Absolutely first-rate experience with Chaney Windows and Doors! They replaced the old window in our main living room and wow, the new one looks so good and has transformed the inside and the outside of the house! The team were excellent, and very professional. Chaney Windows installed 2 new sliding glass doors for us yesterday, and we couldnt be happier! They finished in just one day, were very neat and professional, and had a cheerful and hardworking demeanor. While you could probably do it yourself for cheaper, it would take double the time and not look nearly as nice. Looking forward to no more rain and bugs coming in this summer!

Wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with Chaney Windows and Doors today. Our door seals had been breaking down over the last few years and we decided it was time to get a new door. Scott Chaney was great to work with and the installation was even better. Our new Provia door is a dream. Solid and smooth closing. We immediately could tell a difference in the temperature around our entry and hadn’t realized how bad it must have been. My husband said it feels like closing the door on a BMW lol. The crew was safe, clean, and careful. Love the new door and can’t recommend them enough!

I couldnt be happier with the three sets of doors ordered and installed from Chaney Windows and Doors. We had a front door, a patio french door replaced and a basement french door replaced. I had Chaney Windows and Doors replace two of my doors that were severely water damaged. The sales staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the installation crew was very fast, detail oriented and excellent at what they do. They told me about an issue that I need to have addressed, yet tried a quick fix to help out the situation before I can get it taken care of. Both doors are well made, very durable and beautiful. I wasn’t sure if I had made the right choice on the style of one of the doors but now that it’s installed I know I made the right choice. I can already tell they are better insulated than what I had and will definitely be contacting them for new Windows in the future. I highly recommend this wonderful group!

Had a 5 windows replaced in my older south city home. Scott showed up as scheduled, took measurements, and had quote ready the same day. Install was scheduled quick. The installer was professional, quick and clean. He even patched a hole in my plaster that was not part of the scope of work! Great overall experience!

New windows on a house built in the 1930s was a huge investment, so we did our research and wanted to ensure we chose the perfect company. Chaney Windows and Doors was a match from the very beginning when they came out to give us a free, no pressure quote. It did take a few months for everything to come in (thanks COVID), but it was well worth the wait. The installers came (in temperatures below freezing!) and were so sweet to my 3 year old son and dog. They worked quickly and did an amazing job; we could feel the difference immediately. The new windows look great and were exactly what we envisioned. They installed 17 new windows for us and we will definitely be using them for future projects - we cannot recommend them enough. Scott and his entire team are true professionals.

I have used Chaney Windows and Doors on 2 different projects. They are the best at helping me achieve the look Im after. I love the large picture windows I recently had installed. They turned out better they I could have imagined. The installers were professional and did an amazing job and kept my home neat and clean the entire time. I had all 8 windows and the front storm door replaced in my house. Things could not have gone more swiftly, smoothly and professionally. Kevin arrived promptly on the scheduled day and with the help of 1 and sometimes 2 other workers cut out the old steel casement windows embedded in brick, and had them all replaced by the end of the day (in cold, light snowy conditions nonetheless). They came back the next work day to replace the storm door and finish framing out and caulking two windows, which didn’t take more than 2 hours all in all. They took away all the old materials and debris and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. The new windows are beautiful and I could immediately feel the difference in the house temperature. Definitely a positive experience all around!

Their crew has installed a new modern door for me with beautiful craftsmanship and care, installed Windows meticulously for my mother in-law and repaired a significantly damaged front door on my rental property. Expecting to be told I needed something new, their staff fixed the issue and reported back facts about what was going on. ADMENDMENT: Scott was quick to act on my complaint. He replaced the faulty screen quickly. The crew was awesome, friendly, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this company!We had several windows, front and back doors, and storm doors replaced. They did such a great job, we had them come back and replace another exterior door. Wed give them 5 stars for installation.Getting them back to do repairs to the installation has been a nightmare. Weve called several times and were told Scott would call back. No response. Thats the reason for the 3 stars.

Replaced an old sliding walk out basement door with a wonderful new ProVia sliding door that was presented to us as a great option. Chaney worked with us around a day of bad weather and was able to reschedule fast to get it installed. Ron was the installer and he was punctual that Monday morning and got right to work. He did a fantastic job and was very helpful with his tips to maintain the sliding door through the winter. The install was first class and we are really happy with the product sold. Will definitely order a another new door when the time comes from CWD!

Chaney replaced all my windows in my home.First let me say, this is one really great product. I don’t think there’s anything better on the market than ProVia.Chaney‘s pricing was excellent. And everyone from the sales staff to the installation crew were professionals through and through. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left my property clean. On the final day the lead installer noticed my front door was also a ProVia product - something I didn’t know. He told me that if anything ever goes wrong with it I should call Chaney. That’s the way their warranty works. They cover the brand for the lifetime of the product. It really doesn’t get much better than that. I am 100% happy I chose Chaney for my job.
