Just had my new washer and dryer delivered and installed by Leroy and Anthony, couldnt be happier with the service!!! Orsinis was recommended by a good friend (who remembered Leroy and had said the guy was just friendly and pleasant to work with), and I in turn would recommend their service to anyone. Everything was installed in less than an hour, and frankly wanted the guys to hang out for a bit as they were so cool... wish I could give them six stars.

Orsini’s is my go to place for all my appliances. They have reasonable prices, a great selection and a great team for sales and delivery. Kathy helped me with ordering everything, was honest about delivery time and followed up on everything that she said she would do. Leroy and Anthony was the best delivery team. Leroy had to make an adjustment for my oven to fit against the wall correctly and did a wonder job. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

Cecil and Tyler came to install my new washer. They did fantastic! My laundry room is in the basement of our townhouse with a narrow staircase. They certainly got a workout taking the old one out and putting the new one in but they were a great sport about it. They even went the extra mile by installing my old washer’s pedestal in to my new washer! I am so thrilled! Thank you Cecil and Tyler!

I had to buy a new washer and dryer and knew that they would be a tight fit in my tiny hallway laundry closet because theyve gotten bigger since my last washer and dryer purchased from Orsinis almost 22 years ago. Two very nice young men, Benjie Britner and Michael Britner, were so friendly and polite and I was very pleased with their work! I dont know how they did it, but they managed to squeeze my new washer and dryer in with very little room to spare! They went over how to operate my new machines and checked to make sure they ran properly. Im one satisfied customer! :)

This was my first purchase from Orsini’s and definitely will not be my last. I had been looking for a slide in down draft range and went in to see what they had. Cory was fantastic and even suggested sending their guys out to do a measurement first. Next day 2 guys came (on time)and explained what my options were and even discovered my range was hardwired in (just purchased home)and said that was no problem they would fix that. This has been the most seamless appliance purchase ever. We just had our new washing machine delivered and installed by Cecil and Brenden after ordering it in store about four days ago. An extra thanks that they were so kind to my 5 year old son who was eager to watch and hold doors, etc. Weve also had a part go in our dishwasher, and I was able to order a new part over the phone from the parts department, and the sales staff (Becky was the first person I dealt with, but I must say, everyone chimed in!) when I purchased the washing machine was knowledgeable and didnt push the most expensive option. Started having trouble with my fridge a month ago, Orsinis came out and fixed it quick and cheap. Then it gave trouble AGAIN. Chuck came out and did not charge me....Chuck got it running and I called Orsinis to get another fridge. ONE DAY LATER, at a time of my choosing, Cecil and Tyler came and installed the new fridge. They ALL did great job!

Ive always bought my appliances from HomeDepot or Lowes -- never again. Our dishwasher broke a month ago and I was waiting for Memorial Day weekend sales, but of course the dishwashers I was looking at were out of stock. A friend recommended Orsinis, so I called them and asked if they had any dishwashers in stock. Kathy called me back and emailed me the ones that were available. I looked up the model numbers, made my choice, and purchased it over the phone. Delivery and installation were scheduled in 3 days. Cecil and Brenden, the installation specialists, showed up on time, removed our old dishwasher and had the new one installed and tested in less than an hour. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated their attention to detail -- alignment with my counter, taking all packaging with them, and even returning everything under my kitchen sink they way they found it! There was a small snag due to the existing electrical setup, but they contacted an electrician to correct it and returned to finish the installation that same day. I generally order appliances from big box stores but opted to use a local company for a recent purchase. Orsinis customer service was superb. I placed an online order a couple of days before I was moving into a new home. Becky called, recommended the attachments and scheduled the delivery to align with my in date. Benjie and Michael B (the cousins) arrived on time and were professional. They explained what they would be doing and how much time it would take to install. After the installation, walked me through how to use the products. I highly recommend Orsinis!!!

We purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher from Orsinis in early April on a Saturday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. Quick service! Leroy and Anthony were our delivery guys. They were pleasant and efficient, careful to clean up the drips from the old dishwasher on its way out. Leroy very kindly took out the cleaning supplies from under the sink before installation and then put it all back so that I didnt have to get down on the floor--not so easy for me these days. They are very knowledgeable about each new appliance and took the time to explain everything to my husband and I. We never got that at a big box store. I went to Orsinis to look at freezers. Cory gave me a quote on one and I left. Went to Lowes and they had one priced the same but an off brand. On the way home I decided to purchase from Orsinis. When I went on Cory said he was hoping Id come back because they only had 2 and a lady on the phone was buying the other one. Delivery was scheduled for early next morning. I went to Orsinis because I had expected a delivery earlier in the day from Lowes, only to find out it wasnt coming. I had already moved my old washer so I had to have one, now. I recently replaced five major appliances through Orsini Appliance. The final installation of my new top of the line Jenn Air appliances was completed yesterday by a top notch team from Orsini. Now I know why my friends who are serious cooks choose Jenn-Air. The oven and microwave produce outstanding baking, broiling results and the oven includes slide out racks!!! The new 48 inch wide stainless steel refrigerator/freezer is amazing and includes lighting inside that no other can compare to! Has marvelous soft close drawers, too! The dishwasher is so quiet and dont let folks tell you they dont wash as they used to...They wash better! My electric radiant cooktop with downdraft has burner features which make cooking easier and smoother...results are great. After the disaster of a LG refrigerator failure that canceled Thanksgiving, and possibly Christmas due to the loss of all my food, and expense of replacing the refrigerator and the food, I chose Orsinis because they have appliances in stock unlike many other stores. I found a beautiful stainless steel Whirlpool French door style and bought it. Delivered very soon after, and that is a very welcomed surprise as opposed to the normal 30 day waiting period other stores force you to endure because it has to be delivered from Baltimore!!! Orsinis has a delivery guy (Cecil )that is a true blast to talk to, and the guy is as strong as a forklift as well as impressively professional, trust me you will see what I mean, and Im not kidding about the forklift! I sum it all up with I have never been this pleased with customer service, and quick action in years.

Leroy and Anthony delivered three new appliances to my family today. Their took care to get details right and were very professional. They even held up the new microwave by hand so I could see its positioning. We love American made products and the great service Orsini’s provides.

Cecil and Benjie did an awesome fast job of installing our new appliances and taking away the old ones! They were very polite and helpful. Orsini Appliance is an awesome company! My wife and I bought new Maytag kitchen appliances at the end of June. Becky (sales) handled the order and was very professional. Cecil and Benjie (delivery) did a great job installing the appliances. Unfortunately, the dishwasher unexpectedly stopped working last week. I called into Orsini’s and Lauren (customer service) took my call and promptly set up a service call. She even called me back later that day to move up the service call by a couple days. Fast forward to today, Adam (service) showed up promptly and got to work. He was kind, personable, and most importantly knowledgeable! We were so happy with his work. He had the dishwasher up and running in no time. Not only that, but he took time to place everything back absolutely perfectly. He was meticulous! It’s refreshing to have someone come into your home and be confident they know what they’re doing. Adam is a valuable asset to Orsini Appliances. We can’t thank him and the whole Orsini’s crew enough!

Ordered a freezer during the pandemic and expected delivery was not until August but they got an unexpected freezer in and I was thrilled to get it so much sooner (June). Benjie and Cecil delivered it the very next morning. They were very professional. As an added bonus, they looked at and adjusted my dishwasher which was leaning out of the cabinet. Two very special guys!!

I had a recall on my Jenn-Air cook top. The folks at Orsinis arranged to replace it with a new one. The two fellows, Roy & Leroy, who came to take the one out and put in the new were very friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional. A job well done! Also, a knob had a little chip in it, and Amy was very helpful in ordering a new one to make my cook top perfect. This was the easiest, fastest delivery I have ever had! I chatted with a store rep yesterday via the website, and he called me this morning to confirm he had the washing machine I needed in stock and put it on the truck. Anthony and Leroy arrived a few hours later and were polite and professional and had the machine installed in no time. I will use Orsini’s for all my appliance needs from now on!
