Workers were extremely grumpy when I ordered today 11/4/21 (not so much when I paid) and my 24oz. latte with two extra shots came out in like 1-1.5 minutes and did not taste like two extra shots. Not saying it definitely wasnt but getting a latte thats supposed to have a minimum of four shots (maybe five with getting two extra? Not sure) should take longer than 1-1.5 minutes to make and should taste pretty strong which it didnt. I also spent $13 for it because I tipped over $3. The total came to $9.50+ then my $3 tip. Dont think Ill be stopping at this location again.

I went to Biggby on Saturday morning (8/28/21) at 7:45am and whoever was working was so nice that it set the tone for my whole work day. I was feeling grouchy and tired and hearing the enthusiasm in her voice made me change my attitude. Coffee and donut holes were good too ;)

I love Bigbys Coffee, Ive been going to Bigbys for a long time, and thats for hot drinks as well as iced ones. A great place for coffee.

Usually I love this Biggby because they’re pretty fast compared to some of the others and my drinks are usually great. Also I used to work for Biggby and really like their coffee and everything is made really fresh. They actually press the espresso and do everything by hand where as Starbucks does not.Today unfortunately the person working the drive thru was not very nice. She was very snippy with us when ordering. Also our cold brews had an extremely sour/bitter taste for some reason? I get the same drink every time and of course it has the coffee taste, but it honestly just tasted sour like the cold brew was going bad or something today. It’s usually very smooth. Kinda unfortunate when you’re paying $6 for a drink. They’re drinks are the most expensive compared to competitors but it’s worth it due to quality. Today was not worth it unfortunately

I love Biggby but the person working the drive thru on Saturday 7.24.21 was quite rude. Unfortunately i have to taste this location only 3 stars.

I love biggby coffee and all their different selections. My only complaint would be when Ive been using the drive thru that the person working the window is super inpatient. I can barely get my order out before they are giving me my total. I could understand maybe if it were rush hour, but there wasnt anyone behind me.

This is THE WORST place to go to in the mornings. Busy or not, plan to sit in there drive thru for at least 15 minutes.

The people employed here are always rude. I think they are also not being trained correctly. Im pretty sure they have a recipe to follow and 90% of the time my coffee is wrong. I took a long break from this location that happens to be 5 min from my home due to this. I recently tried to go back, big mistake. I pay $7.50 for my coffee to have it wrong and for the employees to be rude. The owner doesnt know what hes doing either that is why they are not trained correctly.

Delicious beverages and great service

Plan to spend at least 5min per car in line and be greeted by sometimes in a good mood and sometimes disgruntled staff. They get the orders correct about 75% of the time. If there was a Starbucks around theyd never make it due to attitude, inefficiency, a terrible app and customer service.

BIGGBY is my favorite coffee house in the Toledo Ohio area. I Visit when I go back home. Great coffee. I bought a bag of their Michigan cherry coffee. I can only find it at BIGGBYS.

The staff there are so sweet and friendly! Just if theres a drive through line, go in and order your coffee. Youll get it much faster that way💕 otherwise amazing people and wonderful coffee!;

Enjoy coming to this biggby. The coffee here is great, was in the parking lot one day and a district manager or owner stopped and asked what I got, and recommended some other drink flavors that have become new favorites.

Just got my first coffee from their today and it was pretty good, usually get a caramel macchiato from Starbucks. Their caramel Marvel is pretty good, the service was great here the lady was very helpful. I would definitely get a coffee from here again nice place and atmosphere I definitely recommend this coffee place!!!

After many visits I can say this is a great place to grab a coffee and go. Drinks are delicious and addicting. Better than Starbucks in my opinion. They are generally on point with the service and speed. Sometimes during the rush there is a wait, but that is to be expected. Sandwiches are good but you will have to wait if they havent run out for the day. Will visit again and again.

This is my office away from the office! Im a personal trainer and integral performance coach, I meet many clients here and the environment is great for getting into deep discussion. Plenty of space. The building is an old bank, so theres a REAL bank vault inside that adds to the personality of the place. Nice fast staff great coffee great prices super convenient.

I give 3 stars for overall score. I would only give 1 star for the coffee, I just dont like it. I would give 5 stars for this location as they have a great room that you can reserve if you have a work meeting or something where you want a bit of privacy, and the atmosphere is neat because its in an old bank. You can actually sit in the old bank vault and have your not so tasty coffee!

Coffee was great and the cool part about this location is that it is an old bank. There is a room inside which was the old safe, and you can sit in the safe and enjoy your coffee while working, studying, or socializing. I really enjoy this location and they never disappoint.

This is my favorite of all of the Iocal locations. Theyre usually really friendly. Theres usually only two people working, so sometimes if you hit a random rush, there will be a wait — but most often theyre on it and its just a couple minutes.

Had peppermint stick mocha. It was great. We love Biggby Coffee.

I ordered the Carmel marvel(hot) and yuck! It tasted like hot milk with no flavor. I usually like it here but today not so much. Not sure I want to return to this place now.If you ran out of coffee, it would be nice to know.

I was in earlier this afternoon around 5:15 and the two girls that were making my drink were amazing! They both were laughing and carrying on a conversation with me the whole time I was there! I have been to this location several times in the past and have never received such great service. I will be back again to hopefully see these two young ladies!

Typical Biggby coffee and snack items in an interesting location. The building used to be a bank. They have made good use of the vault. In the back there is a large sitting area that would be a great location for a board game night.

Easy to find and decent parking. The meeting room in the back (rentable) is spacious. My only complaint is that there is no bicycle racks. As someone who cycles, the lack of bicycle parking is a concern.

I love this location. I frequent the drive thru and today a friend and I sat in the café. Ive never been disappointed. The baristas are always super nice, the area is always clean, and the baristas always take the extra step.

I love their Tea Lattes! I recommend the Chai Tea Latte.

This is my favorite Biggby Coffee of all time. Excellent friendly staff and management. My friends and I meet there every Thursday night to discuss business and have coffee. It is so big theres always plenty of quiet spaces.

$1.99 drinks on Wednesday.. Perfect for timing for a cool spring day. Also this location used to be a bank so it has a vault you can chill in.

I ordered an iced coffee and it just tasted like sweet Carmel flavored water. Bleh....maybe try espresso or tea if you go there.

This Bigby has always been one of my favorites due to its convenience on the way to work, but today I had an especially great experience. Megan was super friendly, extremely quick, and just overall day-brightening. You could tell she loves her job and enjoys taking care of her customers. Great job Bigby!

Biggby itself will always get 5 stars from me bc I love their coffee but this particular location gets 5 stars too! Very friendly outgoing staff every single time. And the only location that actually remembers that I said no whip when making my bear cub. I go to biggby at least twice a week at various locations n it amazes me how regardless of where I go, the staff ALWAYS puts whipped cream on despite me saying no whip but this particular location actually listens so kudos to them on that!!

Place didnt appear busy, went thru the drive thru, waited almost 10 minutes behind 1 car before ordering, took order slowly and had to repeat several times for 2 simple as is drinks no special mixes, then waited another 10 before paying. Drinks were great service was just very slow.

The owner is incredibly unprofessional and rude. She has harassed several of my business partners for hosting business meetings there as well as myself. We were following the store policy strictly and all had purchased specialty drinks. When I attempted to speak calmly to her about the mix up (I assumed there had to be some sort of miscommunication due to her irate behavior) she became angry, talking down to me right in front of another customer. She was unreasonable and super confusing. I stayed incredibly calm and had to end the conversation as it was clear she could not see reason. We will not be back with our business.
