I was suggested this facility by a friend. Its on my way to and from work so it makes it very handy for access. Its clean, organized and Bryan thoroughly answered all my questions. I thought all storage facilities were a dime a dozen and the same, but after my previous bad experiences with a big name facility I had to try somewhere else. You still get what you pay for, and in this case you get a clean safe facility and great staff. I trust my stuff there 100%.

Spent some time looking for and quality storage facility, somewhere I knew would protect my stuff, somewhere who cared about their customers. When I found these guys I was super impressed with their customer service, Bryan spent a lot of time discussing their options and answered all my questions. Treated me like a person not a dollar sign. I know my things are in good hands with these guys.

Was shopping around for a storage unit and I found the manager Bryan here so incredibly helpful! Several other places I went were not at all as helpful. I rented a unit from extra space for 3 years. I always paid my bill on time, never caused any problems. My reward was a 100% increase on my rental fee twice, not a couple dollars but 100% increase.. I dont usually leave reviews but this type of greed deserves a comment.. what they did was wrong they have left me so frustrated because of the blatant disregard for the average household family.. and they did this with less than 2 weeks notice ...smh greed is incredible and extra space storage has no lack of greed .. they definitely wouldnt hesitate to do it to many more families.

I had a incredible experience with this storage facility. Easy to find and prices were the best that i have found around. The guy that was helping me out his name was Bryan, he was such a great guy A very easy process. I highly recommend this place over all the others around town.

Very pleasant and professional experience from the time that I first called the service center to inquire to the appointment at the storage facility to sign up. This was my second or third call as I searched for a storage unit and I noticed immediately that it was the right decision to move forward with a rental here. The other competitors had me on an automated system for far too long trying to navigate to a representative only to sit on hold for 20 minutes and find out they didnt have a solution for me and didnt seem interested in finding one.When I called extraspace it was the complete opposite which was refreshing but more importantly they really took their time finding me that solution and even worked with me on the pricing. I ended up getting am even larger unit than I initially expected and the price was reasonable.Most importantly for me is that the units at my Extra Space Storage location are easily accessible. I can drive up and park right in front of my storage unit which made things much easier for me. Given that I use this unit to store most of my tools and supplies for my flooring business, it seemed like a no brainer. Also, the storage units are completely fenced in and secured by a gate which is a bonus. All in all glad I decided to rent a unit from Extra Space.

We just got a new storage unit moving OUT of Extra Space Storage because they were horrible. Reasons being that every year they go up in price about $20 and during the winter they don’t shovel or plow properly making customers have to shovel through a foot of snow to get to there units! Not to mention that when we emptied all of our belongings there was rat faces and pee inside of all our wooden furniture draws etc! We just moved into a better storage facility called “Best Buy Self Storage” wich is indoors & temperature controlled. And not only did we get a unit twice the size for a lower price compared to the smaller unit wich was more expensive from Extra Space Storage but they locked in our price forever so the price never goes up no matter what!! And in this time (covid) where everyone is in need that’s a deal we couldn’t give up! You might as well look at Extra Space Storage as a giant shady realtor taking advantage of the rising house market like the rest of them are!!

Im impressed with these guys, they literally ride around to make sure your unit is locked and will call you if your lock has been tampered with. Never seen that done before. Staff is uber friendly and helpful.

The storage was adequate, the staff were always pleasant especially Brian, BUT the cost was WAY too expensive back in 2016 we were paying 239 a month and it increased AGAIN to 403 my car payment is less than 350 so we moved out yesterday

My storage unit was originally $158 they increased my storage unit by $100 after a couple months without warning. They steal your money, I would not recommend because they will increase the price of your storage unit!

I am so happy with this outfit, especially Steven. The real test of people and their company is when something unexpected arrives and how it is handled. This combination of company and employee is unbeatable. I am so pleased. Efficient and professional works for me every time. Bravo to both.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Steve Amirault . I needed a storage unit for just one week and all other storage places I called (3 others) were all charging the full months rent. Steve worked with me to secure a storage unit with 1st month free so I just had to pay for admin and ins fees. This was a huge relief for my already difficult move! Stopped by after work to rent a storage unit after comparing their rates to my storage unit at U-Haul (Extra Space is much more affordable) and was greeted by the assistant manager Wendy who instantly wanted to help me find what I was looking for. She was really friendly and brought me to the unit and made sure it fit my needs, and explained how everything worked. She made me feel like she cared about me as a customer and not just business. Office area was very clean and their security features makes me feel at ease about my belongings being stored there. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I recently rented with Extra Space Storage on Candia Road in Manchester. The prices were competitive and Ron was always available to answer any questions we had. We did not have a lot of time to find a storage solution when we sold our home, but he was very informative and helped keep the rental process stress free during a hectic time in our lives. Paying our bill was extremely helpful! The move out process was just as convenient after congratulating us on our new home! I would highly recommend Extra Space on Candia Rd to anyone looking for a storage solution in the area.

Finally found a company that puts people ahead of the all mighty dollar. I went in to close out my unit and they refunded my money which I was not expecting. The store manager Tom and his assistant went above and beyond what they needed to do which made the transition seamless. Ive other storage units in the past and none came close to matching the level of service that I received at extra space storage. Hats off to this company for their customer service. I will highly recommend this company to anyone.

Had the best storage experience here. Better than public storage in hampstead, even when it used to be extra space storage. My family and I hit hard times, and Dan has been so understanding, nice and accommodating to us everytime. Helped us out with everything we needed, even if it meant running late at all times, he even took the time to find convenient transportation on the golf cart for my mother with physical disability. We all have a storage unit here now, lol. But since we came here, I wouldnt choose a different place.
