofessional, and a good waste of time that I should not have endured when I was making a sizeable purchase!Ive been to many other locations and not had this kind of problem, I like T mobile. Best service I have had for years, but this experience was just completely unsatisfactory and these three employees ruined my day and made sure it will be a long while before I visit this location again.
Every time I come in it reeks like marijuana and the manager is always trying to buy someone out even after they say NO. And if you don’t want to they have an attitude. Not recommended

The people who work at this location are very lazy and do not like to help one day the even closed 15 min early and would not let me in all I wanted was to pick up my T-Mobile Tuesday’s gift which takes one minute but they had already locked up 15 min early very wierd. Bad experiences
Cool place but really unprofessional with the pot related music,music swearing and the female that helped was extremely rude to other customers.seemed to only care about her phone and music.did not set up my account correctly as she was too occupied with other things...terrible phone buying experience.
Called in having questions about the power beats still being in stock, ready for purchase and was in the middle of conversating with the employee at the store before he abruptly hung up the phone as if he wanted no part of assisting a loyal customer like myself. Was not satisfied with how rude he was.
Constantly hiring and replacing careless employees at this Magna location. Bad enough T-Mobile has very unreliable and frustrating signal in the area but now it has horrible customer service in the store as well.
