The crew they sent on the day of install was also professional. They worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up when finished. I had two exterior doors installed on my new home, one 95” tall with a transom and the process was faster than they estimated. Craig, my master installer, spent the time to get it perfect. The bronze thresholds look amazing; its auto-adjusting threshold will always ensure they are sealed. The relatives have already commented on the expensive quality of my new doors.

This job was done in May and as of now with months of trying to contact them havent gotten past phone operator and no one has called like promised repeatedly.Update, they finally finished the work 6 months later.I get its hard now of days. However large enough company they should be able to communicate.

The salesman even stopped by after the installation to verify we were completely satisfied. This is our second experience buying windows from Renewal by Andersen. First one, 4 yrs ago, was pretty good though first time quality of the product was an issue they satisfactorily resolved. Second time has been an ongoing nightmare. Contract signed in August 2020. They got their 50% downpayment and our clock started ticking on the full 2yr financing they advertise. Window installation took place 4 mos. later in December 2020. Installation had many issues and required a special team to rectify over the next couple of months. Unfortunately we trusted theyd perform as promised and signed off on the job so they got their remaining 50% payment. We had one window with a manufacturing flaw that they agreed needed to be replaced. After many phone calls/texts to get the window on order it was supposed to be installed mid-May. Date came up and no Andersen so called to find out replacement wasnt delivered by factory so again lots of calls/text, mostly from me, new install date of mid-July was set. As the July install date approached I called the week before and found out it was again delayed. Long story short, new date of October 21st was set. So, I called a month before, a week before and the week of to confirm they had the product AND would be here at the appointed time they set. So this morning when they didnt show I called 90 minutes past when they were supposed to arrive to find out the installer had C-19 and couldnt make it. No one else available to do the work, so coordination for a new install date is now in progress. This company appears to not only be understaffed, but poorly managed. They have a great marketing team and they are personally responsive, but apparently have little pull within the organization. Id give them an A for marketing (Brian Price), and an F for follow-through on service. Understand the Covid-19 issues, but there were plenty of opportunities do do this one right. They didnt!

The team that arrived to install our window and doors were swift and professional. We had new carpet laid shortly before their visit, and they took extra steps to make sure that the carpet was protected. The team lead would pause to answer my questions and explain the process to me, and I felt confident throughout the installation that the work was thorough and finished. The windows themselves are excellent and have helped reduce our heating/cooling bills. One area used to become excessively warm throughout the day but it is now much better and the kids love to play there.

We are so happy with our 10 new windows! Sales representative was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. Installers were on time, very professional and friendly. That’s the best way I can describe the doors and Windows we purchased from and had installed by Renewal by Andersen.I was already familiar with the long lasting windows made by Andersen. Thanks to their rep, called a Design Consultant, I learned both the how and the why their replacement windows are so well made and energy efficient. Plus, they are good looking windows too!The entire process of working with them is straightforward. The Design Consultant helped with measuring and informing which of their custom made windows would work and look best. They wrote up the order and offered financing options.Next a technician arrived to take very precise measurements and ensure the eventual installations of our new door and windows would be trouble free.Installation day arrived and everything was performed quickly and professionally. Our new front door and two windows look outstanding and function perfectly.The only problem is that our new Renewal by Andersen windows make our other vinyl windows look so inferior! Oh well, home improvement is a step by step process.You truly “get what you pay for” with Renewal by Andersen. I’m extremely please and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Pretty dissatisfied with the work and response from Renewal by Anderson. They have set multiple appointments an I had to call when they didn’t show only to find that they weren’t coming. My salesman John will not return a call from me either. I recommend using a different company for your windows.

Phenomenally professional and quick! They had no problem recommending and then installing our new windows. Our existing windows were over 60 years old and swapped out with no problem! Even the trim painter was quick and efficient! They were also very grateful our son moved our furniture completely out of their way before install. Keith and crew did a great job replacing two sets of 1976 original sliding glass patio doors with lovely new energy-saving French doors. The crew arrived on time, removed the old sliders, installed the French doors, cleaned up the work area -- efficiently and more quickly than we expected. The before & after photos (interior & exterior) attached dont do justice to the finished product. The new doors are beautiful.

Purchased 17 windows and a French door unit for installation, and I am very pleased with the product and quality of installation that is provided by Renewal by Andersen. This product is not the same as you find at the Home Centers but even better quality. The installation crew was timely, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves after each window was installed. As I type this review, it’s mid June and and very warm and I can tell a major difference in my home. A very sound investment of it’s your forever home.

If we would ever purchase windows again from Renewal I would request that Jacob & Cliff team be the ones to install the product. I would highly recommend this team. Very pleased with the installers. the windows are very expensive, maybe if we would of purchased more than 1 set of windows we might have gotten a discount but I doubt it. downside of experience, called the guy who sold us the product to cancel order, but he never returned my call. so order went thru and 2 windows installed. I have not had a very good experience with Andersen. Long story short, my “one-two day” job has taken considerably longer. I completely understand that these are hard times with suppliers etc. but a little communication would go a long way. I can’t seem to get much in the way of action. Just keep getting pushed off. Three different people told me they would order the final parts. Still waiting

We had an older home the windows would not open now I can crank out my windows and get clean fresh air I love them I truly love them. We’ve used Anderson twice now to help rehab our 120 year old home. Both times they have been amazingly professional in ever aspect. Their agents were very informative about our options and the quality of windows; helping us choose what fit our home and budget.The installation process was a dream. The crews were polite and efficient in their work leaving the rooms cleaner than before they came.The best part by far though, are the windows themselves. In remodeling we made some less than satisfying choices in the beginning from the big box stores. Never again. Anderson windows are...the best. They are smooth glide, easy to open and clean. The screens are almost invisible. And our energy costs have gone down significantly since their installation.The last gem I’d like to share is with their financing. Updating an older home can feel like a money pit, but their agents set everything up for us including a same-day approval and an interest rate better than what I could have gotten on my own.I look at my kids playing out back every evening and think just how much I love these windows. We’ll be back for the rest of the house soon and I recommend you do too.

Went to a farm and home store to pick up a few things. Was stopped buy an Anderson Renewal window guy that had a both setup. I needed new windows for the house anyway. Setup an appointment for a sales rep to come buy. I was impressed with the sales pitch, and learned about window construction and the technology in modern windows. Purchased all new windows for my home. When insulation time came the guys were on time, very curtious and professional. Replaced all the windows in one day and finished all the trim work the next. I am happy with the whole process and am very pleased with the quality of the windows. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Renewal by Andersen of St. Louis performed EXACTLY as the commercial illustrated. We were able to book an appointment on a Sunday. Matthew was our representative and he was great! He walked us through the process step-by-step and appeared to be genuinely interested in getting us what we really wanted. He offered expert advise on product selection to insure that we were getting the right products to meet our needs. He also kept in contact with us from start to finish. JJ and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I live in an older home with many quirky and unexpected challenges. I was replacing a window with a French patio door. These installers were able to work around these challenges and gave my home a much needed update. They were also friendly and did not get annoyed with me asking questions. In fact they were willing to provide me with information. Because of the work by JJ and his crew I have referred Renewal to our family and friends. I had every window in my house replaced. It was expensive but well worth it. My electric bill was running so high, and even with a 600$ electric bill, my upstairs still wasnt staying cool. In addition to not losing my ac literally out the window, I cant believe how much quieter it is! I work night shift and after a typical night, I am woke up by 1 between noise and being overheated. Everyday since Ive had my windows installed, Ive been sleeping until 3, and to a night shifter, 2 hours make a HUGE difference. Definitely 5 stars!

Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and communication. I was originally told mid August I should hear about the arrival and instillation process. I never received a phone call or email. By the end of August I called and they said they were waiting on my door to arrive which would be in by Sep 10-15th. I have just called them (Sep 22nd) and now they are saying my windows wont be in until Oct 4th. Am I waiting for a door or my windows to arrive?? I have not had the windows and door installed yet and am now having second thoughts on using this company.

Very disappointed in service and responsiveness. Signed contract in FEB 2020 measurements done within the month. Poor communication getting updates from Anderson about delays and delivery of product. I left my phone # and a alternative due to travel for work. They continued to call the wrong number after I updated it with at least two reps.Original est for install end of May, now mid July . After several calls the representative she states she was able to get the date moved up implying she was doing me a favor. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANDERSON unless you have the patience to call persistently and leave a lot of unanswered voicemails. Covid is understandably not there fault but they should be prioritizing installs by the contract date as it states in there contract. Will not do business with them in the future, ordered windows from universal windows and they have the ability to provide tracking of then process and can manage two phone numbers on file.Update Nov 2020: Both sliding doors were installed in mid July. After working with Mr. Birner, he was able to provide me with an explanation for where my project was and schedule the install. The install went smoothly and was very clean and professional. Happy with the finished product both doors significantly improved heat/cold issues in both rooms. Updated review from one star to 4 based upon quality of the product.

I selected RenewalByAndersen (RAB) by default after experiencing problems with a different business. I am very happy I made the call to RAB. This company has lived up to its reputation. Award winning customer satisfaction lets begin with quality product tops every vendor I contacted. Then there is the staff starting with customer service, your assigned representative who is responsible for keeping the customer informed and updated throughout the entire process and also those fresh baked cookies received a part of their appreciation. Lastly the day you waited for that beautiful door with side lites and glass screen so as you drive by you see your neighbors simply checking it out. However the biggest part of the process is the install. What a crew ready for install and shows up with masks taking precaution not only for themselves but the customer. I can talk and talk and talk but most of professional,customer service relationship, courteous, keep you informed your home is respected and the workmanship and setup to prevent damage to your home is top class. RAB definitely lives up to its company motto and award winning service. You really get what you ordered and more. Kudos to RAB. Professional staff!

The product is great and the installation went smoothly. The only this that I took issue with is how long it took between our order and install. Though I know they are very backed up at the moment. Other than that, it was a great experience.

We ordered just as Covid shut everything down. Company was very understanding about our wanting to put off installation and a year later, once we were vaccinated, we were able to schedule installation easily. The installers were very professional, communicative and quick. Ran into a few glitches (old house) but they figured out how to work around them and all was good.

They installers were on time, all very nice and they went straight to work. No long lunch, no smoke breaks, no dilly dallying around. They worked very hard. They were very personable and knowledgeable. There was a slight issue with a couple of the windows and the solutions were discussed with me and agreed on. They took great care not to make a mess on my carpet or out in the yard. When they were finished, I got a guided explanation of what I should and shouldn’t do for the first 24 hours, and they showed me how to open and close them. I am very, very happy with my new windows and the installation job as well!

We had windows installed in a very outdated home. We love the windows but had some problems with installation that were fixed when we pointed them out. I would use Renewal by Andersen again yet I have a few problems with the communication that is exhibited by this group at this location. I had to contact the office staff several times to know what was going on from the purchase to the installation. They were never very forthcoming. The construction crew installed the windows and did not explain why they made a decision to leave very little space on the inside of the sash for use to install blinds. When we called they sent out an office manager to inspect the job and then the crew was sent back to reinstall 6 out of the 10 windows. The office manager said that no caulk residue would be left on our sashes but there was. After the reinstallation I was still going to give a halfway decent review on the link that I was sent and found that the link had been taken down so that I could not complete the survey. All in all although I really like the windows I would not use this St. Louis location again.

The windows are absolutely beautiful, and very much worth the price. The installers were exceptional, they left not a trace of dust from a complete window installation. We highly recommend Renewal by Anderson!!!

I am definitely happy with this patio door that I had chosen. I always get compliments on it when people are over. The installers did great work in the installation and were very explanatory on any questions I had. The replacement windows are of the highest quality. The installation team was professional, tidy, competent, congenial, polite and efficient. After the bitterly cold winter had us using packing tape to seal up leaks around our patio doors, we knew we needed to replace them. Renewal by Anderson exceeded our expectations! Our condo immediately felt tighter. We were so surprised at how the new windows and doors muffled sounds from the street we live on! We are just thrilled with our investment in our home.

This company from the estimate to completed project were great. Everyone was very professional and personable. They gave options for what would be best for my needs. The installation crew was knowledgeable and completed the job as discussed and cleaned up the area.

The initial consultant; the associate who later took the measurements & then the 2 crews who installed our replacement windows were great. 3 of our windows were not made correctly - which was very disappointing - but, later corrected. One thing very frustrating & unprofessional was some of the middle people @ Andersen we encountered along the way. Calls &/or emails were not returned. Weve had a problem with 1 window for months - have reported it several times now - via email & phone & have yet to have anybody respond. Its tempting to withold payment & see if that wakes anybody up @ Andersen ! This ineptness is something I did not expect from Andersen. Weeks ago I submitted a survey direct to Andersen saying pretty much the same thing & got absolutely zip response. Not good !

Very happy with widows and services provided...except...Still have inside widow openings where edgings have places without paint and have dents or nicks that were not there before.The last fellow who was here to touch up cracked caulking suggested we fix them ourselves.I know theres alot to fixing this with matching paint and all, but we didnt have these problems before.

Installer Steve Lawrence did a great job. Cleaned up work area each day and answered questions anytime asked. He made sure we were pleased with product and his work.

Jacob, Clifford and Sam installed a new window for me today. They were so polite and explained every thing they did. They answered all my questions and explained everything in detail.

I was impressed with the quality of work. They covered the floor with drop cloth, vacuumed out the windows repaied and left nothing for us to clean up. The guys were professional and personal. They came equipped with everything that was needed at no extra charge. Definitely would reccomend and use the again.

Strong secure sliding door with maximum glass to see the view. The lock system makes it more secure than other doors like it. The seal is good. It is in the direction of the wind and weather and there are no drafts. It opens smoothly and easily to get to the deck and pool and can be opened with one hand. Quality is not cheap but I am glad I used Anderson.
