Im leaving a 5star just for the one pharmacy tech. I just had knee surgery and its been hell dealing with worker comp and trying to get my 3 prescriptions filled. ALICIA (SP?) Has really been going above and beyond helping me. Like she has taken helping me get my prescriptions and notifying me to the max. She has been amazing. It has been over 24hr since my surgery and she has diligent on making sure I get these prescriptions and dealing with keyscripts and my workers comp case manager. In times like this right now, when business are eager for employees and businesses are so short staffed, this woman is essential. I thank her so much for helping me! Thank you ALICIA. I appreciate you.

The last 2 times i have used this pharmacy i have had issues. The first time they partially filled a prescription and advised the rest would be ready the following day. So, the following day i called to check the status and i was advised the prescription was on back order until 2 months later. So i had to go back to the doctor to get a different prescription. The pharmacy could have simply let me know prior to completing a partial refill which meant it couldnt be transfered. Then today i got told my insurance was denied for an inhaler, so i called my insurance company, turns out it was not denied it was approved. The pharmacy advised my insurance representative 1 in every 100 prescriptions get a false decline in their system. It should not be this difficult to get prescriptions filled. I will never be using this pharmacy again, and highly discourage anyone to go here. If i could give 0 stars i would.

My husband just had an operation and needed to pick up pain meds. As this was the only store that would handle workmans comp, we put the prescription through. I took off from my job to get his medicine to fine the store is closed. We tried calling and was hung up on several times. Very poor customer service. All I want was a time to come back for his medication. He is in severe pain.

I am usually very happy with this pharmacy. However, not today. My daughter is suffering from pink eye. I am trying to get her prescription filled and I feel like there is existing judgment because “it’s just eye drops”. Well, for one, I want to give her relief after watching her scream in pain.Two, I need to return to work and as a single mom, I need to ASAP. Her doctor ordered she not return to daycare until 24 hours after starting the eye drops (and no discharge). It’s disheartening that they were annoyed with me simply just calling in to check on a prescription. I usually just track on the app but since this is her first prescription, I had no way of monitoring it and I’ve never received a text in the past for my medications so I wasn’t 100% confident that method was reliable.

Went to walgreens to get 2 prescriptions for My son. 1 of them was not in stock and they told me any other walgreens could fill it. My son was going on vacation with his grandma and I let the guy behind the counter know all this information and asked if it would be OK to pick up in Virginia near my sons vacation destination. 3 times he said yes just give them the name and the address and you will be fine.When we get to the . Walgreens in Virginia we are not fine and they have no idea what we are talking about. Call back to this walgreens and magically they dont know about that either. Im livid to say the least. I will just call his doctor in the morning and get it switched to a different pharmacy. Waste of energy.

Ive have been coming to this Walgreens for years and I get my monthly medication refills here. Just a few minutes ago this White girl at the pharmacy threatened to call the police on me simply because I was not happy that I came for the 2nd or 3rd time and my medications were still not ready. Being Black and knowing what this means, I am done with Walgreens. Nowadays some people just call the police and put Black mens lives in danger for NO GOOD REASON. Its a new bone chilling reality in America.

This pharmacy is so inconsistent. It seems like they mess with people meds alot and should be better organized and stocked. For instance I take a medicine that I require around the clock. Ive been taking it for awhile now and its the same drama each month I get it filled. They try to run it through my insurance as a generic and yet they know my insurance requires and only pays for name brand. So Im due today for my refill as I again require this medicine around the clock. Granted theyve had this script since the 12th...were well prepared and still screwed up leaving me without proper medicine through the week end. Because they now have to order the name brand since they dont have it in stock...they never do. Each month is anxiety inducing for me not knowing if this pharmacy will be adequate enough to take the right steps...order when they get the script and they always have a few days in advance. Now I have to go without since they dont get deliverys on the weekend I have to wait until Monday. They shouldnt be screwing with people life like this. Its not fair or right. This whole system isnt working for patients. And each time I call I get a different person and this week when I called I had one of the pharmacy techs actually yell at me and refuse to transfer me to the pharmacist.

One of my prescriptions at Walgreens was discontinued and I came here hoping they would have it. Sure enough they do and made the transfer process super easy! I also got my flu shot and a $5 gift card. You are awesome thank you!!!!

I like this Walgreens, although I do see what some of the complaints from other reviewers are about. I like it for what it is: its more of a show store, where they have very new products and a fancy layout. There arent as many sales or variety of inventory. But, if youre looking more for a nice experience shopping and not as interested in finding one particular item, I think its great! You can always go online and order what you want if you dont like this place. At first I thought the escalators for the carts were a little weird, but then I realized there were elevators, so no problem there anymore! I especially liked the newer clothing and cosmetics options they have here. Friendly staff too.

The pharmacists at this location are the most hateful people I have ever dealt with. They treat people as if they are beneath them. They do not care to listen to anything other than themselves speak. I will not be back, and I am filing a complaint with corporate and the BBB. Good luck Courtney and Glynis!UPDATE: Although the pharmacists lack in customer care and service, the store manager does not. She is not only kind, but listens to what you have to say, even if you are mad or upset. She is truly attempting great efforts to make things better!

Well I see everybody has a problem with the pharmacy but what happens when somebody dies due to the pharmacy??? All the Pharmacist there lie about prescriptions being filled and you get there and they tell you it wont be filled until the next day when youre a patient that just got out of the Emergency Room. Dropped my prescription off at noon and there was no where to sit, i asked if I can come back and was told yes it would be 30 to 40 minutes. Still was not ready. Call back was told it would be ready in 30 minutes prescription was not ready. Called the pharmacy again and now its been 3 hours and was told again it would be another hour. Pharmacist was very rude to me when I explained I waited over three hours for something that i was told would be 30 to 40 minutes originally. Made me feel somehow was my fault. Will not come back again!! Only gave two stars because front end staff has been nice and helpful. Hope the pharmacy end gets better management!!

My insurance makes me go here . I have been here 3x, sat for an hour and left without my scripts. The changeover from Rite Aid never happened for me and now my new scripts are being held up....was there today,, cash only plus they had 5 seniors waiting for flu shoots over a half hour. Then they came out and said they were out of the senior shots the last 2 days....maybe they could have shared that before the wait....as if that wasn’t enough for the poor staff, the computers crashed and they said they could do nothing for the next 1-2 hours....Yikes! After a 75 minute wait, I left......only to get a text when I got home to say they were ready for pick up🙃

Storefront had no issue. Went to return a package from FedEx, and at the photo center the store employee, Kyle, was very rude and unprofessional. Not only was he very ill-mannered and unpleasant, he gave no helpful insight to what would need to be done; One may say he is even incompetent to work there with the skills and knowledge he has. There was a lady working behind the counter as well; She was very sweet and pleasant.

Excellent store with free handicap parking and entrance with all medical supplies you need for your healthy needs. They carry candies, snacks, foods and many miscellaneous items of need. They also have indoor and drive through prescriptions pickup. Drive through window is open 24/7.

I have not had a problem with the staff, but every single time I go to the drive-through, there is an unacceptably long wait, even to drop off a prescription. I have waited for up to 30 minutes in line while a cars continue to come behind me, so I cant even get out of line. They really need to streamline their efficiency.

I had a problem with my insurance company paying for a prescription which is not problem of the store. However, in attempting to resolve the issue I had to call the pharmacist several times. The last time I waited on the phone for one hour until I contacted corporate and asked them to call the store to connect me. When I complained to the individual taking my call at the store the best response I got for an apology was that they are understaffed. Amazing how good the service is at the Walgreens in Ft. Myers, Florida and how terribly poor it is here. Called corporate to complain. It will be interesting to see if they call me back.

Shop here often. The staff welcome you right from the door. On my last visit I had difficulty finding a product only to find you have to order it from their website, the man helping me which I think was the store manager was so helpful. He informed me if I ordered it and shipped it to the store there are no shipping cost. Awesome! So, I ordered it and it was in the store 3 days later ready for me to pick it up.

Pulled up at 5:56 (i know right before closing but still BEFORE closing) to get my scripts that i had just got from the urgent care across the street and wouldnt help me. Wouldnt even send them to the walgreens closer to my house so i could get them in the am. Shady practice. Ill never use this Walgreens again. I hope that nasty woman gets fired.

Why give me a time to pick up my prescription if it will not be ready. You used to be open 24 hours now your not. You are way under staffed. Its corporates fault which I understand. Because the issues at the store level are not being addressed I would not be shocked if this store closes in the next 2 years.

I would give more stars but i cant ! The morning staff are all rude and mean. Especially the short blonde cashier. I feel like I cant stop at Walgreens unless its at night because the best Walgreens employees work after 8 pm. Its the best time to shop there! I absolutely love Paige and the tall guy with dark hair and glasses. They deserve a raise for how nice and helpful they are! The morning staff all need to be fired and they need to bring in new employees ASAP!

Ok so I will start by saying that I adored the cashier I dealt with on the day of my daughters birthday party, she was WONDERFUL, I believe her name was Jessica (could be wrong) I have a ton of balloons filled! She was so helpful and knowledgeable! She clued me in on every single sale of the entire store by memory! She truly cared about her job and took pride in it! I made sure to tell the manager how great she did when he came out from the back with my balloons! Now, for the negative side...the pharmacy is HORRIBLE, they are always so busy and understaffed. You wait FOREVER for your prescriptions, and they only hold them for 10 days at a time, which isnt ideal for people who work and have kids and some times, time gets away from you. I dont like the pharmacy and never choose to use it OR CVS, I use a local pharmacy, Reeds in Spring Mills. I do like the actual Walgreens store though, although some items are pricey. That cashier made me want to return! So thank you! :)

This pharmacy is rediculous. Recievied my Rxs at 2pm. Arrived at 3pm for them to tell me it would be another 45 minutes. My wife arrived at 5pm to pick up the Rxs to he told it would be another 1/2 hour. I arrive at 530pm to be told my insurance wouldnt cover 1 of the Rxs. My Dr office had closed at 5pm, and because of the lack of urgency and communication from this pharmacy I am now without a Rx that I need. Not to mention the Pharmacist on Duty, Alexis, has no customer service skills at all. The way she spoke to me after I voiced my displeasure with lack of urgency and communication was not how a customer in need of medication should be spoken to. I will never do business with ANY Walgreens after my experience.

This is an embarrassingly sad pharmacy. The front of the store isn’t an issue, however the staff in the pharmacy is complete trash. Despite their incompetence, the drive thru cashiers tend to be pretentious and snobby to compensate for their lack of a respectable career.You’re better off going to Patterson’s pharmacy. It’s local and the staff are efficient.

I was in on a Sunday and it was pretty quiet. I only had to wait for a prescription for a few minutes. Employees were helpful and pointed out a one day sale on this, the day before Halloween, on bags of candy.

Went back up the counter at 9:45pm and was told it was never put into the computer so she told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes so I ask for it back. Yet again the pharmacy has not had all my medications ready at the same time. Called the refills in the night before for a 10 am pick up. There was a problem with the refill amount and the insurance.... so i find myself asking... what is the point of having my phone number on file if they dont call when there is a problem to find out what i would like them to do???? Horrible service awful customer service and there is always a wait of 30 minutes or more even when then send a message saying your RX is ready. Definitely will take my business back to the other side of the road! At least CVS has polite employees!

I really think they really need some good management. In both the pharmacy and the store. I went there to get my meds, and they wee suppose to have it ready. Once I reach the counter I stood there an additional 25 minutes because they did not have it ready. After finally getting my meds, I went to the front to make a purchase. The lady there had a issue with he register, and called for the store manager. She called back for him 3 additional times before he finally came up. He looked very angry and never said a word. No apology o anything. I wrote to their customer service, and all I got was a call from the store pharmacist, who proceeded to shower me with 8 minutes of excuses. I am transferring all my prescriptions to different pharmacy.

Depends on the pharmacist if u have problems getting your script. Im a cash pay in brake my script up in get filled as I get cash. Some fill without a problem in others wont fill it. If it wasnt for having a problem finding a pharmacy that will split the script I would go elsewhere in get them

Terribly sad how this location has taken a turn for the worse in the customer service department. I was literally told I looked like a drug addict for purchasing vitamins. The manager was rude, not helpful at all with helping to rectify my problem when their machines wouldn’t accept my card. I verified prior to my trip to the store that my card was accepted at this location only to be told that “ nothing we can do about it” so basically not our problem.

I spent an hour with my insurance representative on the line trying to get a prescription filled and the only thing I got was threatened that if I didnt get out of the drive thru line for a second time that they would call the police. This is the worst place i have ever been to to get a medicine. i went thru the drive thru and was the second car in line after going inside and there was 10 people in line. i sat in the drive thru for 27 minutes with one cart ahead of me. i will never go back there. i am pulling me and my family from here. this is not the first time i have had a bad experience there.they need more staff and reopen the second window. very unhappy

Great customer service here lol. Had the cops called on me bc my prescription was put in over an hr earlier and I waited 30 minutes for the few cars in front of me. Then they try to tell me itll be another 45 mins plus...so since I waited for everyone in front of me I refused to give up my spot in line bc Im as important as any other customer. I will not be told some bs...so instead of just getting my meds the supervisor called the police. Later in the day I did have a first experience....a lady named Michelle had my prescription ready apologized to me for the bad service I had received earlier and signed me up for text alerts....she is the only 🌟 this place gets but shes like a pro bowl QB on the 49ers...shes great but the rest of her squad is trash. They should do an inventory count on their pills the supervisor was running around throwing a temper tantrum like a little child. The pharmacy tech didnt even seem like she knew what she was doing. This place has one thing....excuses...so I want to know what the excuse is for the ugly supervisor and her rude staff not being able to fulfill the duties of their positions

I have never had a quick experience with this pharmacy. Multiple (10+) ocassions Ive spent 20+ minutes waiting to talk to a customer service rep. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!! Complained to managers and they just make excuses. Understaffed and desperately need a lesson or two in customer service!I stayed a customer for so long because of their 24hr service... thats gone, now so I am!

Let me say this first I would love to the survey to be seperate for each department. Cashiers up front onow me we chat laugh wonderful! Make up awesome helped me dramatically with a skin issue that the dermatologist could mad kuddos. Photo lab brought back my picture of my rainbow bridge baby to life on a blanket and now I have something of him to hold. That being said I have an issue with how the pharmacy is run. First of all I am a loooooong time patient of local doctor whom says everytime make sure they have your meds on time or you could relasp. 1) I have seizures the bad kind if at any point in time there is an issue I always wait in the store pleaseit would behoove you to tell me right away so the doctor can fill my medication and not have me seizure due to a communication error. Maybe the system doesnt pop up right away but I cannot afford to wait 20-60 minutes later for you to say Mama there is a issue with insurance vs doctor please call both. Thats fine but dont have me do it 10mins before the office closes no one will fix it for me. With being said seizures will HAPPEN. ALSO I take a pain med every month clock work on the same date. So when I come in drop off my script and say is it here and I am told there is only part or none my insurance sees a partial a a whole and will not allow me to pick up the rest until next month. With the not being there and with narcotics its a roll of the dice,I maybe not able to get the med because a truck didnt show and I have to wait x amount of days.2 days causes withdrawal from the pain meds and fevers along with stress BOOM another seizures... Then the day I am sold the medication is some how the day that starts my thirty. Look it may make sence to you but the paper has a date also I am on a contract so many times I am over or under on count days I marks and then kicked out of the clinic. Makes it worse is I am not a substance abuser I have a terminal illness and the state of WV requires this for all chronic pain users. I need to know what days truck is to avoid missed doeses and issues with doctors. Seizures send me to the ER...please gix these issues there were alot of angry people today in line and waiting it was chaotic and other depts had to help.
