Store was clean and organized. Lots of product out of stocks but that seems to be a common issue with all retailers now. Got the costume my daughter was hoping for.

Practically empty, it is around Halloween but still its Party City shouldve been prepared 🤷🏽

Holy cow is this store a catastrophe! I visited the Poplar Ave location in September of 2021 and it looked like a bomb exploded in the store. I understand having to stock and re-stock items, especially during Halloween season, but it was impossible to move around the store without stepping over a product that was strewn about the floor. Hopefully I just caught this store at a bad time and this isnt normal for this location.

The General Manager is rude, uncaring, disrespectful, untrained, and lack customer service training. I will never shop here again. The citys customer service quality is dying rapidly with the help of this location.

The customer services not that great at check out some employees are amazing like this chick name karla she always helps me get stuff for my gatherings and always hands on !!!! The staff on the floor is very nice and hands on hopefully they get managed with good work ethics but besides that I love shopping here!!!

I am a crafter at heart and I had a project in my mind but I wanted to see the possible items up close. I loved that those items were in stock to help my decision. Awesome. The store was orderly; a little unspoken. But everything was clean. Itd be remiss if I didnt mention that not one clerk greeted me upon my arrival although two at the register whenever I walked in. Nor did any clerk approach me during my visit. The stars are because the items were in stock.

Shelves were bare store dirty and my toddler had to use the bathrooms and couldnt because a worker told us customers cant us there bathrooms. Horrible better off going to any other store besides this one

They are known for having everything, but sometimes a bit overpriced. But still the best first option.

Little to no supplies for certain holidays and events. The staff also needs more training to intelligently work in a party store. They cant ever answer any questions. No one can suggest things or really help beyond the basics of aisle numbers and checkout. So, no personalized feeling or sense of value as a customer at this location (Poplar Plaza).

Low merchandise inventory on the selves and in the wrong place. Cashiers was not friendly or helpful they were talking with each other and not focus on customers. Only bright 🌞 spot was the stock employees who was friendly and helpful. My wife and I may go to a different store next time and not that one

Bought balloons for a release heavenly birthday.

Horrible experience. When we got to the counter we were charged way more than the clearly listed price on the shelf,in which case they took a good ten mins to price check. They acknowledged the employees had accidently put not one,but every costume like it in the wrong place. And then my girlfriend had also picked out some socks and then we were told that those werent in the correct place either. I will never go back there.

Ordered online and chose curbside pickup. Arrived and there were no curbside pick up parking spots, as indicated in the pick up email. Called multiple times and the phone was answered and immediately placed on hold; no greeting or anything. After multiple attempts I went inside. Staff told me they didnt do curbside- WHY IS IT AN OPTION ONLINE THEN? My pick up time was 1 pm. At 1:30 I was still standing waiting on my order- Why did I receive an email indicating my order was ready for pickup. Rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional staff. Do not care about customers, just there to pick up a check. After asking 3 times when my order would be ready, someone finally went to the back to check it. Came back out and asked for my name again. Get it together. Cmon!!!!!! Screamed happy new year as I walked out, leaving this establishment in 2020.

The girls who work here are more interested in their personal drama than they are helping people. Also, the items I went into the store for were said to be packed up in a box in storage to make room for Halloween decorations. I understand that Halloween takes up a lot of room (even though there are plenty of empty shelves in the store), but September is a very busy month for birthdays. There is no excuse as to why there is a lack of babys first birthday items!

This was my first time going to a Party City and I loved it. Found exactly what I was looking for for grandsons first Birthday party. I wish there was one closer to where I live.

I love Party City they have everything that I need. You can find things a little cheaper online, but if you need quickly this is the place and they have a coupon online and if you sign up for their email or messages they will notify of deals.

Service was great but didnt have much inventory in stock. Maybe due to Covid-19 Im guessing.

I am a decor person, I detest blank walls if they dont have to be blank. So going here or shopping online can be saddening at times when theres so much being offered and you start thinking about how you can it. I went to PC to try and find some margarita glasses for my daughter. And guess what? I found exactly what I was looking and at the best price.

Wonderful customer service from the ladies today despite them having to deal with a rude customer talking about their work ethic and other customers. It’s not easy dealing with the public but what I saw today was an act of kindness despite the rudeness given to them. Your manager should be proud!

I needed a Cowboy hat at the last minute. I was able to purchase one at Party City. There were so many colors to choose from. The floor assists and the cashier were nice and helpful. Good place to go if your planning a party of any kind.

Plenty of employees but none to help you. I bought gender reveal poppers, dont waste your money. There is no confetti inside them, it was about 4 in of pink ribbon. Very dissatisfied.

I said i would never visit this store again. They have been so rude and unprofessional In the past. But I went in there today and this new cashier name Karia was the sweetest, kindest most customer engaged employee Ive ever encountered while in this store. I will definitely come back and give her my service. Her example of customer service was supreme and others should take note!

It had most of what we were looking for in the birthday party themed dept.

Please fix your hours on Google! It shows you open at 7am online but show up and you have 2 different signs on your door, one saying you open at 8:30am and another saying at 9am.. not ok with someone driving in from 45 minutes away.

I went in looking for dinosaur themed party supplies. I asked a young lady where the dinosaur stuff might be, so she directed me to the next isle. Didn’t see the “cartoon” theme I was looking for, so I kept searching. A manager, Greg I think is his name (with the nice black and gray hair), said that they had some things on clearance. Little did I know he would go in the back and pull out a whole box of stuff! So I went to the cashier intending to buy the majority of the stuff but it rang up wrong. So the cashier called the same young lady over, and she said it’s ringing up the right price. I was disappointed and a little sad. So I put some stuff back. A customer who was patiently waiting stated that stuff doesn’t seem like it’s on clearance but regular price. I remembered what Greg had said so they called him to the front. Low and behold I was right, so Jessie was asked to ring me up. He patiently re-rung everything up and gave me the discounts. My son will be so excited to see the dinosaur stuff for his party! Huge shout out to Greg, the cashier, and Jessie for being so helpful, patient, kind, and help this be the best bday yet!!! 🦖🦕🦖🦕🦖🦕🎉🎊🎉🎊

The store was space. Not the usual Party City Im use to. I dont know why it was a mess nor the selections being so limited.

This is a very weird store with what looks like lots of empty space, but they do have a huge selection of odd supplies that are really necessary for a kids party! I found a very large happy birthday banner about 10 ft wide with the new animated trolls movie characters all over it, and my daughter absolutely loved it when she walked into the kitchen on her birthday morning and saw that Banner with all of her favorite troll characters! They have lots of custom balloons and other crazy accessories that are surely going to surprise you when it comes to decorating for your party.

Barely anything on the shelves. Try Amazon.

This PC is lacking in every area!! No customer service, return policy on receipt says one thing, then they have something different in store, associates & mgmt are rude and not professional at all. I was given 1-800- Party-City as the corporate number! Look at the too many digits/letters!! Never again!!

The reason I was there was to find latex-free wound transfers for my Halloween costume, and even with the store being ravaged (last-minute FTW...) they had several. Their costume selection is almost overwhelming, and Im still amazed at the number of themed party supplies they have. For a relatively small store, theyre worth a visit.The star removal is because their checkout system is atrocious. People in line just kind of stand in a clump because there are racks that prevent organized lines for each register.

Inventory online is not accurate. They canceled an entire 5 item order bc nothing was in stock. Selection is limited and not worth the drive or time.
