I must say I am really impressed!! I live in Canada and placed an order for your awesome foam mug boxes on Wednesday and just received my order now, 2 days later. Love the quality of these boxes and the customer service of this company. I had updates every day as to where my packages were. Speedy service, great customer service, great value, awesome products! I am not one to leave negative reviews but this company will not get my business anymore. On 3/24/21, after hours trying to place an order on the computer with horribly slow connection, regretfully, I finally called and placed my order. The lady was very kind that helped me. however she could not get it to go through either so she had to manually put it in. After quite some time she got it through and told me one item was out of stock but the rest would be shipped that evening. I thanked her and was excited to get my first shipment of blanks. Well I never received a shipment email or my order so I called them again on 3/30/21 and spoke with Chelsea who apologized but did not offer anything for compensation. She told me my order was held because of one item being back ordered. I was not at all happy and completely frustrated with this company as I needed this by today. She apologized and said she would ship it out and I would have it by today. Well I got a shipment confirmation that said I would receive yesterday. I did not. Now it doesnt have an update and just says pending on my tracking and still no order at my door and also dont have the product I needed for this weekend. Very disappointed in this company. I am not sure how it gets business if it is always is. To their defense they said they are working on getting a new system so it wont be so slow to order online. My goodness, you cant even place an order it is so bad. Hope some changes happen and you pull out of this rut, but I will not be purchasing further items at this point.
I ordered an item the first order was deleted and they were not sure how it was deleted. I called spoke to a supervisor who reordered my order was suppose to be overnighted. When i asked about a tracking number was told that it was out of stock. So I never got my order customer service is horrible there was never any communication at all about my order horrible horrible service I will never order from this place again!!! Do not order from them they take your money and dont contact you

Ordered ink for my sublimation printer the day before it arrived my sg800 went out completely. Called coastal about returning and they sent be the return papers. Sent back a few days after it arrived to us and now they are claiming they are opened and used. I didn’t even have a printer to use them in at that time. I ordered a sg1000 and even so those won’t fit in the 1000. Now they are refusing to refund over $500 worth of ink they claimed was used. The box was never even opened we shipped it right back to them.
Please fix your web site- I have been trying to order something all night and it just keeps spinning. Then all of a sudden an account comes up and its not mine. That is very worrisome because it means customers info is not secure.

I had waited for almost a month for a printer from another company. I canceled the order and ordered from Costal Business Supplies instead. My printer shipped the same day and I had it 2 days later! My only regret is not ordering from them to begin with. Also great customer service & communication! Thanks!
I have been doing business with Coastal for approximately 2 years now and I honestly do not have anything bad to say. There has been a learning curve with the Oki and Sublimation and both Jamie and Cheryl have always been extremely patient with my repetitive questions and forgetfulness!!!Ive recommended this company repeatedly and theyve all left extremely happy as well!!! I accidentally ordered the same thing twice and the accounting team caught and fixed the mistake before I even knew about it. When I called, I got through to a helpful and friendly representative within 1 minute. Update: My mugs arrived on time and they are great quality!
I purchased a dozen white ceramic shot glasses for a 50th birthday /vacation trip. I needed only 10. I began the process and noticed on my 1st batch of 2, there was a bluish circle around the subject and since it was a double sided glass it was on the opposite side as well.. Im thinking maybe it was the paper, so I tried 2 more, because whats the chance of this happening again, must have been something on my end.. I was using the wraps and I cut around the subjects to make sure they are on opposite sides and in the middle.The same thing happened. Now I ruined the set, so Im not going any further. I contact Coastal as soon as possible, once I read where it was possible to get a bad batch. They in turn took me on a lil journey I wasnt satisfied with. 1st they asked for pics, I provided even the ones I threw on to the floor minus the ones that clearly couldnt be picked up. Customer service then asked me to do another with a full wrap on a different glass and there was no noticeable ring. Now at this point Im not thinking give me a dozen free or a new set..I was just wanting the ones that were destroyed and the additional one you asked my to do with the same exact picture to be reimbursed. Customer service said that I needed to send in more glasses to be tested. Im like you want me to send you some more, to test and hypothetically the finding arent in my favor. I would have lost the initial ones and the one that I did over plus the one or ones that were sent plus s&h.. really you got to be kidding me.. all I wanted was replacement for the 4.. so needlessly to say Im not happy with the decision, I will not be purchasing from a company who doesnt stand by thier faulty products, this clearly wasnt a mistake on my part.

Paid for 2 day shipping they claim to ship the same day 4 days later no product. Product is taking a full 5 business days to receive.
My first time ordering with them was on the 15th of April 2020. Each item I ordered was supposed to ship same day if ordered before 7:00pm CDT. The proposed delivery time was the 17th of April. This evening I received a text stating my order was cancelled. Mind you it was $250.00 worth of material. Ive never had this happen before on any site unless I ordered something that was on back order. So I send out an email to figure out how that could be. I have well over the amount needed for the bill. then I received a funny looking email saying that my order did not pass through their security system and that I should reorder the product. Said he would guarantee my order goes through next time. But heres the kicker, I havent received a refund yet. And I want the product more do than a refund but if my items are no longer available than RUN ME MY FUNDS. Thank you.
Today I called to order some vinyl, there was an option for sales so I push that....... Like I have several times before. I was greeted by a lady whose name I didnt hear, but after asking what I wanted, asks me is there a reason you cant order this online? in a very rude tone. My family and I have ordered here for years but not after today, well take our business somewhere else.As for the lady who answered, if she has any idea how business works then understand this, if youre answering the phone for Sales and pushing people to order it online, then why does the company need you? Try speaking more politely to people keeping you employed especially when there are other places to go.

I am very disappointed with Coastal Business Supplies. I have been a customer with them for a long time, spending thousands of dollars with them and have never had any issues. My last order was 25 yards of Siser easyweed Stretch HTV. With that being said, that is not what was shipped or received. I contacted customer service and was asked why I believe I was shipped the wrong item. I stated my reasoning ( as its pretty easy to tell the difference between Siser easyweed Stretch and normal easyweed- especially when weeding). I was told they virtually have no difference and that I did not know what I was talking about. I was then contacted by another lady, Jamie- the lead of the technical department. I was continuously told, that their shipping department stated that the vinyl shipped was correct and that there was NO WAY that they could have made a mistake.... and that I MUST be mistaken. Finally, 3 days later, Jamie stated that they would finally send me a new roll- of WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED and I would ship the wrong vinyl back. When asked what they would do to compensate my time, as I will be behind approximately an entire week now before I receive the correct vinyl I ordered in the first place, I was notified that there is absolutely nothing they can do as they can no compensate inconveniences and that they still are not even sure that they still shipped the wrong vinyl. This company could really use humility. Everyone makes mistakes and the fact that this company denied any potential room for error, blaming the customer is sickening. I swore by this company for a long time, but I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Shame on you.
