I was in a real bad situation and needed storage in a pinch. This place was very accommodating. Not to mention Demi provided excellent customer service and I saw her picking up trash around the compound. You can tell shes a high quality and dedicated employee. Id recommend this place to anyone!!!

Demi! is always Very professional And a pleasure to see. Every time I go in to pay my bill She always greets you with a smile. And is always very informative. She makes me feel that my storage is well taken care of and safe. Whenever someone tells me they’re thinking of renting a storage unit I always refer them to public storage and tell them to ask for her by name!!

Two weeks before Thanksgiving we reported that the overhead door that lead to our unit was broke, as you see it in the images. A few weeks later went back to check to see if it was replaced, no it was not. We got the GMs number from the front desk clerk at the time. Left TWO voicemails, neither returned. Went back yesterday, 3 months and some change, STILL NOT FIXED! Now theres ice build up directly in front of the units, anyone trying to get anything in or out of any of these units would likely slip and fall, I smell a law suit coming... Enough is enough, youve known about it for months! Ill be hoping a chain up to it when I go to move my unit in a couple of weeks if its not fixed, your fault, not mine. Youve had ample time.

Yet, these individuals working at this location are experts at what they do.The check-in process was quick, informative, and comprehensive. Billie is amazing !!! Major customer service points!!! Being a Marine, I have high expectations of a lot of things in life. This storage facility is by far one of the best facilities with their new access key pads, fully functional gates and super helpful staff. I always feel that my belongings are safely guarded and Im always welcomed there. They keep it super clean and friendly, and thats a high standard to meet in my eyes. I highly recommend this place for anyone who has keep sakes.

Took a tour not long ago with Demi to get all the info for moving into storage as I will be moving at the end of February. She is amazing and let me know everything I would need to do to be prepared in this stressful time. And they do abide by social distancing which I admit I was scared about if they didn’t. I went to get a storage unit and Demi was amazing!! She helped me out with everything I needed and was unbelievably nice! When I went back a days later she came and greeted me and remembered me by name! Other places dont put in that much effort for their customers! I would definitely recommend this public storage!

The lady there is very nice.They to give her a raises. The location is at a bad place b/c you can not see around the Curve . It is easy to get hit by someone. I have to give this facility five stars (and would give more if I could!) because of Demi. We had a very difficult move, consolidating 2 units into one and then moving everything to the apartment later, all in a few days. It was so humid and hot. Demi walked around the whole area on a regular basis keeping everything clean, stopping to check on us; very friendly, professional! We had a few people on the other side of the units who were a bit sketchy and not playing nice with one another-Demi took care of it very quickly, checked back with us several times to ensure we were safe and went above and beyond in several other areas. Public Storage is very lucky to have her in their employ. Recommend very highly!!

She stopped by the units we had rented numerous times to check on our well-being and safety.She routinely walked the perimeter of the property to ensure only those people who had business at Public Storage were on the premises. There was one incident where there appeared to be some unruly persons-Demi immediately addressed the situation and again checked on our safety.I would recommend storing your items at this particular location because of Demi. I went to an auction on June 27 2018. here I won a unit after that the last owner went in and asked for my phone number. and they gave it to that person and that person called me and left a message on my voicemail. I went in and asked them why they did this they said thats how they do business. so much for the privacy act. here I have to wonder how many other peoples phone numbers have they given out. plus the owner isnt that friendly and Ive been to a lot of other places this was one of the dirtiest ones.

It is clean, organized, very appealing if someone is looking for a safe place to store their belongings.Billy, the person on duty, was friendly and knowledgable. Very accommadating. I thought this was a franchise it is NOT, it is a corporate location. The associates there are very friendly and professional, but well be moving our stuff for 2 reasons. The unit is accumulating a lot of dust and debris including falling insulation. Weve used other storage facilities before and didnt have this problem. Second, and this is the big one, we just received notice that our rent will be increasing by $70 to $272 per month with 1 month notice. This is outrageous.

Great place to store your things the workers there are so nice always looking out for your best interest and the prices are great too. Its safe clean and the workers will always work with you if you cant pay a bill on time just keep them in the loop dont dodge them there always happy to help there awesome!!! Plus first month is 1 plus insurance fee of 25 but thats cheap any size storage unit i highly recommend them

The manager there was nice enough. He was on the phone with a customer and you could hear in his voice that he was annoyed. He got off and said, Shes been a f---ing pain in my ass all day. He also swore some more while describing the unit to us. After showing the unit, we agreed to take it. He rushed us through the paperwork, reciting his entire spiel as if he were reading from a script. I understand hes probably said it a thousand times, but he could have slowed down and actually sound like he cared. Also, the advertised price was not the price we paid. There are all sorts of fees that bumps up the monthly price by about $25. There was a one time charge of $25 just for the lock and we werent allowed to use our own. Just advertise the full price! He also said w need to get premium insurance for the unit. We asked and he said it was necessary. Really? I Get that we might need insurance, but the premium? If theres a premium, there must be a basic. Why cant we use that for less a month? We had even called ahead of time and he didnt mention any other fees... We ended up using them only because we had a truckload of stuff with us, but I wouldnt go back again. After signing the agreement, he made is rate his place on Google while he watched! He asked me to do it, so I figured Id do it later when I got home, but he stood there and said for me to take out my phone and then tell him when I was done so he could read it while I was there. Totally unprofessional. Im sure a lot of these reviews are skewed towards the positive side since he watches you like a hawk while you write it and reads it before you leave. I would steer clear.

I needed to rent a storage space short term when I moved, as the new place wasnt ready before the lease on my old place was up. I talked to Bill, who helped me sort everything out. He was very kind and helpful. Talking to him was like talking to an old friend, he was very personable! The rates were pretty affordable too. Everything went very smoothly for me. I would definitely look into using them again should I ever need another storage unit.

Demi and Bill made my temporary move to Public Storage as smooth as possible. When I arrived, Demi helped me to check in within just a few minutes. I requested her to assign a unit with easy access for a 26 truck and she prepared a perfect one for me. It was so tiring to drive a large truck for over 16 hours, but her friendliness made me feel so relieved. She even drove to a store to get us a few bottles of ice cold water. I would give more than two thumbs up!

I have dealt with several Property Managers throughout that period and quite honestly they all have been quite good. Having said that, however, I want to say that the current PM Demi has been truly exceptional! Along with being very professional and pleasant, Demi is very knowledgeable about the workings of the business and has gone out of her way to help with questions or issues that I might have had. Net, net Demi as a Property Manger representative of Public Storage reflects extremely well on the company.
