My contractor broke my window. Took it to Marshall glass and then balked at picking it up in a timely fashion. I called, explained the situation and Marshall glass accommodated my situation with grace. Thank you so much!

Each person that I talked to was extremely helpful. And they did the job in a very timely fashion. With all the broken windows because of the severe storm I certainly wasnt thinking that it would be that quick.

Our windshield was taken care of. My husband dealt with the employees so as far as I know all went fine.

Went in to see if they could replace a glass piece on my dash board for my lawn mower. They were able to make a new piece with in a day! The price was fair for the piece and seemed to be good quality. Will be using this local business again in the future!

After the tornado they would not fix my 96 year old mothers broken thermal pane. They did not want to do an estimate and when they did it was 3 times higher than Jeld Wen told me it should. Then they said it would be January before they would come. They were after the low hanging fruit and obviously dont care about small jobs. It wasnt small to my mother who lived in this home since dad came home from wwll 1945. Thank God for the good people at Jeld Wen!

Last fall I took my windows broken by the tornado in and the woman behind the desk told me they werent taking any more and the owner came into the office and said they could do them. Thanks for that. At the time I asked if they fixed screens and he said yes. I just took my screens in there and the same woman behind the desk said they arent doing screens anymore. She told me to take them to Thompsons. This is just wrong and Im angry!
