Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I called the store 15 minutes before they closed and informed the representative over the phone i will be there at 8:58 i am on the side of the road with an emergency and all i need is a jack. The representative then informed me he isn’t staying late for anyway and then i had to continue to beg him to stay open 2 min late
I arrived to this location to exchange a $150 battery that it didnt even last a year and had already caused me several jumps bothering several family members during the week. In top of that the person in the store named Jack had a disgusting customer service. Prior to installation I asked for an alternator check and they told me they need to change the battery first. I asked Jack if he could check the battery first and told me I need to go to a work shop that he doesnt do that work. (Signs all over saying they check your battery for free Ok).He just changed the battery without checking the old one and after he changed it, I asked for an alternator check. Of course he sent me a work shop to check my alternator. I dont want to involved everybody, actually the lady was very respectful and helpful.
Online order doesnt work. My order was canceled almost immediately 2x. I have been order from another location few times. Just go pick it up. From this store simply doesnt work. No customer service to help with it.I have been in this store few times and I can tell some of the staff is nice.
Went there to check my battery the guy at the counter came out within minutes at told me my battery was thankfully ok, very good service, I will definitely use them for my auto requirements..
I arrived at this location on 1/31/21 and store was closed before 7:56pm,when I got to the door. At the door I looked in and seen an older woman mopping the floor. I then knocked on the door and showed her my phone stating that it was not yet 8:00pm. The older woman shook her head and said that I wouldn’t be given service multiple times. Today (1/31/21) the store is supposed to be closed at 8:00pm as posted on all of the following google, store website, and outside of this advance auto parts location. If I’m not mistaken this is a very critical corporate issue. I believe someone should definitely be reprimanded for this.

Manager was very rude because they were doing cleaning 10 minutes before they closed and all I had was a return! Customer service theses days is ridiculous considering the current times when you could be out of a job! Kindness goes a long way everyone!!!
Walked in and immediately saw four employees who were not wearing masks until I was in their sights none of which greeted me and all four stood around and watched me waiting for their help nobody asked if I needed help. The employees here are a joke

I LOVE this store!! They are honest, friendly and extremely helpful. They do not take advantage of seniors who MAY not know everything about cars! I buy all parts I need from them. Check them out... youll see Im right!!!
On January 31, 2021, @7:57pm I arrived at the auto-advance located at 7912 west simple road Coral Springs Fl 33065, I check the doors, and the doors were locked and it wasnt even 8 pm yet.
Not the best help there. Walked in and the guy at the front is on his phone texting and tells us theres a guy in the back.

5 customers in line. 1 clerk handling phone calls. 3 workers standing around ignoring customers even after phone order clerk told them to wait on customers. I walked out after 7 minutes standing in a no clerk line. Like no one cares. NEVER will go back there.
Zero stars. I am all for customer service. So when I come in and stand at the front counter for 5-10 minutes and see at the minimum 5 employees working and only one helping someone. And no one acknowledges me. Not even a hey how are you someone will be with you shortly. Or hey have you been helped. Very poor customer service. Theres a auto zone down the street.
Staff was super friendly and helpful,definitely knowledgeable with my car issue. I left a happy costumer.

Went to store spoke person at the register, told him my maintenance light is on he check it for me he replies. I’m by myself someone called sick you take the car to another advance auto which is understandable no problem. I replied ok what time does the next person come because if it’s a 1/2 hr to an hour I can just wait in my car his reply I don’t know.. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 The fact of the matter is go there all the time I know someone would be there by poor customer service I guess be using autzone from now onto

Use this location quite often. There are a few nice employees here but one or two of them are very rude and dont really care how they speak to people. I understand its a auto parts store and a certain type of attitude comes along with that, but its still a business that needs customers in order to stay in business. Again there are some very nice employees here that have excellent customer service. There is just one or two that put a bad vibe on the store

If the other reviews arent enough DO NOT COME HERE. Youd think with such a large company theyd put effort in the people they put representing their establishment. Obviously I came for assistance but the old sour man upset I came in for business is disgusting and disappointing I WILL NOT be bringing my business back to this location and of I had time Id stand out front everyday till they loose all business and close this waste of space. He didnt even help me find the product I need to buy!!! What a joke Ill spend money everywhere else and I urge the public to do the same as well. SHAMEFUL.

My day didnt start so well I bought a battery from Advance Discount few weeks ago and the battery was dead so I got a jump from my neighbor drove over to Advance Auto right here in Margate.First started pretty good they came out try to check my battery my alternator so my battery dies. The kid takes my battery inside to charge it and he told me hell let me know.I waited for 3 hours for my battery I went inside a few times the manager said he will be right with you.They charge up the battery just like they said but for some reason my car wouldnt start it was just dead.The manager was useless.He didnt want to help me he didnt want to try to figure things out I asked him kindly to swap out the batterie to make sure that its not the battery even though it is showing that is good but you never know.The manager refused he went back inside and got lost I never seen him again basically he just left me outside and not even try to help me figure things out.Luckily there was a nice gentleman he drives a green Honda very nice guy.He did everything in his power to help me out he swapped out the battery he gave me a jump with the company car.Finally we came to a conclusion that it had to be something else. So I have my car towed to my mechanic and come to find out it was my negative wire that was fried.The only reason I posted this review because the manager was absolutely useless.This guy should be fired he should be let go of this company because he makes these guys look bad.

Always some kind of issue with telling you they had the part but then its at the other store... but they do have ok prices for a local spot...better to plan the repair and order it online for way cheaper🤔😜✌

Worst experience Ive ever had at this place happened today. I went in to purchase a battery. I said excuse me sir he shouts out highly irritated, the word of the day excuse me! Thats the word of the day when your in the middle of something. He proceeds to assist me with placing the order for the battery. I asked him if they price match he told me no but if I place an order online than I can get a discount. I placed the order online waited about 5 to 10 min for the order to go through and for them to handle the one person that came in, left and for them to have a minute to finish whatever they were doing. I spoke up to say I placed the order online and the guy with rainbow earrings that I spoke to initially came up, looked on the computer saw no online order, so I asked if it could be pulled out so that when the order comes through I can take it. He gives me a look that says your an idiot and tells me the world of impatience. You expect us to just jump up and just put it in right away, right like I dont have something else to do. I told him I dont expect anyone to jump up and do anything but I do expect some form of cx service and not to be treated with attitude every step of the way while standing in the store for close to 30 minutes. He says seriously youve been in the store for 30 min? I told him if I didnt speak up than yes I would be cuz Ive already been here for 20. I told him i didnt want to speak with him any more because he had too much attitude. He throws up his hands and walks off. Thankfully I placed the order to the one on 441 in margate and I went there to pick it up and had great cx service experience. Bottom line stay away from the sample store. They dont want to be bothered.

I caled to get a price for an alternator and this lady was very rude, after telling her what i needed she put me on hold for over 20 mins, i called back .and she told me that she was the only one in the store and she had a customer,which is ok but she had a nasty attitude and cut me short,after holding another 10 mins i hung up.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....upon calling for the third time she put me on to a guy,after she hung up on me.BEWARE!!!!!!
You may have to wait in line for an extra minute or two- but it is worth it for the excellent customer service they provide
