I had such a smooth and easy process purchasing my new g70 with Megan Abrohms! Went in to look at g80 with no intention to buy. I got a great deal and bought one. More than friendly staff and they let me test drive the g70 and g80 multiple times to make sure I was happy with my decision. So, they are were mind controlling me to buy a car or I got a great deal. Just bought my 2021 G80 from Genesis of Cherry Hill. I had to come from out of state (Maryland) to find the G80 I wanted. I was able to find it at Genesis of Cherry Hill so it was worth the 1 1/2 hour drive. I can be a difficult customer to deal with, but they were understanding and assisted the best they could even though they were short-staffed and had a huge influx of customers the day I was there. Phil was my salesman and he was very accommodating and tried to make the experience go smoothly. Definitely go see them (especially Phil), they have a large inventory of new cars and willing to work with you. UPDATE: Getting the run around trying to track down my registration.

Great purchase experience at Genesis of Cherry Hill. Worked with Megan Foti and she was able to find the vehicle with the options I wanted; which is quite the challenge given the current market conditions and vehicle inventory shortages across the country. Upon stopping into the dealership I had no intention on purchasing a car. I’ve never heard of Genesis, & just stopped in to check out a Gv80 that recently passed me on the highway. I was very upfront when I met with Eric (my salesman),& told him that I didn’t want to waste his time. I simply wanted to check out this amazing vehicle that I had never seen or heard of before. We went here to look at a vehicle the other day and the salesperson was unattentive and spent most of the time on her phone, we felt as if we were bothering her. She had no knowledge of the vehicle we were looking at and was sort of rude and snappy when we asked questions about the suv. She showed us none of the features and barely interacted with us. This particular dealership looks more like a call center then a dealership no showroom and cramped. I would NOT recommend going here, find another Hyundai dealership for your purchase, especially if its over 65k. Our experience was awful

Phil Claghorn was my salesperson and he was great. Straightforward, easy going, very responsive, and everything he said he would do he in fact did. And even Finance was easy and quick to deal with. Didnt push hard on the extras like some other dealerships do. Ive had 5 Acuras and Infinitis, and this experience was better than all of them. It made the sales experience commensurate with an upscale vehicle brand. I went to 2 other Genesis dealerships and did not have as good an experience as I did with Phil and everybody else I dealt with at Genesis of Cherry Hill.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. I called ahead and did most of the upfront work virtually so when I arrived to pick up my car I spent less than 30 minutes signing. The staff is super attentive and pleasant. No pushy sales tactics there which is refreshing.

Once the purchase was made, she took the time (Almost 45 minutes) to walk me through all the features and setting up my preferences in the car (there are A LOT).

I recently acquired a new Genesis G70 from Cherry Hill Genesis. Megan was my salesperson, and she did a fantastic job working with me to get a deal. On the day I came in to purchase the car, after we had worked out the deal via email, they were extremely busy. Even after the purchase, I have received multiple emails and follow-ups to make sure I am happy with the vehicle. It feels like I am being treated as a valuable customer rather than just another sale to increase a dealers quota. I would highly recommend the Burns dealerships for your car purchasing needs.That being said about my experience with the dealership, I would also add that the Genesis brand is outstanding! I have owned a plethora of cars (Toyota, Ford, Nissan & Acura) and this car is head and shoulders above them all. You get so much more for your money than other brands in the same price point. It rides beautifully, handles fantastic, very fast, and the sound system is top notch. Not sure I could ask for anything more. If you want the perfect blend of luxury with sporty feeling, do yourself a favor and go test drive the Genesis brand.

Purchased my G70 from Sal in October 2020. This is third car that I have purchased from Burns Hyundai/Genesis. Unfortunately, scheduling service at this dealer is a hassle. Have a tire going down and cant get it serviced for two weeks. Unreal!

Ive purchased 3 Genesis from this dealership over the last several years and have been happy with the buying experience every time. Since I bought my original one, right before the Genesis brand was being rolled out, I can speak to how this dealership has changed for the better over the years as well.My original buying experience was fair but more of a traditional high pressure environment that you see at most dealerships. Over the years, they have transitioned to being more customer service focused. This recent experience, working with Megan Foti was probably the easiest purchase I ever made. She was open with me from the start about what we could do with the numbers and drove the car out to my house to do the test drive. She didnt insist on an answer that day or anything like that and when I felt we could do a little bit better with the payment she was able to work that out and we came to a deal. When I got to the dealership to sign everything, it was all ready for me and I didnt have to waste half my day sitting there while finance prepared the paper work. This is how all car buying experiences should be.What I want to speak more on though is the service that is provided after the fact because that I think is where this dealership really shines. Many luxury brands make a big deal about their dealership experience with fancy waiting rooms and all of that. Genesis has taken a different approach, letting you schedule maintenance and having someone just drop a loaner off basically anywhere your car is, without you ever needing to go to the dealer. The people they have handling this program are the best. These are dedicated Genesis people that go above and beyond in making sure everything is as easy as possible, and you truly feel like they are giving you priority service any time you need to work with them.Just one example of this: I blew out 2 of my tires from a bad pothole a couple months after I purchased my vehicle. They dropped off a loaner in a Wawa parking lot for me on a Friday night, towed the vehicle to their dealership, replaced the tires, then had it dropped off back at my house Monday morning, fully cleaned inside and out, and the gas tank full. All of this cost me nothing. It was simply part of being a Genesis owner at this dealership. This, along with the continuing customer service focused experience in their sale department is why I will continue to purchase my vehicles here.

I was also able to get the deal I wanted, without tons of back and forth weve become accustomed to with dealerships. The check engine light on my 2009 Genesis came on and I was alarmed. I was hesitant to make an appointment with any ole Hyundai dealer. I was also hesitant in calling Genesis of Cherry Hill thinking that they would provide a price that I could not afford and try to sell me a newer Genesis. Well, I am happy to say that was not the case. Within an hour of making an appointment to drop my car off, Shane called me and reassured me that the team would be transparent through the entire process. He directed me to the correct service department, told me who my service advisor would be and what I could expect from the service advisor. Dropping my car off in the evening was easy and welcoming. Early the next morning the service advisor, Jeff Kowalchik contacted me. He was pleasant, polite and proactive. Jeff, gave a breakdown of the services that were immediately needed along with an explanation, timeline and cost breakdown. Jeff provided all of the information, so I had no questions. They also provided an explanation as to why they couldnt wash the car and offered a free wash in the spring, I appreciate that.
