Both Zach and Chris were great! We came in to get my phone fixed after it had some water damage. Both were very knowledgeable and helped us pick the best and most affordable option. We ended up buying a new phone and Chris helped us through the process. (However, they do have a very cool device used to suck out water of phones! We just chose to upgrade instead). The upgrade process took some time, but he wanted to make sure the new phone was working and everything transferred over. While we waited, he even recommended some places for us to visit while on vacation. If we happen to have phone issues again while in the keys, we know where to go!

Who knew buying a phone could be such a great experience!!!! I’ve never had customer service from any phone company that actually made me this happy. Zach was so thorough in answering all of my questions! (I had a lot.) He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel like I was being sold on anything. This was the best cellular service we have had in years.. Chris was amazing he took time to answer all of my questions so much so that I returned with my husband to make the switch from straight talk to Verizon.. He made this process as painless as possible and even stayed late to make sure we were all set.We are currently cruising on boat and live in northern Michigan knowing this he still gave us direct contact information and told us to call him anytime if we ever need anything.. The guys here are great, was having a charging issue with my Motorola edge+. They loaned me a charger for over night. I went back the next day and bought a new charging brick.

Zach is a superhero!!! Please give him a cape, a raise and a vacation. My phone died on the last day of our trip. When I called he tried his best to help but could not. He then called me back over 8 hours later after working on it all day. Who has customer service like that anymore?? He still couldnt fix my phone, but he was able to find others having the same issue and get me a replacement, saving my family hours of added travel time and what was left of my sanity. Thank you Zach!! They dont even answer the phone in our Verizon store at home. I am forever grateful and indebted to you!

I came into the store after dropping my phone in water, I told the guy behind the counter I was in major rush to get back on the water but needed a phone . Zach quickly explained all my options and had me set up in a new water resistant phone, in a case and everything ready to go in literally 30 minutes or less . By far the best service Ive EVER had with Verizon or any other place of business!

I visited this Verizon store today with my Jetpack that that did not work. Carina Rioseco the manager assisted me and was able to fix my issue. I cannot emphasize how professional she was! If you are in need of anything Verizon I would highly recommend this retailer!

Nana is truly an asset to Wireless Zone and Verizon. She is knowledgeable, patient, and after dealing with her, I changed my mind about switching to a different carrier. She is by far the best wireless tech Ive ever dealt with.

I bought a new phone from this store 2 months ago and it was the best experience I have had in a cell phone store ever. The people are friendly and always willing to help. I returned today because my live email address was not working and they informed me that Live changed some server setting and its best if I download the Outlook app designed for Live. They showed me how to download and had my email up in running in no time. Whether purchasing or just getting some assistance this store is consistent with their customer service levels.

Honestly I don’t know what I would do if Nana wasn’t there to help. The stores other employees are great but Nana is special. I chose Verizon to buy phones & have service with because of the customer service.

I am a technology dummy. After 2 hours of trying to set up my own phone I came to the store. Granted it was a hour drive but Brett reset both Gmail passwords in order to restablish my contact list. Got my insurance replacement active and as close to the lost one as it could be all while multi tasking 2 to 3 other people. By far the most relaxing, no aggregation experience with a store. I will do the drive when its time for the new phone hands down!!

Helped with getting a phone that day. Just depends on your credit. And do ask as many questions as you can here. They are ok but throughout the transaction more and more was added to the bill. Such as life but ask before you keep adding up the bill...

Two options main land or Marathon. Much less traffic going to Marathon and this store is awesome. Brett helped me go from a windows phone to a iPhone. Would recommend anyone to come here for help these guys are great!!

5 star customer service! I have tried literally EVERY single other cell carrier down here and they are all terrible and just trying to upsell you to the $800 phones. Kareena has helped me all 3 times that I have come into the store and I was extremely impressed with her efficiency and overall customer service skills. They have a great variety of phones and will promptly order the phone you want if it is not in stock, also providing a loaner phone while you are waiting for the order to arrive!

I went in this store because I read amazing reviews and was recommended to it while I was on vacation. I dropped my phone in water and it wouldnt start. I wanted to know my options. But I couldnt get the girl working there to Help me at all. She was so busy with everything else I couldnt get any service but she had one other client with her. So I wondered around the store. It was 30 to 40 minutes until she asked if I needed help. But she referred me to a store in Miami she could not help me at all with my phone. I went to a store in homestead and upgraded with them.

5 stars for Nana she is the most helpful pleasant representative I have every had the pleasure of dealing with!

I came into the store with a very unique problem, not with thier service whatsoever, but with my phone. Now this really wasnt 100% a problem with my phone, but with an internet app that I couldnt get working on my phone. The knowledge that the salesman, now internet Guru, displayed was incredible. His dedication to the task was admiral. He tried everything to get it to work... And you know all said and done... He was defeated. My phone just flat will not support this particular app. The dedication that he gave to try to get it to work, knowing full well that I was not buying anything, no commission coming his way, I truthfully was just a waste of his time.... Well thats customer service. Im rather upset at myself that I didnt get his name, that man needs a raise. He is doing it right. And heres the rest of the review. Very clean well kept store. Lighting is excellent. Displays, nothing out of place to this consumers eye. And the shelves were full with anything and everything they offer. From phones to accessories they have it. It has been my experience here in the Keys that that is a rarity. As far a service up and down the Keys ( including Hawks Channel ) they have it. I was an At&T guy first trip down here 5 years ago and my girlfriend had Verizon. Well lets just say I ran her phone out of minutes. Since then Ive had Verizon. Ive never had a problem with signal strength. So stop in that Marathon store, get some expert help or buy something !!

The customer service here is above and beyond anything I have experienced anywhere else. If you have cellular needs this is the place to go. I only wish they were closer to my home. Everyone should take lessons here on what retail service should be like.
