Chad King was awesome! Saved me money on my monthly bill, and I was able to get free Apple Watch. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He took his time and made sure I was set up with everything. The only reason I listened to him in the first place is because he was very friendly, and not pushy at all. He is very customer service oriented.

I went in to return a phone that I got at another location and Alex was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to help me, get my new phone set up, and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. He also took time later in the day to get on the phone and explain how the direct tv stream works so we new everything we neededto know. In fact, all of the staff there was great and allhelped me in a way. I would definitely recommend this at&t store!!

Chad went out of his way to ensure everything was set up, and he was genuinely enthusiastic to save me money with the educator discount! Awesome, awesome, awesome. So glad I stopped there today.

I recently had a great experience at this corporate AT&T store transitioning multiple lines of service from another carrier. I recommend asking for Mo, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He answered all of my questions and helped me get the best deal for service and new phones. The store manager, Karen, is also wonderful and very helpful. I strongly recommend shopping at this store if you have mobile device and service needs.

Thank you for being patient and taking the time to explain the issue and what needed to be done to resolve it, but also for making an extra effort to look into my parent’s account and realizing that changes could be made to save some money on their monthly bill! This is the first store that has been extremely helpful for any of my needs dealing with my phone. Chad did a great job helping me pick out a New phone and what would he the best and most cost effective for me. I even got my first bill and everything was just as he said. No surprises. And wrote everything down for me. And helped me trade my old one in so I didn’t have to deal with it. Def. recommend this AT&T for any of your needs.

Buyer beware! I wouldnt recommend anyone do any business at this location. The representative Chad and the MANAGER was completely deceptive when handling my account. I had a grandfathered in plan that is no longer available and lost it due being lied to. I told them that I didnt want to change my existing plan and not only did they change it they added additional services that I didnt ask for. They assured me that nothing would change and in fact my bill would be less. The bill is actually one hundred dollars more than what I was paying previously. Theyll do whatever they can just for a commission. STAY AWAY! They dont even deserve one star.

Chad is truly a magician of the first order! He fixed many, many things on my smarter-than-me phone. He even fixed stuff I didnt know was a problem. He was patient and kind and I left feeling empowered and not so dumb after all.While I was there, a customer was being extraordinarily haughty and belligerent abusive and threatening to Tom, the store manager. I was astounded at how skillfully he handled a volatile situation. He kept it from escalating or even disrupting other customers experience.I highly and WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this store!

I have been a customer with AT&T for over 20 years. I have also visited numerous AT&T stores. This store is far above the rest. I was fortunate to have Alex as my representative. He assisted my daughter and I with an I-Phone trade in. When we came upon an issue, Alex gave his word he would get the issue resolved. He ABSOLUTELY did. Alex worked diligently with the assistance from the District Manager Sadia. Alex kept me informed of the progress and always answered any calls and or texts. I am appreciative of Alex and Sadias persistence and dedication to their customers. Without their teamwork, I do not believe the issue would have been resolved.Thank you Alex and Sadia. The people who are there are nice and courtesy. The problem we have is our account was set up incorrectly not from this site. We have been calling and going to 4 att sites for the past month. Not our problem, dropped calls or goes straight to voice-mail. GPS shuts off while driving for directions lost signal. And when the gentleman who helped us we hear from att that the problem will be solved in another 48 hours. I never had all of these issues with my previous provider.

Our AT&T sales representative, Jorge, was very thorough in explaining mobile phone and updated service plan options for us. He went above and beyond to help us through what I find is usually an exhausting transaction - buying a new phone, transferring data from an old phone to the new one, and comparing my existing plan against other available plans. In the past, Ive always found the whole experience to be confusing and complicated. Jorge made the whole experience seamless. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, he helped us select the perfect phone for my 82 year old mother, he set the phone up, transferred data, helped me update my service plan to save me $50/month, and he got us out the door in less than an hour. We truly appreciated his experience, professionalism and his kindness. And my Mom is very happy with her new phone!

Brandon, Samara and Manager Dimitri are all the people who helped us. The store itself is an excellent atmosphere and all those mention who helped us were phenomenal especially Brandon. He spent an exorbitant amount of time both on the day of service activation and on the day of returning phones with us to ensure that we were 100% satisfied and everything was to our liking. It can be difficult to transition with cell phones but he made it very smooth and not cumbersome. I highly recommend this associate to anybody looking as well as the others mentioned in the store. Continue to keep up the great work guys and thank you so much for helping us!

First time I’ve used this particular location Wednesday 12/30/2020 and was a 45 minute drive from where I live. That being said, here is what I think. I was looking on the AT&T website wanting to order a product and pick up that day. I found for the most part what I wanted and saw that the closes place they had it for CURBSIDE pickup was here at Sagemore location. Order was placed and we waited the 2 hours until we got notification that it was ready for pickup. Followed the directions to call when we arrived and someone would bring it out. We were able to park store front and do as directed. We called the store 3 times before someone actually answered the phone and since we were store front could clearly see that no one that was standing around went to pick up the phone at all. When an extremely tall gentleman finally answered he told us we had to get out of the car and sign in on a sheet, which in my opinion defeats the purpose of the call and curbside pickup. So be it my husband got out of the car and went to sign the sheet which someone else seemed to be taking down. The gentleman came out and told the person taking it down that we were here and curbside so she went got our product and came out to the car and completed our order. She was very nice and helpful. All in all I got the product I ordered but the store was unorganized and customer service not so great

I ordered an iPhone to be picked up at 6pm and I have been waiting in the store, currently am still here. It’s 9:30 have not been helped. They closed at 9. We were pointed at by one of the employees helping another customer saying he would help them so they “aren’t waiting like those people”. I have never been so appalled by customer service. Highly recommend trying a different AT&T store.

I had my first experience in the Marlton location 6 months back with Denver. I purposely waited for the store to open it’s hours back up so that I could continue the amazing experience I first had. Denver took care of me from start to finish and explained every step of the way. I highly recommend this store location but even more Denver. Waiting for 10 minutes after a appointment assistant manager comes out and tells us somebody will be with you and then goes to help another employee. The night before we came here waited for 25 minutes and got no acknowledgement . we are now 30 minutes after our appointment and the assistant manager only seems to be concentrating on another salesman sale. Why do you bother having appointments when nobody acknowledges you having an appointment here.

I’ve been coming to this location for years....and today’s service went above and Beyond. I specifically asked for Jorge (sic) because of our phone conversation yesterday. As a senior citizen with hearing issues and technologically challenged, I must be a handful, adding masks and social distancing into the mix!!...But Jorge, Demetri and another gentleman who I will call Phoenix due to senioritis, slowly and carefully guided us along the way to mylong awaited new phone with professionalism (including how they were dressed) with two people who were involved with a company for over 40 decades..Be safe. My Samsung A6 wasnt pairing with my car system. One day it works, next it doesnt. This has happened 3 times in 7 months. Staff at Marlton AT&T talked me into purchasing newer phone. Forced me to add a third line and phone I came in with (3rd line) didnt work at all when I got home. I returned to store, they installed the card they forgot to do and now old phone is 100% Works fine syncing with car system. WHY did I need a new phone??? I was about to return it but they wanted $55 to restock it! I spent hours during this mess! I cant fault store employees much as they try but are up against a monster of a company! It is unbelievable how AT&T mistreats clients! I have been loyal to this company since Ive been an adult over 50 years now. I figure the next incident could be the straw that breaks my back forcing me to another provider...

I have always had a horrible experience with the carrier and this time was no different. I had bought an Iphone from them which had an issue out of the box so I came back to have it fixed. They had 2 people working and made us wait an hour, which we did patiently. They then told us they only had one model available with more storage and tried to charge me a LARGE fee. The carrier is horrible and this store is worse.
