Its Starbucks, so you pretty much know what to expect. Their drinks will be a bit better some days than others, but its relatively consistent. No complaints!

Never disappoints. Always do their best to get you through the line quickly. Staff is always super friendly.

This is one of the newest Starbucks in the area and very nice. The staff was friendly and efficient with comfortable seating that is also spacious enough that you do not feel you are sitting on top of the those around you. The reason for the 4 star rating issue is due to the fact that the electrical plugs at the window seating do not work.

The baristas are friendly! Drink accuracy is better than most locations. The one star deletion is for drink execution. Cold drink are usually great, hot drinks are good but the milk is often too hot and flat-meaning it isnt stretched properly and the over heating burns out the natural sugar in the milk. Its mostly only when theyre very busy but it drastically affects the taste of the final product. Still, overall the best location imo!:)))

Liz and her crew always make my morning. They know my order by heart, and keep my morning running smoothly.

I use mobile ordering a lot and they have it ready on time. At times the drive thru is super long and it can be a challenge to just go and park to pick up... but not bad enough to keep me away. 😊 Staff is busy but wonderful humans!! They are always nice, patient and helpful.To the Starbucks mobile developers... please add the ability to schedule a pick up time so that customers can set up their order in advance.

It’s hit or miss if your drink will be made correctly, even menu drink items. And it happens a lot at this location. Staff are usually friendly and nice in drive thru and the drive thru lines are almost always long.Mobile pickup is ok at this store but most times it takes several minutes to get someone to hand you your drink at the pickup counter.

This location has great service but the drive thru is terribly designed. Just go in the store if there’s a drive thru line - not worth the hassle of blocking traffic and likely getting cut by multiple cars because there’s 2 entries.

They let me place an order the earliest out of the others in my area. The line was short and staff was nice!

Glad this was here. A pretty good place to stop on a trip but a bad place to raise kids.

I like going to this location versus the Fremont pike location if Im not on my way to work. Both locations have friendly workers and good customer service, but the Fremont pike location can be super busy sometimes and the quality will be a little under par.

They had no cake pops. Thats what we went for.

I have had some very great experiences at this location, but my experience today was simply unexceptional. I was help by Austin and not only did he make my order wrong, but he was on his phone while I was ordering. When we asked for straws he threw them at us and he did not allow me to scan for stars. I may not come back to this location due to his inappropriate behavior.

Waited 20 mins for my drink which was made wrong. Food item was cold

I frequent this location of Starbucks every day if not twice, or three times. As of late, my drink has been consistently wrong. Its frustrating to not be able to expect to get what you ordered and what you want and specifically went there for. Its disappointing and exhausting. I dont know what has to happen but I miss the days of not having to test my drink before pulling away from the drive thru window.

There is usually a line into the street and the staff is still polite and attentive and they get the order right every time.

Typically you would think to give all Starbucks locations about the same rating based on them having the same products! well unfortunately I have to review this location with a two out of five. Reason being, is that I decided to order a quick breakfast to go on my way to work. Ill try to post photos, but when I got my smoked bacon gouda sandwich, it was totally lopsided in the bag. I had to re put my sandwich together. As I was doing so I happen to take the top percent off, and to my dismay found bacon that was 75% fat and grease. No meat! I ended up removing the bacon from the sandwich as I wondered to myself, do they see whats inside the sandwich before they serve? I know everything is pre-packaged and just reheated before its served, but it just got me wondering! so at the end of the morning, my quick breakfast sandwich turned into a hassle to try and eat while driving. Which I wouldnt advise but we all do!.

My faves: Cold brew with cinnamon almond milk foam...mmmmm! Chai latte iced or hot...mmmmm, mmmmm! Nitro cold brew...omg! The smoothest cup of coffee Ever!!

I love this Starbucks but very disappointed when asked to pay with credit card when I got to window, first off just live down the street did not take credit card with me always know the price so I bring cash, I always tip on every order. Was told they prefer card because of safety due to virus. First off they were wearing masks but no gloves and cash is king. Wear gloves or post sign outside before they get to window to pay by card. Lost my business because Im not charge happy, I like paying cash and having no bills.

The service was terrible all the focus was on the drive thru while walk-ins were pretty much over looked...not that all visible employees werent busy at something or other, but it was a lengthy wait. Lot jammed up when time to leave; in bound vehicles in out bound lanes attempting to anchor a place in line. No trash can in outside area.In general, a real cluster ****.Doubtful return possible...SORRY...

If I could give zero stars I would! I pulled up at 8:30 knowing they closed in a HALF HOUR and the lights were on and people inside. When I got to the speaker to place my order no one answered for five minutes so I pulled forward. They turned off the lights and pretended to be closed. After we started to leave they turned back on the lights and everything. We called twice and no one answered. This is TERRIBLE service! Definitely not how customer service is preformed or preferred.

Apparently light ice here means a half cup of ice! I finally spoke up and asked for a new ice coffee and got a major eye roll from the cashier. Cool, thanks. Light ice means light ice! Not a half cup of ice.

Would give them a full five stars if they would do something about the drive through. They are always fast and friendly here, but the fact that people block the entrance/exit in the drive through line gets really frustrating. Sometimes you have to wait in the street just to pull in. And good luck going in either because there’s not enough parking. Again, great service. Terrible set up.

Wonderful dim lighting, especially for those prone to migraines. Delightful staff, cafe atmosphere and soulful music. The lattes are superb, and the coffees good, too! ☺

We pulled in at 8:30 knowing that they were open till 9. The lights were on and then when we pulled up to the drive thru no lights were on and they did not respond at the speaker. As we pull out they turned the lights back on. I then call twice to see if they are open and did not pick up the phone.

We love this place! Everyone is friendly and IMO goes out of their way to do what’s best for the customer. We go out of our way to visit this location because of how great everyone is...they are by far the best SB in the area (running the drive thru line etc). 👏🏼👏🏼

They close at 8 pm through the last week of April and starting the 4th of May they close at 9pm. Great service and I’m so happy they are open during this time.

I love this location! I have only been there a couple of times, but their service is fast, friendly, and amazing! Especially their iced caramel macchiato...will continue to go back!

Alright I dont normally complain. I usually shrug things off but this is the THIRD TIME something like this happened. how hard is it to give a customer the right order? I understood the first time since you were busy, but the last two times there wasnt a soul in line. its not like I could drive back after realizing because Ill be late to work. very annoyed.

If you havent heard of this place, check it out. I just stopped in to use the restroom but I guess they sell coffee too. Neat!

Conveniently located off of 475 23 interstate. Starbucks offers a wide variety of delicious coffees and other specialty drinks for you to choose from. Starbucks coffees always offer a great tasting and refreshing beverage. Starbucks also offers a convenient place four groups that have meetings or just worked on individual activities. Starbucks also sells ground coffees and other collectible items for your home. This location in particular office eat drive thru.

Bethany is definitely not pleasant and creates a hostile work environment from the other employees. Alex was great at delivering exceptional customer service. I hope Bethany can get some training on how to treat employees and customers.

Long line but worth the wait!

This has got to be one of the worst Starbucks locations as far as customer service is concerned. They are inconsistent with getting our orders right (especially Espresso), and when you ask for them to make it correctly all you get is attitude. Its worth the drive to the Airport Hwy location just to avoid the headache.

There were are least 5 people working but it still took 5 minutes for a plain Jane cup of coffee once I got to the register.Although the facility was very clean the decor and ambiance was about as welcoming and friendly as the inside of a container car.And the tables are so close together its impossible to have a private conversation thete.Very disappointing.

The coffee is always spectacular! Whoever decided to furnish with wooden chairs on a concrete floor didnt think it through. Incredibly LOUD when any moves, sits down or gets up.

Ive been to this location a half a dozen times. They never make my drink correctly and the wait time is ridiculous. Today I went inside to see if the service was better. It wasnt. 2 of the 3 employees were new and the one who knew what she was doing had to help the other two make drinks correctly and was clearly exasperated. I saw 2 drinks handed to two separate drive thru customers that then handed them back because they were wrong. Dont waste your time at this location.

This place was incredibly backed up after a large group of teenagers came in, however, it took 27 minutes for me to receive my espresso drink and by then my husbands coffee was cold. I get this happens, particularly in a new store but the most frustrating thing was that the baristas were serving everyone backwards, with the most recent to come in being served first. They need to do much better than this!

Very slow at the drive up and couldnt see a reason for it.

Service was slow, my order was wrong and its not the first time at this Maumee location. The manager ought to be bagging groceries. Tim Hortons has better customer service than this place, which I though was impossible! This place is annoying...and goes to prove that you dont always get what you pay for...Im $10 light & all I got was the frustration of being late to work with a breakfast sandwich that I didnt order....I hope someone got to enjoy mine!

The barista was very helpful in explaining the drinks to me and narrowed down the choices for me to make it easier to decide. The drink I got was a nitro sweet cream cold brew and it was AMAZING. I definitely will return.

I always get the same thing and every time they make it, its great, but the wait time is ridiculous for the drive thru. Cars have to wait out in the street to pull in because it takes forever. They sometimes try to have a conversation with you in the drive thru and all I want to do is get my coffee and get to work. I understand that they are trying to be nice and friendly, but they can still do that and be speedy about it. A drive thu is supposed to be quicker.
