I want to give a shout out to the whole GFI Digital crew! I worked with James Haney, and he got us into a machine and is saving me 1/2 of my old budget for our copier lease, with even better features. The machine was installed and everything went really smoothly. Since the install, we got new phones, internet and a few new computers this past week, so since I am the person that wears the IT hat (with no formal training) when we have problems, I needed help MANY times in reconfiguring our machine, (new IP address), getting our computers to talk to the machine, our fax line, you name it---- I probably needed help from the help desk. 😏 I received same day service on all of my problems, and was greeted with friendly, helpful people that worked through my problems with me patiently and enthusiastically. I am thrilled to be a new customer of GFI! You have proven to be a great company to deal with----Something that is hard to come by in todays technical world of NO direct human contact! Very appreciated and thank you to everyone!!!
