Ya know…haven’t been there in a LONG time…not bad at all…for the price it was a good cut and would go back.

Haircut was decent and for a decent price, but the attitude and professionalism of the staff member I had cutting my hair was awful she was very rude. I don’t usually go out of my way to spread negativity in the world as we already have so much of it. I definitely won’t be returning at this location.

Great service and talented group of hair specialists. Would recommend to anyone, any age.

Ran in asking if they could cut my hair in 20 minutes because I had to go to work and I got a great cut while making it back to work on time!

The FS near me is a rip off!!They distribute coupons in mail advertising certain services and then add in discreet provisos that there are additional charges for other services.What happens is you end up paying FULL PRICE for the service. Coupons are next to worthless.I WILL NEVER DARKEN THAT DOOR AGAIN!!

I usually come here because they are quick, inexpensive, and they do a nice job for a simple cut. However, I was in here about 3 weeks ago from this post and the older woman doing my hair saw that customers were coming in behind me, so she started rushing. I had layers in my hair and I let her know that, but she just cut all of the longer layers, so now its all just one long thing, after I asked her to keep the layers. I also asked her to dry my hair nicely before I left, nothing extravagant at all, and I left with frizzy hair like a big puff ball AND it was still damp. Its hard to say things in the moment, but I didnt want her to continue working on me to correct the problems anyways because she might rush and mess it up even more. I dont remember her name, but this was an out of character experience Ive had with Fan Sams. Ill will go again, but she wont be cutting my hair.

We usually go there for our kids cuts. They routinely have coupons for a very reasonable kids haircut. Some of the stylists are better than others but never have we been disappointed. Usually dont have to wait too long although last visit was unusually crowded and it seemed multiple employees took a break at the same time leaving one with all the customers.

Always great service and a quality cut here! Stylists are experienced and fast, they give me great advice on how to make the hair Ive got left look its best!

Sorry: I dont ever splurge for anything beyond the basic wet-dry mop-chop. However, 90% of the time, theres hardly ever any waiting for me, & the staff are more than accomodating with take a little more off the top & similar requests.

I love Crystal. She takes her time and really strives to provide the customer with what h3/she wants

Looks terrible, never coming here again. Lady doesn’t know how to cut hair. Never come here they do not know how cut hair. Biggest waste of money and time. You are better off having a monkey cut your hair then these people.

Lady was really nice a polite and did a good job getting my brown hair to blonde.

All I wanted was a wash and set for my 25th anniversary!! I am 54yrs old I have never left a salon looking like Lion King!! I was suppose to go to the store to buy my mom something but I justed wanted to cry. I was embarrassed to go anywhere!! I will tell my friends not to go here. I tried to explain to her that I was not happy, all she said is no you cant make it look like that!! I only had this hair all my life. While writing this review I had someone who saw my Facebook page and offered to pay for me to get it done somewhere else.

Not happy at all worst haircut Ive ever gotten. Asked for ends only to be trimmed, to my surprise when I got home my hair was chopped. Will never return.

Went today for my sons haircut. They seemed rude and not very customer friendly. Almost as if we were a inconvenience.Last time I went...was referred to Ms. Tina which did amazing with my son who is special needs. Will only go back to see her from now on.

Fantastic Sams Mandeville(hwy 190)-went here sept 5th (evening time). Girl cutting my hair was Rude had NO people skills at all. Will not go back to this business.

If it were up to me I would give this place zero stars but I was kind of not given that option. I am from out of town I saw this fantastic Sams and I need it to get my hair done as an emergency. All that I want to get done on my hair was getting it curled. I went in and asked how much would it cost me to get my hair curled? There were three women sitting down....and one at the register and one in the back cleaning they were all hairstylist. Total of 5 women! The one sitting down who spoke to me was a much older Caucasian woman and said we cant..... without explanation as to why. when I asked why? She said were very short staffed today. There was literally no customers there. Not a single one . I was very confused and said OK and walked off and one of them sarcastically said sorry. I never write reviews but I strongly felt the urge to write one for this place. Today is April 30, 2016...I went in there at 4:30pm considering the place closes at 6pm. ......so if you are the employer to the fantastic SAMs up on mandeville and youre hiring these people you need to rehire some new staff or else your business will fail.

DO NOT GO! There is a women with red hair that is terrible at cutting hair. What I asked for and what I got were very different. I just wanted my hair to be cleaned up but she cut it way too short.

Never ever go there, the lady was so rude and doesn’t even know to clean hair on chair before calling customer, when i asked to clean the chair, she was so lazy and saying you want to cut hair or not, which is ridiculous and they need to grow up ...
