Great experience! service was exemplary. and store was stocked with everything I wanted... as always!

Staff is always friendly when you enter, clean, organized and accommodating, sure to have what you want for that quick snack or something to quench your thirst. Was looking for a specific snack recently, they did not stock it, asked the staff person, she said she would get the vendor to stock it, and next visit, this 7-Eleven had it! Now thats customer service!For the most part, it seems relatively safe, there are times after 9ish, there are some people that like to hang out with their belongings on the sidewalk adjacent to the store in the evening, just something to keep in mind if you go with your family for a quick snack run.

The store clerk I had ask for a specific thing off the shelf cause it was locked up and he kept grabbing the wrong one and calling me slurs as if I was the one making the mistake and when I was going to pay he threw the change at me

Five times in the last 8 months I have shopped here. Package food on shelf just in front of register towards back, all was expired including the packaged candy/ snacks. The food they have cooking next to register, I asked for only 2 to Quito’s and the Iranian lady/ Indian sold me 4 even though I said two. No worries she seemed anxious to sell no problem. However they tasted old and stale. They become rude when a customer doesn’t buy what they offer. Note it’s a privilege to have a business license to sell, and it’s easy to take your Business license if you continue unsafe practices in your establishment.

Bought some gas, donuts and coffee at 7:15am. Went to use the restroom and there was a sign on both of the doors “bathroom closed for cleaning”, I asked the clerk for the key, he reiterated they were closed for cleaning, However, being there for 10 minutes, no one was cleaning anything.I asked again as I really needed to go and had two kids with me. I could definitely tell no one was there to clean the restrooms. The clerk then said its 7-11 policy to close the restrooms between 10pm-8am... wait a minute, So you lied to me about the restrooms being cleaned and didn’t give me any reason as to why I couldn’t use the restrooms, and still would not let me use the restrooms!! Never got to use the restroom. Staff is not friendly.
