As a current customer, I just had a terrible experience with one of their IT non-professionals. Apparently Mike has been there a long time and they have plenty of client business so he gets away with being completely rude and unprofessional. Ben is who we normally deal with, its too bad his customers have to suffer while he takes a week long vacation. When I called in this morning, my basic problem was met by Mike with laughter. The rest of the troubleshooting session he talked down to me and argued with me. At the end of the call I offered customer service advice, that it is never appropriate to answer someones problem with laughter to which he just paused an laughed again. I guess thats why he is in IT to begin with, zero people skills. I will petition to not use Option PC in the future all because of this experience with Mike. Ill be talking with the owner Don as well, no longstanding customer should be treated like that, ever!
