Metro PCS is great network. But it takes forever just to walk in and pay your monthly plan. Biggest obstacle in doing so is none of the employees can effectively communicate in English. And it takes certain customers longer to pay a bill than it does to get thier damn scratch off tickets and thier 2oz. shots of coffee that take 10min to make.

I recently went to this store to have my new phone activated. The treatment I received from both the manager, George,and his co-worker was warm and friendly, professional, and EXTREMELY helpful! They went above and beyond to answer by questions and get my new phone up and running. I could not have asked for better service from them! I have been a Metro customer for many years and have never had a complaint. My experience with this store will only increase my loyalty.

Jorge and his wife Katherine lie and do not share correct information. They stated phones could be returned within 14 days but read the fine print which is located across the room. You can’t have more than 60 minutes talk time or 200mb of data usage.Do not use this location. I will do all I can to have their T-Mobile authorized retailer license removed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Sold wrong product ; failed to properly transfer service then refused to accept return. Talks down to you like youre stupid.

I just moved here and my at&t service was not working, so I switched to metro PCS. I couldnt believe how kind and helpful George was. He went out of his way to help me make sure that metro PCS service would have enough bars of service for phone calls and internet at the place I live before switching providers. Weve come to the Marathon store many times and it is closed when it is supposed to be open. No signage to explain why it is closed. Very frustrated at this point.

Overall experience was fair at best.Bought a disfunctional phone and from where Im an exexisting customer, no return or exchanges were permitted, even though customer care stated it was ultimately allowed and up to the store.Former big pine resident here and I wouldnt recommend ANYONE to this location. In my opinion, Its obvious that my devices arent the only one thats had issues, with the reviews Ive seen anyway. Its also, in my opinion, clearly evident that the owner could care less about the satisfaction of long term customers over their sales quotas.Whos lieing about getting me a working device? Metro corporate call center or this store? Id say the store.Representative on Sunday was nice, thats about all I can say.Beware of the faulty Alcatel 7 and vewarb of the majority of the other phones in stock.

Very nice place for go for your phone service pay bill etc. I stopped in for a friend and was taken care of and on my way.

I got the help I needed but things are still not right with these phones at all! 2 exact same phones bought at the same time and they operate totally different on seems to be ok the other is soooooo sloooooow and even the local temps are off by 3 degrees so wierd.... the metro service is not as good as it once was and they keep changeing phones so fast they are screwing up the reliability of the service

So much better than Verizon or Sprint best deal around
