I love Family Dollar. The staff here are always friendly I feel as if they are family. Always clean and the shelves are always stocked. It beats going to a big store for something you can find here and check out fast.

I usually always have a great interaction with the employees, bt the one today was horrible. She was very disrespectful and rude to me in front of my son. Her attitude, and hostility towards me was unwarranted, seeing as though I am always respectful and nice when I walk into any store. She had an attitude with me when I asked her a simple question, and it was like she wanted to start an argument or something, idk.

Xanex anyone? Just ask the store Manager. Since she spoke... More like begged her doctor for a xanex upgrade ON SPEAKER PHONE, at the checkout... We can safely assume she WANTS everyone to know.Shes high on xanex shes happy to share (she joked with the cashier) annnd due to her MAJOR ATTITUDE when a customer asked her for a price check... She OBVIOUSLY needs a higher dosage!!!!👎👎👎👎👎😑💊💊💊💊💊😌

Well id like to, first off, say that the customer service wasnt bad. I actually think the cashier was more than welcoming. She was very kind, and did her job very well. That being said i think that the store itself was of poor quality. They seemed to be out of most of their products and it was kinda messy and it just was not in good shape to ba all honest. The only thing that kept me there was who i was there with and then their customer service.

Its a bit run down. As always great for random finds. Food is always dated.

No one was at the checkout, but good other than that.

Everytime I go here, which was quite often, I normally interact with same employee who is always very friendly and professional. This time however, a different person helped me at the register. I had pulled out 5 $1 Bills which were quite crumpled. I placed them of the counter and said sorry, I know theyre a bit wadded up. The cashier then said Im sorry too, is it so hard to hand them to me. I thought she was joking at first. I mean who really gets that upset over something so petty. She then said I guess Ill give the receipt the same way. She then threw the receipt at me. I will never step foot in there again as long as she work there .

Although its very different store to store as far as cleanliness, product availability, knowledgeable employees being friendly willing to help. This location is always busy doing what it takes to be a well ran store, always more than willing to answer questions, help you find merchandise. Aside from being less than helpful if you have to use the bathroom, this place is great!

I have been going to this family dollar on 7200 w 3500 s for 15 years, have always had great customer service. But the past month, I have had 3 incidents of unprofessionalism andplain rudeness by Vanessa. It seems this girl does not understand the meaning of Customer Service. She walks around talking on her phone with personal and inappropriate calls. Is rude when ringing you up, just plain hostile, I wrote an email to corporate and called them as well as spoke with Makayla store manager regarding Vanessa. So sad that Vanessa continues to interact with customers. I wonder how many more will take a stand and address how rude Vanessa is.

I love the manager at this location.

I am outside the premises and they tell me that it is already closed and on my phone it shows open until 10 at night why they do not notify or fix this many people like me travel by bus and I come from far away because in other stores it indicates that it is seen at 9 oclock at night that ordinary people care little for these stores
