Before having franchise across the street was excellent. Every time I come in store never seen any associate welcoming just not me but any customer with smile or good gesture. Customer is not joy but burden for this store.Most of time they cannot resolve any issues and puts blame on technical team.Even on making appointment online there is no available associate to attend. The franchise was 100% better, it was worth waiting and most of the problems would be resolved.Unfortunately this is the nearest place for me or I will not never come. 😕😔😞
This was clearly the best experience I’ve ever had at a T-Mobile location, better yet anywhere!! I just moved to the area not too long ago. My device wasn’t working, and it was probably time for an update. After speaking with Nick and Kyle, they fixed my issue. It’s been over two weeks now and everything is what they said it would be. I was able to speak with the manager who walked over to say hi( never happened to me before). Gave me his card and even helped me with connecting my cell phone back to my car Bluetooth. No nonsense, no bs! I will be back!

Special thanks to Nick L at this store who went the extra mile to try to assist me with a problem that I encountered after purchasing a brand new phone in the Apple store. When I brought it into T-Mobile to transition my account from Sprint and upgrade my plan, we discovered the phone purchased from Apple was locked and simply would not accept my valid passcode. Nick spent an extraordinary amount of time trying to troubleshoot the problem and at one point had techs from Sprint, T-Mobile, and Apple on three different phones at the same time. Most people would have simply given up, but this young man did not stop until we had an action plan in place that would lead to a successful outcome. What an outstanding employee! Also, Kudos to Jason T, Store Manager, who was extremely helpful to make sure that I was not stranded without a cell phone. Thank you to both....makes me soooo glad I transferred to T-Mobile.

Came to the store so my mother can upgrade her phone my mother is a lil older so she doesnt like driving when dark. So we were already waiting over 30 minutes so I asked nicely do you think you can give me an estimate on how much longer the wait will be, first came the dirty look and the sarcastic answer which was nobody really knows. I would think if this is something you do every you would be able to estimate. Needless to 4 ppl walked out of the store while I was there. Do to the extreme long wait smh. It has to be a better way !!!

Do not believe what they tell you to get you to sign up...nightmare to get out of sprint. Impossible not to pay some short of penalties or fees to break from them. Will NOT save money with sprint. I started with 5 lines at $179 a month. When my contract was fulfilled my payment went up to $315 a month..yea..its true that you can not use data when you are on the phone.
I’ve never been to this location before because I’m not from this area. Jannessa by far is the BEST! I went there in search of a good phone case & liquid glass for my kid and she assisted me with the application of it and assisted with other questions I had. Thank you for being so kind!
This place is amazing. The staff is so helpful and they will go above and beyond to help you out. They answer all questions you have, I recommend this sprint store to everyone.
The worst customer service i ever experienced. I am locked out of my account due to sprint not being able to process my order over the phone. Customer service told me to come in the store with my ID. I went tonight and the girl there told me she can’t do anything about it. I am literally begging to upgrade my phone and cannot do it. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said she is, although she was calling someone for advice the whole time i was there. I am cancelling my sprint account ASAP.
Seriously AMAZING. Everyone in that store was such a pleasure to work with and they seriously cared about our best interest. It was such an enjoyable experience (which never happens at phone stores) and will never go to another sprint store for anything.
I ended my relationship with Sprint. Went to return my phones..but told they had to be mailed back..That wasnt the instructions I received from Sprint text...took 3 calls and 20 plus minutes each call of waiting before I was able to speak to a human. I couldnt wait the first 2 calls...but finally success on the 3rd try..still waited over 20 minutes...
Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Minus two stars because whoever owns the franchise needs to make sure that employees have stock available to service customers. I came in to activate my Google Pixel, and this particular store did not have a single SIM card in stock.Wasted my time here. Had to order the SIM kit online and activated the phone myself via Sprint chat.
Super service, great nice and friendly staff, get in an out in under an hour. Especially if you want to get new service with sprint, all around great people.

This sprint location is nothing but pure fraudsters.COMMISSION COMMISSION COMMISSION thats all they care about. I worked in the wireless industry for so long and specifically told them I know the promotion I am coming for and didnt want a run around with any other promotions.Came here to port 2 numbers over and got 2 iphones and traded our old one. Not only were our IMEI of our old phones werent on receipt. They tried to talk us into finance $200 worth of items and that if we open a credit union account that they would give us $200 back IF YOU PURCHASE $200 worth of stuff. Little do you do know you just need to have a credit union account no purchase necessary. Added insurance to both of our phones even when we declined and SIGNED OFF on it. But it shows up on our bill. Avoid this location at all cost.

I never have a problem at this Sprint store unlike its counterpart in Mt. Laurel. I go in, wait maybe 10mins and get exemplary service. The store is clean although the headphone and speaker table is confusing and the tablets that are supposed to be used to control the table arent operating correctly. I was in an out in 20mins. Great experience

Never use sprint. Nightmare customer service...unable to return my old device to pay off balance...miss led me with my services until the trial period was over they tried to double my bill....Im stuck with them now Id literally be willing to pay extra to leave sprint but I cant customer service keeps putting me on endless loop. And these stores have idiot useless employees unable to do anything. NEVER USE SPRINT.
This store is a room full of lazy, ignorant, snowflake millenials. People that are giving this particular store a good rating are nuts. I have been in this store twice. Each time its a disaster. This past Friday night, I went in there with my wife ad stepdaughter. We wanted to go over our plan options and possibly get a new phone. This ignorant, lazy douche bag sat there and lied to us what are plan currently had. She offered no assistance and basically told us to go home and do everything on line. We went to the West Berlin store the following day. They went above and beyond for us. They answered every question and explained all of our options to us. Just in talking to them in there, it confirmed my suspicions that the other store was lying to me. Trust me. If you are in the Marlton, Berlin area, go to the West Berlin store. Its right on Rte. 73 next to the Republic Bank. Dont waste your time with these jerk offs.

Very poor service. Stood there for over a half hour and then was about to be skipped. When question about being skipped they try to BS the situation and got rude about it. Ended up walking out.
I just came into the store off of rout 73 marliton nj, and after he was do with the first customer. He said some will be right with you. The man turned to his cell phone and was complaining about his contract on his personal device. There was already a lady ahead of us wating to pay her bill. We only had a question about our bill. They need better customer service, not be rapped up in there personal phone to help customers.

Shop was supposed to be opened till 7 pm.Eventhough I reached the shop at 6:30,the employee informed us the shop is closed and just left without even asking us the purpose of visit.The attitude was quite rude.
