This Starbucks is in a really nice location. Its super convenient and surrounded by food and other snack places so everyone can get what they want. Also the outdoor seating and turf area is a great place to relax with the family.

Literally kicked my 3 year old son and I out of the store 6 minutes before the posted closing time.Blonde headed little boy told me, absolutely no way he could sell me a chocolate milk . Pretty rude and unprofessional.

Too loud to work, but large enough place to accommodate. Wish the manager allowed to turn loud music down. Im the only one here too.. but employees and drinks are great. Only three plug ins

Was disappointed that there was no drive thru(Im on road trip and dont know the area) but its close to the mall entrance and was almost entirely empty so I went straight to the register. Tall guy and blond girl were super sweet and gave me fantastic recommendations and chatted with me. Very friendly and made me not even mad that there was no drive thru lol. I wish the credit card reader had an option to add a tip

One of the baristas asked me to pull my mask back up over my mouth and my nose, while Im trying to drink the coffee that she just gave me. There was nobody within six feet of me, and I was waiting for my fresh tomato and mozzarella panini. How does one drink with a mask over their face? Her ignorance offended me, and I deemed this a bad experience because of her

Adrian is very rude our original drink did not taste right. We had asked him if we can exchange it and he said we already made it . Then gave us attitude . Starbucks has a policy if you don’t like your drink they can remake it so why would he get upset .

This place is great. The staff is friendly and brews excellent coffee. Mobile service has been very prompt while I have been coming here. Lol... Dont order too soon, or your coffee will be cold when you get there.

It was very busy, mid-afternoon on a holiday Saturday. Standing room only. Staff did a good job trying to keep the drinks moving in reasonable time.When the weather is nice, this is a great place to get a drink and sit outside.

Wish it was possible to give these guys more stars, way more. They are absolutely wonderful. I work over at Calvin Klein and I would be miserable if these guys werent there. Not only is their service amazing but they are a wonderful group of people, very professional, fun, always willing to answer questions and very patient when we have a ton of orders for them. I always drive to this one even if its a little out of my way if I want Starbucks, none of the others even come close to being as great as them. Hands down the best Starbucks in Tucson. I seriously cannot praise them enough.

This is one of the best places to go to get a coffee, safe and fun environment. All of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and overall a great staff put together. I’ve been to other Starbucks but this place makes me feel right at home. Ryan, Devontay, and the rest of the staff address me by a first name basis. I love this Starbucks!!

Very polite and cheerful

I love Starbucks but they need to take initiative and push their customers to use reusable cups, I was the only person out of over 30 people who brought one, they have a sign that says help the environment and buy one but clearly that isnt enough.

Good customer service is always recognized here. No matter if you order the wrong drink or its made incorrectly they will absolutely remake you what you want and paid for!

This is a very nice location its directly in the middle of the mall by the food court but not in the food court. Its convenient not too busy and theyre always very fast besides that its a Starbucks so the inside is done very well and the people there are always nice.
