Respect is a very big thing I believe all people deserve it, I decided to go to pep boys Marlton because of the good things I heard of the company franchise as a whole.. and the affordability as a young college student. I take my car in expecting to have it fixed but they didn’t start working on my car after two days, & some how managed to scrape my car. And was also quoting 1,200 dollars from this place when in reality I was told it was not 1200. Safe your self the headache please do not go here.

Pep Boys totally lost their store inside and now its just a service center absolutely ridiculous when especially I came for one thing specifically that was inside the store not looking for service looking for product and the entire store was empty! Love this Pep Boys too they were the complete deal from services to products they were my favorite in the area by far but I guess all good things come to end at some point right???

A little oil had been leaking from my car so I dropped it off for an evaluation. I either needed the oil drain plug replaced for about $160 or if there was a problem with the oil pan I wouldve needed that done for just under $800. What a difference & how would I really know not being a mechanic? Not only did Frank call to inform me that thankfully it was just the plug that needed replacing but he also told me that I was due for an alignment. When I came in to get my car Frank happened to be the one at the counter. He commented about it thankfully just being the plug but also said he made sure to tell the technician this as soon as he discovered it. I feel like he wanted to make sure that there was no mistake or misunderstanding. You never know when someone may say you need more than you do for his benefit. So, not only was I relieved about the plug I was most thankful for Franks honesty & that he made sure to spread that honesty to others for my benefit. As if that wasnt enough he mentioned applying for a Pep Boys credit card which would knock $100 off the total bringing it down to about $148 for the fluid leak evaluation, new plug, full synthetic oil change, tire alignment, & tire rotation. Even without that deduction the price was much less than replacing the oil pan & all. Ill look for Frank in the future.

The length of time it takes for literally anything to get done is unacceptable. Something as routine as an oil change takes hours and hours even with an appointment. If you value your sanity you won’t sit in the waiting room, because being able to watch the mechanics walk around as slowly as humanly possible while you’ve been waiting for hours will really test your patience.

Pep Boys 775 w rt 70 marlton was great place to get my car repaired and believe me I have been to many places and never could find out what the real problem was..well Bob got right to work on it and did a thorough evaluation and came up with finally the real solution and now my car is running great what a relief finally after going so many other places!! Only Bob could figure out the solution and my car is now running in great shape..this was my first great experience with pep boys and not all pep boys are the same thats why I wrote the address because other ones have been disappointing but the 775 w rt 70 ask for Bob and you will be in good hands! I cant say enough about the quality of their work and the awesome customer service I was given. Also the speed they got me in and got things done was ahead of all others. Thanks so much pep boys in Marlton!! they are also dog friendly which was a super bonus for me!! Max stars! My dogs and me now with the coolest ac ever!! and noises all gone running smooth!!

As any retail customer, we want to be treated fairly and accurately when it comes to price and service. This is my third experience over 6 months and each time I am more impressed with their knowledge and professionalism than before.This time it was Roman, the last time it was Frank. Honest evaluations, great information and most friendly. On Sunday, I observed Roman and a mechanic taking 15 minutes to explain to a woman customer the issues they found on her vehicle. This Pep Boys has excellent customer service. I went for my car keys not working, Dan working at the parts was very helpful and did above and beyond, he opened it up, look for the right battery and replaced it for me. It was a fantastic experience. As I was waiting, I noticed that as soon as the costumer get in they welcomed and asked what they are looking for, got their items very quick and not much time wasted trying to locate and with their very knowledgeable sales person. Made an appointment for an oil change a week in advance for 4pm - left work early for it only to sit and wait for an hour. When I checked in for my appointment, the associate said the mechanic was on his lunch break - which was weird to me considering I made an appointment a week in advance and dont see why an employee would take a break knowing that an appointment was coming in, but ok. I sat for an hour. At that point around 5pm I just took my keys back and left, and then when I called customer service to express my dissatisfaction, the GM Bob called me back and said thats the way things go in the auto industry, and that I was next on the list if I had waited another few minutes. When I asked why bother making an appointment then? he retorted having an appointment lets you go ahead of walk-ins but sometimes prior vehicles are up on the lift longer. Interestingly, I tried walking in for an oil change a few months prior and the associate laughed in my face and told me I cant get one without an appointment. All that he said was next time you plan to come in let me know and Ill try to get you taken care of more quickly. Makes no sense. An oil change takes 20 minutes tops. Suffice it to say I wont be going back.

I greatly appreciated the friendly and personal service given by Frank at Pep Boys in Marlton, NJ. these past couple of days I was on my way to Maryland (a 250 mile trip) to purchase a new car and trade the one I was driving when it literally broke down, i.e., a transmission mount broke. Fortunately, I saw the Pep Boys sign about a block away, and gingerly crawled into their parking lot. Very soon after telling Frank what happened and about my Maryland trip, he immediately had a service engineer check the car and quickly let me know the results that it would be about 2-3 hours before repairs could be made. To make sure I was able to get to Maryland on time, Frank contacted a rental car co. for me to still be able to make my trip, albeit without the trade. Frank kept me informed by phone and text on the repair work during the day. Driving my new car back from Maryland the next day, Frank helped me to have AAA tow my now repaired car to my home. Theres more! Frank said he felt badly about my situation for having to take a rental car instead of being able to trade mine, so he credited the cost of the rental car to lower my repair bill. Do I recommended Pep Boys for servicing your car? Absolutely, especially if you ask for Frank!

I went there looking for minor repairs, and found the man in the white shirt (possibly the same one in the picture in the other review where he ignored the customer?) at the service counter to be quite rude. Would not recommend coming here for any kind of repair work. Youd be much better off finding a local repair shop where they actually care about helping you.That said, they have a bunch of parts and stuff you might need, so if you just need to go buy something real quick its okay. Just avoid the repair shop.

Absolute rip offs with anything complex. Only go to pep boys for simple things like oil, tires or perhaps parts. Anything more and they will gouge you and do a Medicore job. Went there for a window fix and they shattered it, turning a 2 day job into nearly a week. As well as other overpriced bad work

I drove 40 minutes to get to this Pep Boys. Instead of going to the one that is 10 minutes from my house. The Marlton crew is awesome cant say enough good things about them. Took 2.5 hours to do an oil change. 10 minutes to get car in shop to start the work. 20 minutes to do the oil change. Spent 2 hours to install a cabin air filter!Be wary of how long you plan for your visit here.

Came on time for my oil change appointment. Waited for 1.5hrs and when I checked on the status I was told my car wouldn’t be taken care for another 30 mins. I was told that Witt appointment, I should be done in an 1-1:15 hr and waited all this while. They don’t think taking appointment or customers time is important. The staff was very rude and they are not getting my business ever again.

Scam artists. Charged me $800 for bs repairs and didn’t even fix the real issue. I was in a tight spot and had to get done work quickly and didn’t have my own mechanic at the time. Check out eastern radiator tabernacle, good spot.

I go here for parts sometimes. They usually have what I need but the service is slower than grandmom on her way to Sunday mass and the guys working the counter are always grumpy and unhelpful. If you dont know what you need or have any questions they arent really helpful

Dropped my car off at 9AM for a diagnosis and they told me they will work on it at 12pm, 8 hours pass by and nobody calls me about my car. I go in to see what’s going on and they don’t start on working on it till I complained. He tells me he can only do the diagnosis now and does not have enough time to repair it. Please do not go here if you value your time.

I could give a 5 star rating and a 1 star rating in this same review. I pulled in to ask for professional advice before replacing belts pulleys etc. I walked to the open garage doors to ask one of the mechanics to give a listen at a loud squeak. Before I could get there the manager Dan stopped me. You will recognize him as the short heavier bald man with tiny glasses. He gave every reason why they couldnt look-listen for 2 seconds, how i would have to wait hours, it could be a liability, what if my car blew up, and so on. Craziness. He loves to argue. I went into the store, talked with the store manager who is GREAT! Tall man around 40 with a beard. I asked if it could be a bad alternator pulley that I just replaced. (this is a permanent part of the alternator and doesnt often break) He said well if it is heres a free alternator, sorry for the other manager. So I bought a couple pulleys and got a free alternator. It wasnt the alternator, it was the water pump pulley so I replaced the belt water pump pulley and thermostat. all of those parts were $50 less than the alternator. Way to go Dan .

The two stars are because I will say the job got done. However the low rating is the customer service aspect. I arrived at 9:15 am and needed my tire patched, and he said it would be about a 45 minute wait. I asked if I could just come back in 45 so I wouldnt have to wait and he said that would be fine. I come back and explain the story (diff guy) and he said that Id have to wait 45-60 mins and when I explained the other guy said I could come back he said they dont do same day reservations so Id have to wait, so that naturally was a huge inconvenience. Okay whatever....so the job gets done and I watch them bring my car to the parking lot. 5 mins goes by, 10 all the way up to 20-25 mins and I dont hear anything. Finally I go up to the guy and said my cars been ready for over 20 mins can I please pay and then he said yes and I paid and left. I feel like if I didnt say anything Id have been there all day. Anyway- the job got done but I wont be returning. What should have been an hour process was almost 2.5.

I had an appointment at 4, however the cars already being serviced were taking a lot longer than they intended. I wasnt angry or anything. I brought a book and just relaxed. When my car was ready, they apologized for my wait and compensated me for my oil change. Excellent customer service!!

Brought my car in for an instalment of tires with all the accoutrements of weighting, balancing, & an alignment. I called right this location after leaving and spoke with Roman, a customer service representative, to cancel the alignment as I remembered I just got some work down with my struts which includes an alignment. He said no prob. You wont get charged.The next day, I picked it up and they looked at my payment saying I paid for an alignment even though I cancelled it. They tried to pull a quick on my as the work order sheet has alignment written on it, after being written & crossed out. They looked at my car & tried to use the recent job I did & take credit for it.Absolute scum. Also got to love their bud Matt who answers the phone at the station. Total jackass who exudes a certain level of incompetence in respect for customers.

Got a flat tire on my way home from work and they got my car in and out in 45 minutes. Good turnaround for having to buy a tire, get the car on the lift, unmount the flat tire and remount the new one. The garage was packed too. Happy I didn’t have to wait around a while.

Had a great experience at Pep Boys today, first with Kevin and then with Bob. They patiently answered my questions and were so accomodating and helpful throughout the entire process. In my opinion, unlike buying a car when we know an expense is coming, having to fix a car is often unpredictable. This is stressful, no doubt But I think it is good to check in with ourselves to make sure we are not channeling the stress in the wrong direction. So thank you for making a tough day more bearable. Your customer service really stood out and I appreciate it very much.

The personnel here were fantastic. I wasn’t even a customer. I had just bought A/C pro and wanted to make sure I would be safe to refill my A/C on my own. One of their guys came over and just assisted me instead. Huge help during a heat wave. Highly suggest you take your vehicle here for maintenance. This is probably only the second negative review that I have written in my entire life. Worst customer service ever. I have been going to them for years because they are close and have weekend hours. I recently had to replace all of my tires because they had never rotated them in all of my visits for oil changes even though that is included with the service. I asked them about it today, and I was told that the customer has to specifically request it even though it is included with the service. I made an appointment earlier this week for today/Saturday at 10 a.m. When I got there I was told that even though I made an appointment days ago other people who made appointments on line after me had already checked in so it would be 90 minutes to two hours. I got there at 10:03 a.m. for my 10:00 appointment. I told them that I had very limited time and that is why I made an appointment. They did not put my car up on the lift until I was there for a full 90 minutes. I was able to see the mechanics standing around not doing much while I was waiting for my car to be put up on the lift. Then imagine my surprise when someone with an 11:00 appointment was taken and finished before I was. When I asked my service writer about it he was not at all apologetic about it and said that the mechanics must have taken their ticket first, clearly annoyed that I called him out on it.

Very disappointing customer service. There are two entrances into the waiting room, one from the store, and one from the outside which goes through the work area. When I walked in from the outside, a mechanic yelled in a very obnoxious way to stop and not go in there. The intent was right - customers shouldnt go through the garage, but I didnt even realize it was a problem. I walked along the left side near the wall, and there wasnt a car there and there were no signs anywhere in view stating that customers should go a different way. The obnoxiousness and condescension in the mechanics voice was rampant and showed no room for a customers honest mistake. I spoke with the assistant manager (they said Bob, the manager was not there that day) and asked him why there were no signs and why the mechanic was so obnoxious. I had no response about the mechanic, he did not apologize, he did not explain any safety rationale, and did not offer any empathy in his own response. He then stated there are indeed signs on each pillar that customers shouldnt go through that area. On my way out, I checked again, there are no signs on any pillar that I could see from the outside walking in. There is a single sign one can see from the internal waiting room looking out, but absolutely no signs from the outside looking in. The assistant mgr had stated something that was untrue rather than provide a truthful or constructive response or better yet a customer centric response. If the personnel is not honest and considerate face to face with customers, how can we have confidence they are doing what they say under the hoods and behind the scenes? Im willing to believe that ones interaction with customers is a reflection of the quality of work behind the scenes and for that reason I will not be going to this location or any Pep Boys again.

Just left Pep Boys, needed to have 2 new tires they wanted to charge me $286 (I believe they were Starfire tires) which is much more expensive than Ive paid in the past. Decided to give Firestone a call (across the street)... 179.99 for both new tires. The service manager was surprised at the Pepboys price and told me I was getting a much better quality tire at Firestone than I would have gotten at Pep Boys for a much lower price. I also asked to have my signal light replaced I appreciate that they were honest and told me that it was working and did not need to be replaced. Ive used this location a lot in the past and have not had issues. Not sure if theres been a management change.

I have been to this location before with no issues not sure whats going on lately. I can and ordered tires and they gave me an ETA which was great, but then no one called me back. So I called the next day with no success the tires werent in yet. I call again on Friday to check and they give me the run around warehouse this and that. Monday roles around a week since i placed the order i called back and get hung up on 2 different times before i get someone to help me. The guy checked the inventory said my tires where there on paper but he could not actually locate them, so i ask him what does that mean Ive been waiting a week on these tires do I need to go somewhere else for this repair? He tells me to do what I have to do! Thanks for all your help Pep Boys! Smdh

I always love when I call ahead to confirm that they have a part number in stock and then I arrive and they dont have it. Or when they confirm that they have a set of spark plugs for a v6 and I arrive and they only have 5 plugs.I have tried to avoid Pep Boys in general for similar issues in the past, but sometimes they are a last resort. They continue to find new and creative ways to disappoint me. The best part about this location is that Advance Auto Parts is right across the street.

Not too happy about the website and all the extra fees involved with dealing with PepBoys. The website is very confusing when it comes to pricing. They advertise buy 3 tires get the 4th free, then there is an *. Typically that means there is more info at the bottom of the page, there isnt. Also its not all tires are buy 3 get the 4th free. Even when your add to the cart 4 tires, they give you a total with installation, they leave off a bunch of other fees, tire disposal fee, tire handling fee, roadside hazard fee, it adds up. Plus my oil change cost me $61, never paid that much before. Not going back.

I was very pleased with the help I got from Carl. He went the extra mile and found me the right part for my car tested it and installed it. The part? A charger for my I phone. Nowhere could I find one that fit. He found another way to get it to work..inexpensively! Got it done just before the storm yesterday and put me at ease. I was told by service rep Kevin that my 9 am appointment, a state inspection, would take 1-1.5 hours. I simply asked why it would take that long when the inspection itself only takes 10-15 minutes. Kevin, who was visibly annoyed by my question said my truck would NOT be taken in AT 9 am and would have to wait for a technician to become available. Well, then what was the point of making an appointment?? I returned in exactly 1.5 hours to have Kevin greet me with an eye roll and told me my truck would not be ready for ANOTHER hour. I was not surprised. I had a feeling he would delay my inspection, which was super awesome (sarcasm) because I had my 4-year old twins with me. If I had waited and not walked out after speaking with service manager, Robert, who offered zero apology for the ridiculous wait and Kevins attitude, I would have been there for 2.5 hours to get a simple state inspection that would have cost me about $60. Are you kidding?! Instead, I went to the DMV and was in/out in less than 10 minutes and paid $0. Im not one for writing reviews but thats how annoyed I am by their poor treatment.

I needed a flat tire repaired and brought the tire to the garage area of the store in the back of my truck. They would not let me drop the tire off at the garage. They wanted me to park my car and roll it over from the parking lot. Really? The two men working were not worried about customer service at all. We took our tire to be fixed elsewhere and will never go there again. We were there on 2/16 at 1:00 pm.

He actually went to his tool chest, found the exact piece, and said to bring it back when I was done with it. Now THATS great customer service.

This is the worst day of my life I have an appointment at 12:30 I arrived in plenty of time and then I spoke to a guy call Kelvin which I guess he is one of the sales representatives and I told him I needed one tire for my car he walked with me outside to see the car and he told me I needed two instead of one and he advised me it would be better if I get the two so I listen to his advice and I asked him how much the two were going to cost me he mentions so I agree to it in about 30 minutes later he called me and said I needed alignment which I asked him how much it was also going to cost he mentioned their price and I agree to and at this point I was over there for like 3 hours and when they finally brought the car outside and I looked I was shocked totally shocked because is not the Cooper Tires I paid for and when I confronted him about it he quickly said okay Ill fix.

I prefer using Pep Boys whenever I can. I have been to multiple locations across the country and have always been treated well and the work done to my vehicles has always been done well. I was actually traveling the other night when my brakes started having issues...bad issues. The next morning I found this shop and brought it in. Everyone I talked to there was extremely friendly and they got my car in quick. The job did end up taking a while, but it ended up being a little of work and we had to wait for parts to be delivered, which happens. It was a good experience and a good deal on the prices for all the parts I needed, which ended up being more than a few. But, it was all installed well and I left NJ and made it back to NH with no issue, so I would say the job was done right. Thank you.

I think theses guys are GREAT. Car dealership wanted a ton of money for various repairs they said my car needed. I paid $19.99 for an honest opinion from Pep Boys and saved myself a lot of cash. THIS ABSOLUTELY IS THE WORST PEP BOYS IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! A week before Thanksgiving I scheduled an appointment for my car for a simple oil change and when I got to the shop they said that they were so behind they couldnt take my car. I go back the following week after Thanksgiving for another appointment I scheduled and AGAIN they are too busy. But the manager does give me a free oil change. I called tonight to see if I could bring the car in for an oil change...AND even asked if I can leave the car overnight and they STILL refuse my service!!! Seriously this is the worst Pep Boys ever!!! The Burlington one is much busier but those people get the job done!!! Ive never had so much problems with a store before! If you are going to offer me a free oil change just give me the damn parts for free and Ill do it myself. THIS STORE NEEDS NEW STAFF OR NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!!! RIDICULOUS...

Overpriced labor and unreliable advice. I took my truck in to get my radiator fixed due to overheating. An employee told me to try a radiator leak fixing solution. I tired it with no luck. When I left the truck at the shop, the mechanic said I should have never put the fix a leak solution in, which caused more harm then good. Ill take the blame bc it was ultimately my decision to put the fix a leak stuff in my truck but I thought I was getting expert advice only to leave me paying hundreds of more dollars.

Told them I wanted the alternator belt tightened because it was loose. When I picked it up they charged $20 for a belt evaluation after I already told them what was wrong, and $150 to tighten all three belts on a car that only has two, and I only asked them to tighten one. Ridiculous considering Ive gotten the same thing done at a different Pep Boys location for a fraction of the cost. Will not be taking it back here again and I advise others to stay away.

I rated them a 4/5 because I love their products and its never busy. Service staff are helpful along with floor staff. Only issue is the store is over 30 years old and hasnt been updated. The edlebrock manifold boxes are still pink from Sun exposure.

Do NOT Come Here!DO NOT COME HERE!#1 incident (Dec-2015): Engine Light came on. Asked for Diagnose test, and they told me the engine gas cap and solenoid valve were required to be changed, asking parts-&-labor for $695. I asked to see the computer analysis code, and they said they could show, but there was more to it.I brought the car to the dealer, and they said there is nothing wrong with the solenoid valve, but only the gas cap. Also they gave me a Christmas sale on a gas cap with free labor, charged me only $62.95. No problem.#2 incident (Oct-2015): brought the car for transmission fluid change, expecting for $205 maximum. They told me to change the brake fluid, rotor, and brake pad. Since I never really changed till 40,000 miles, I thought what the heck. Told me, it would cost me $798.Came back, charged me $1,159. They said they had to drop a pan for Trans Fluid, accounting extra labor (15 min labor for $114.50). They replaced my rotor instead of grinding. I never chipped off the rotor before; thus, I know there is enough meat.

I am not at all happy with this repair shop, and I am convinced that I got taken advantage of.I noticed that my heater in my car wasnt working prior to going to visit my family in Cherry Hill during Easter weekend.I live at the Jersey shore, more than an hour away. So I took my car to my familys mechanic in Cherry Hill the day before Easter. He said I needed a new thermostat, which would cost around $200. But he couldnt get to it for a few days, because the next day was Easter Sunday, and he was backed up early in the week. As I live out of the area and had to get back to work, I took it to Pep Boys in Marlton, because they were open on Easter Sunday, and said they could get to it right away.Well, they called me shortly after I dropped my car off to tell me that I needed a lot more than a thermostat. I needed a whole new hose system mechanism, and a bunch of other repairs. They told me my car would not be safe to drive otherwise. They said they would have to wait until Monday to get the parts, because the parts suppliers were closed on Sunday.I trusted these people, and the repairs wound up costing me close to $800! Now, my air conditioning is not working properly. My dad spoke to my familys mechanic and told him what happened. He was very upset, and said I did not need all of those repairs.Meanwhile, I opened my cars hood and saw a bunch of corroded clamps, which were supposed to be replaced. Like a lot of people, I have very little money and feel that I was grossly taken advantage of. I am furious!Update: I complained to the company and the assistant manager called me and agreed to reimburse me for the parts and services I really didnt need. That was nice. But I have yet to receive my refund - I am getting the runaround - and have read other reviews that said the same thing, they will often try to sell you things you dont need. So people need to be aware of this.

Took my car in to do a simple tire rotation and routine maintenance. After paying i walked out to my car to notice a scrape in the rim and a chunk of my side wall missing. I confronted the owner about it and he told me i either hit a pot hole or scraped the rim and he can write an estimate to fix the damage. After telling him it wasnt there before the repair he looked at me puzzled as if he had never handled this situation before, i asked what he was going to do about it and he kept stating there was nothing they could have done to do that damage. After asking if there was someone above him i could speak to he almost chuckled and said this is a corporate owned store and questioned if i knew how corporations worked.long story short, by far THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE IVE HAD ANYWHERE, and they wont take accountability for their own problems. will be reporting to corporate and hoping that they chance management or close.

The brakes on our Honda CR-V started squealing on braking, so I went to my local Pep-Boys in Marlton. Came in on a mid-Saturday morning. I expected a long wait since I know this is a very busy store. However, Ken, my service advisor, was able to get it promptly assigned to a technician. Shortly thereafter, I was informed the brake pads has 20% of pad material left and the rotors were glazed. Both needed to be replaced. It turned out that the pads were not in stock. Instead of making me wait until 5pm this afternoon to wait for the parts to arrive from a central warehouse, the Service Manager drove down to said warehouse for the CR-Vs brake pads, as well as parts for other customers as well.Once the Service Manager returned, the technician completed the brake replacement very quickly. Oh...the technician also noticed that the tires were from Pep Boys. The Service Advisor asked if I wanted to have a tire rotation and balancing performed. It happened that this a service due since I had them replaced about 6000 miles ago. Talk about paying attention to detail.The job was finished in about 3.5 hours from when I showed up. On a Saturday morning I believe that to be fantastic. Everybody at the store exceeded my expectations. Bob, Ken and Mark were all-round professionals. I will return to get my rear brakes done in a month or two.Thanks all yall.

Excellent customer service! Mike was able to get my car in very quickly especially considering it was a busy Saturday. The problem that I was having was minor, and couldnt be pinpointed by the mechanic. After being told that the problem couldnt be found, I thought what a waste of time. In the inspection the mechanic must have made an adjustment to fix the problem. Honest guys that did not say something was wrong that wasnt. Very impressed, will return and would recommend!

I brought my car here a week or so ago for a check engine light being on, the guys took care of my vehicle (replaced some solenoids) and then about a week later my car wouldnt start at all. Needless to say I was aggravated, but I called Pep Boys and they have a tow service, which came out to me within 20 minutes (which is unheard of) and they waived the tow fee, the diagnostic fee (over 100 for both) and replaced my battery in less than 12 hours. I would definitely recommend the shop, they are pretty busy at times, but all the guys there are hard workers and follow through with their work.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! 2nd visit in a row, where I was lied to about how long a service would take. 1st one was for new tires. Kevin was the guy in a white shirt both times that quoted the times, said “will have you done in a few hours” a few hours came and gone and I called and Kevin said he was short handed and would get car back to me first thing in the AM. I got my car back at 5pm. Tonight I went in for a simple oil change and Kevin said “I’ll have it back to you in an hour and 1/2. 3 hours go buy, no one will answer phone, so I go to shop. Car not even touched. I left and will never visit Pep Boys again. I’ll give my business to someone who cares about the customers that put $$$ in their pockets.

Worst experience I got!We called a day before to get price for oil change for Honda Pilot (They ask what car before giving price). The price they gave us was 75 - 20.00 discount. Honda dealer charges 70.00! So we gave ok to do it. After finish the service they say it;s 80.00 -20.00!! They DIDNT KNOW how much oil will be used in advance!! What a BS lies!! PLUS it took over 1.5 to finish. DONT go there! Dealer is way better.

Excellent service on all aspects. Called and spoke to Mike, the assistant manager, on Easter Sunday for a price on tires. First off, I couldnt believe they were open on EASTER, but Mike gave me a price I couldnt refuse. He was very knowledgable about tires and suggested a set of tires that were perfect for my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off and he had it completed long before the time he had originally promised. Overall, I had a excellent experience and have recommended people coming to this store.Converted customer.

I went to Pep Boys this weekend and it was a horrible experience. They had my car for about six hours to change a coil. That wasnt the worst part. When I got the bill they charged me $389 dollars. I just had the same job done on a comparable vehicle a few months earlier and the cost was way less. I thought maybe Im wrong. I watched a youtube video and it was a pretty quick repair. When I looked at my bill they charged me for anything they could think of. There was a charge for the oxygen the tech was breathing. (Sarcasm)? I was a very loyal customer. Now I dont trust them, I feel like I was ripped off of both time and money.

Staff was very helpful and went the extra mile. They lost power the night I dropped my tire off for repair and they called me right after they lost power to inform me that it might take longer because of the power outage. They then followed up about 3 hours later to tell me that the power was back on and scheduled a time for me to get the tire installed. I showed up for the install and it only took them about 20 minutes, Overall great service!
