I needed an item out of a locked case and couldnt find an associate to help me initially, but an employee (female, young, dark hair, an unusual name beginning with D as I recall) who was off work and headed out the door noticed me, asked if I needed help, and promptly got me what I needed. It was like self service. Noone to help you and the one that finally did after we found him acted like he would rather be anywhere else than there. I realize these are low end jobs but they shouldnt come across to the customers that they are lazy.

Came to use my $5 gift card I acquired with my points. Didn’t see anything I wanted but was a little thirsty and wanted a snack. Tried to buy a drink and chips but was told by the cashier that I had to spend at least $5 and my total was $4.17, go figure.

Very disappointed in the service we had today!! Manager on duty was extremely disrespectful and rude. He refused to help his own staff with a payment issue walked away saying you deal with it in front of several customers. Customer service has disappeared!

Trying to find someone to help wasnt easy. A couple employees were to busy talking to themselves about personal stuff to even know I was trying to get their attention. Once we finally did they were really unhelpful. We were going to buy a laptop for our son for school. We ended up walking out and ordering directly through manufacturers website..

I stopped by yesterday to have a look around and had an awesome time! Looked at new 4k tvs and was absolutely blown away with the selection, the staff was very polite and asked us if we needed help, but we were just looking so he went on his way, we then looked at dishwashers and microwaves and in general adult stuff, would definitely recommend 👌

I am giving this Best Buy 3 stars because the in store inventory has been drastically reduced in all Best Buy stores. That stinks ! I get it that alot of people shop online, but there are still many people like myself that like to see, pick up, hold, and look at items in person. It used to be that you had to run from the emoyees wanting to help you, but now you have to send out a search party to find someone to assist you. Not a bad place to go, but definitely not what it used to be !

Nice place to check out the tech but expensive. Its like a place you look at the items you want and then buy the exact item somewhere cheaper. Plus their return policy isnt the greatest. Friendly staff and they dont seem to pester you as much as others Ive been to.

I went in to get help with a cell phone upgrade after my service provider made an order error couldnt help. The team at best buy were very friendly and extremely helpful. Everything my service provider couldnt do they took care of in 15 minutes.

Best buy is one of the best store to buy electronics items. I purchased key boards online and pick up from the store. Order was ready in 1 hour. Friendly and helpful. No complaints so far. I like the security guy standing at the exit door, he is always nice and helpful.

Tried their new shopping by appointment. Looking for a new TV. Was introduced to Joseph who was going to show us the TVs we were interested in. Joseph was really good. He was very knowledgeable with the TVs. Explained all the features and gave us similar brands to consider. We will definitely come back to make the purchase at Best Buy. We really liked the idea of having an appointment. That way we had a sales rep who was very informed about the product we were looking for, without having to wait or find someone.

I might have given higher scoreBut employes not all need to learn customer come first.I was in line wanting to buy tablet worker was waiting on customer. When he got done he walked away and started texting on phone. Never acknowledge me. Stood there waiting,another employee walked up and asked if I was waited on.i said no. He said he would try fine someone. Well I waited another 10 minutes,guess what no one came. So I had to go up to customer counter and ask if they could get someone to help me.A real nice young lady came out. And I told her what happened. She said she was soory about this. I finally got what I came to purchase.

Pretty decent place. I meam even in the face of pandemic they handle things extremely well with the limited staff they may have. They are still going strong with curbside if you dont feel comfortable going into the store. Even if you do go into the store there is staff to happy you find things faster(the store layout has been updated a bit lol)

In store was good but online services has been awful. I ordered something online because it was out of stock in store. When ordering, over two weeks ago, I was given an arrival date of 5 days. Here it is over two weeks later and still no product. Theyre actually carrying the product now in store but Ive already paid for it online to be delivered. Frustrating? You bet!

No help available. Went in to purchase 2 phones @ $150 each for work. The purchase was to be tax exempt. Our tax exemption paperwork on file with them had expired, was told I hand to go online on re apply myself. They could no longer complete this process in the store. After this I could place an order online. I did just that but on Amazon!

What is there not to love about a best buy. This one was really well stocked, it wasnt that busy for a Saturday. This one is about 25 minutes away from the one I usually go to so it was nice to see a little bit more of a selection. The clearance section in this store was clearly marked which is nice too since you can find some pretty awesome deals.

This place is a joke... I got a screen protector from there and they said they would install it... almost an hour later and multiple screen protectors issues is still not solved... the offered me no typ of credit or anything... all they said was bring it back in tomorrow and the district guy might be there... there was four or 5 people that tried to put it on and none of them could... why do they even have a job??? This is absolutely ridiculous... once they finally get it fixed tomorrow I will never go back to that place again... they cant even handle simple things... nor do they know what they are doing...

This place is great! We went in for a security camera that is wireless their inventory said that there was one 1 left. The young man that was helping us went all over the store trying to find it for it for us including going out to the storage area. (I wish I could remember his name) in the end they ordered the camera for us and it arrived at our home in 2 days. You cant beat the service that we received

The best staff ever. They were great to me and answered many of my questions with patience and understanding. I must have been there three hours and not once did they lose their cool. The store is very clean and everything is easy to find. Every one of them greeted me and asked me if I was being helped and I did not have to wait very long to be helped. Great place to go, and oh, I still left with a smile on my face even though I was there so long. I was there not because of them for so long but because of the thousand questions I had. I will definitely be back for more.

My dissatisfaction is not with the store. I love shopping there. Staff is friendly & helpful. My frustration is with CITIBANK BEST BUY CREDIT CARD!! I placed order on 10/1/2020 & was approved instant credit. One big Problem, the purchase thru new card was denied & Citibank put a hold on card. After serveral attempts, I have Now been told I have to wait 10-days for a letter & the card before they lift the hold. I HAVE NEVER dealt to arrive before hold can be removed. With such poor practices from a Credit card company. If my credit wasnt negatively impacted by cancelling this card, I would do so immediately!! I will continue to shop Best Buy, just NOT use their credit card. I will simply use another card from my reputible bank cards. Please heed this warning. I cant imagine what hassles Citibank Best Buy Credit Card service would be like. A very dissatisfied customers.

Phone people did nothing they said they would. Did not combine accounts, couldnt change number to our original number, did not hook up payment for discount plan, etc,etc after over an hour. Came home and called verizon. Took over 2 hours to fix everything to normal!!!!
