I recently had my cart serviced at Golf Carts Unlimited. My new cart warranty had just expired, but the guys in the service department still covered the cost of the two shocks/struts free of charge. He provided prompt service and went above and beyond to help me. A very nice gentleman named Mike picked up and returned my cart right out of my driveway. Hands down the best overall experience I’ve had with getting my golf cart repaired. Professional, affordable, quality work.

My experience with GolfCarts Unlimited has been excellent. From the sales representative to the service manager, to the individual who delivered my cart, they could not have been nicer. I had a problem with my cart (due to my fault, not the company), and I asked if it could be repaired in 3 days, as it was a present for my father-in-law. Doug was understanding and promised me that he would make it happen. And sure enough, he did. Great Experience! Im new to #cartlife and purchased a used cart from a friend and wanted to get it serviced. GolfCarts Unlimited picked up my cart, performed a bumper to bumper and let me know what conditions needed to be addressed. They provided a full quote via email which explained the work to be completed and a break down of costs. They completed all the work I approved and I had my cart back sooner than I thought I would. Picked up Monday AM, brought back all repaired Friday AM. Doug in the service department was very patient with me when he explained the quote and answered all my questions. The pick up and delivery team was very friendly and came within the time limits they said they would. I highly recommend GolfCarts Unlimited for all your Cart needs!

Terrible pricing-- almost double other dealers. They wanted 15K for a new golf cart???? Not negotiable per Karen- Sales and Finance Manager. Look elsewhere for fair pricing and better service. I bought in GA and had it shipped and saved 6K on a new Yamaha cart.

I can’t say enough about the service department at Golf Carts Unlimited.I purchased my golf cart from a friend who was moving away and when it needed service I brought it to the place he bought it, which is a local competitor. I brought it there for two separate issues and had problems both times. After the second time of multiple visits for the same issue and just problem after problem I vowed to find an alternative.The next time my cart needed service someone recommended Golf Carts Unlimited so I gave them a shot. It is rare to experience the level of professionalism, customer service, courtesy, and know-how that Doug and his team exhibit. They truly care, and go above and beyond both in customer service and technical expertise. I wouldn’t take my golf cart anywhere else!

During my visit with my mother to Golf Carts Unlimited, I was warmly greeted by Ray as I entered. Even though we were just looking, I could not have been treated any friendlier. He gave us the attention when we wanted, and the space we needed to talk things over. The environment is welcoming with popcorn, drinks, coffee, candy, and music. They have any accessory you could ever imagine for all models of golf carts, - unlimited possibilities, and if you are looking for a good deal, Ray will take good care of you as he did us, and give you the deal of a lifetime.

Really helpful. Note that they have a larger selection of parts at the Melbourne location off US1. The Viera location just has carts and a few things. Also, the Viera location is no longer by Bath & Body Works. They moved over to near Urban Air - still in the Avenues. They had some of the 6 gauge cables I needed in stock and competitively priced. Highly recommended!

The people have always been very helpful to me. Rates are pricy but so far worth it. We know toys cost money.
