We drove four hours to reach the dealership (from Maryland). My wife found that your dealership had the interior that she wanted in a Denali by looking on-line. Its been years since we purchased a new car - last one in 2002. We were pleasantly surprised at your staff members response to all our questions; you were in no hurry to get us put the door. Michael Meyers was fantastic and gently took us through the whole process. The finance man, the team guy were great, too. John couldnt be with us that day, but our phone contacts showed how empathetic he is. We will always be cheer leaders for your dealership.

I knew that I needed a good amount of work done on my 2014 Buick Lacrosse, I purchased it used from another dealership and didnt want to used their service department. I called Burns Buick-GMC and made an appointment to drop off. I was very pleased to get a call from Glyn in which he went over exactly what I needed for my vehicle. Although it took another day longer to get all the work done (my car used all of the dealership parts inventory); I was kept informed and did not mind. The much needed work was completed on my car and it runs like it did the first time I drove it home if not better. I will continue to use Burns to service my beloved Buick Lacrosse. Dissatisfied with the service I received from Pietro (sales team member I was given as a replacement for Will or John whom I had an appointment with)Im not one to complain but I just want to let it be known to management and any potential customers that I was very dissatisfied with the service I received from Pietro on Saturday 10/23/21. I subsequently handed the keys back and made a purchase elsewhere.Prior to me leaving; a salesman by the name of James approached me and was very kind and courteous but I had already made up my mind I was no longer interested in doing business with the dealership.Pietro was very rude and incompetent when it comes to his knowledge on the pre owned Honda Accord I was interested in purchasing. When asked about test driving I mentioned I didnt want to test drive the car seeing as I was recently in a major car accident which he asked then what do I want to do...I told him Id like to look at the exterior and interior etc.In expecting the car I asked if the certification advertised was comparable to a honda certification and he just kept repeating they cant give a Honda certification since this isnt a honda dealer and asked if I wanted to leave and purchase from a Honda dealer. I also asked the difference between the EX-L and the Touring model which he could not answer and suggested I use google. I mentioned I had a Civic touring prior and never had an EX so wanted to know what features I would be losing and he just says that a Civic is a totally different car as if Im an idiot... I stated the features offered in a civic and accord should be the same for the trims. I asked what the at home delivery option was (seeing as I was driving a rental) where he asked if I planned to leave and purchasing the car online instead of explaining what the option was. He did mention if I rented from enterprise I can go over to the one next door and return it there.As I looked around the car he paced around and kept checking his phone so I mentioned that he acts as if he has something better to do with his time instead of making a sale. He stated that everyone is double booked today. So I gave him the keys back and told him he can go do whatever else it is he needs to do and Ill find someone else if need be.

Brought my Buick Enclave in for routine maintenance (plus a few minor items; i.e. USB slot malfunctioning and noise coming from dash). Everything was fixed and addressed in a timely manner. One part had to be ordered but it was noncritical so they asked if I wanted to pick up my vehicle and bring it back or leave it. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, no courtesy cars were available so they were kind enough to accommodate me by providing a Lyft to my house. Very helpful overall and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I really do not like fighting about paying the shop fee every time I come in for service. Its extremely anointing too budget at one advertised price and to find additional fees tacked on at the end. If you are going to charged the fee it should be posted, than I can decide whether its worth having my vehicle service at your shop, before the work begins.

September 2020, I took my vehicle in for service (check engine light). I was told the problem was an oil pressure switch. I stated the the oil pressure switch had been changed several times and the problem was something else. Burns GMC insisted to try another oil pressure switch, which I agreed to at a cost of $400 (very pricey). The new oil pressure switched solved the problem for about 3 months (1000 miles), then the check engine light came back on. Took the vehicle back to Burns GMC for the same issue, the new oil pressure switch should be under warranty. Now Burns GMC is is stating that the problem might be the pressure relief valve in the oil pump. Burns GMC wants to now replace the oil pump at a cost of $3500 and this might fix the check engine light problem. I declined the new oil pump and drove the car home. Upon getting the vehicle home I noticed that the lower deflector was missing from the underside of the engine. I go back to Burns GMC to explain. The service manager (Jerry Morrow) said to give him a day and he would look into it. A week goes by, no word from Jerry. I call Burns GMC back, Jerry states they are still looking into it and to give him more time. I explain I just want the vehicle back the way I brought it in for service. I should not get the vehicle returned worse than when I dropped it off. All Jerry says is that he needs more time to look into the situation. The service manager, Jerry Morrow, has yet to call me back.On a side note, while I was at Burns GMC talking with Jerry. There was another customer complaining that their vehicle was fine before he dropped it off and now the vehicle would not go over 30 mph.Burns Buick GMC is the only dealership where you pay for your vehicle to get repaired and the vehicle comes back to you worse than when you dropped it off.One would be foolish to take any vehicle in for service at Burns Buick GMC.

The worst car shopping experience ever. First, we were in there for more than 10 minutes and no one came to greet us. Now, there were no customers and the place was not busy at all. It is rude and borderline discrimination. I had to finally go up to them to ask for help.. It’s not how you treat your potential customers. I do not recommend this place!!

I purchased a used 2018 Acadia and after the sale, the drive home I encountered a drivability issue, possible Transmission related. I was able to get the car back the next day and meet Rob Hart Service Manager who took this issue and ran with it. Together we took a test drive to verify we were seeing/feeling the same issue and after a brief dive, he was on top of it. Had his techs scan, drive and follow up with a repair. The following day I drove off, and onto vacation with the family. This was a VERY Positive experience.

After making an appointment, the appointment could not be found. They took my car in anyway and it took all day to fix the exhaust leak. When I picked up my car it stated I had 0% oil life. I entered the day with 73% oil life. While it was a quick re-set, it showed me that the tech was not complete and gave me pause as to what else he might have forgotten to do. I also noticed my tire pressure was much less than when I entered. I can take care of that but again worries me that things were done to my car that cause me concern.

Everything went well. Only a minor issue when installing the roof rails, I wasn’t asked, nor did I offer, on preferred placement. So they were installed middle and front positions versus front and last positions. Not a big deal, I am handy so made the quick change.

Check in was great. The two problems I reported with my 2021 Canyon were not fixed due to a known software glitch and a mechanical function that “fixes itself” after 15,000 miles. I find that unacceptable. This is the first “American” car I have purchased in 20 years. Now I remember why I switched to Japanese made vehicles, the Big Three still don’t have their act together. Not Burns GMC’s fault but having buyers remorse already.

Stay far away from this dealership. the buying process was about the same as anywhere else id say. the service dept on the other hand is horrible... never have i seen such lack of communication in my life. they dont call you if an issue arises, they dont call you back and if by chance they actually answer the phone they just pile up excuse upon excuse. the culture at this dealership is horrible.. i really dont know how a dealership stays in business with such poor culture. the body shop is excellent.. mike at the body shop is a pleasure to deal with. just dont deal with the service dept.

Bought a pre-owned gt350 here. Good service, and they only tried to hard sell me on warranties once so that was nice. I dont haggle with prices I just know what Im looking for and what a good price would be on it. So cant comment on that. They helped a bit after the sale but a part broke a few months after and they ghosted me on whether they would take care of it. Not terribly surprising but a bit disappointing since it was so close to my purchase date. Overall pretty smooth experience

Asked for warranty work to be completed and the car was returned in the same condition. They provided a coupon for a free detail and the car’s outside did not come back looking well with wax drops and fingerprints all over it. They did a quick touch up which took me an hour of waiting with kids in their parking lot. I arrived after 6 so they couldn’t take a coupon off and had to mail me the refund. The girl at the desk didn’t know anything. I ordered touch up paint and then they told me when I got there they didn’t have it. They texted me and said to contact them with questions and my questions/texts were not responded to.

This is our second purchase with Burns. Had a great experience a great years back with Neil Gervon so we decided to come on back when it was time to upgrade. Neil is still there but not working in sales so we were paired with Annaleise Fury. I can’t say enough good things about her level of dedication to her work. Sales person was great - however paperwork took forever - 2 hours. They said delay was because they were detailing the truck - interior of the truck was a mess - full of food and personnel items. Once I got the truck home noticed an issue with the vehicle - now getting the run around, the dealer is saying happened while I had the truck so its my issue. Didn’t have such a great experience at the service center. I took my car to get full diagnostic test and they charged me just to run multipoint inspection test. Found an issue that my prior mechanic fixed and wanted to replace at a super high price. My car went in with no check engine light and when i picked it up they turned it on since I couldn’t do the repairs there at the time. So I basically paid for them to turn on my check engine light so I can go back and get it fixed there.Went to spoke to rep and he said it just happened as they were testing.

I recently got a truck through Anneliese Furey, and the experience overall was great! I had done a lot of shopping around prior to settling on this vehicle, and the level of professionalism was much higher at Burns Buick GMC than other dealerships. I can also say the safety measures for COVID 19 were much better than other dealerships which was great. The process was very quick, and there was no issues accommodating any of my requests. Pricing was extremely fair, and I would recommend them as a dealership over many of the other dealerships in the area!

My wife and I just purchased a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe from Burns and we are very pleased with the transaction. Shane was our customer rep. and he was great. Friendly, professional, helpful, and since my wife was uncomfortable going to the dealership, Shane had no problem delivering the Santa Fe to our home. Shane took his time going over the paperwork that had to be signed, and explaining the options on the vehicle.
