First timer but will be a returning customer. The taco nachos were the best I ever eaten. The suga mama special amazing and mouthwatering. My son had the bob marley and loved it. Enjoyed the customer service. The softest ice ever.

First time trying the sugar free snow cone and it was really good!! Will definitely get the strawberry again. They also have blueberry and pineapple. Always friendly whenever I go. Definitely a must try if you never been.

So I have been here twice and each time it was awesome. The place is very clean and the staff members are very nice. Went right in both times, ordered, and came right out with my food. Food taste amazing. The first time I went I got the seafood nachos. I honestly didnt expect them to taste as good as they did. They seasoned the crawfish and the shrimp very well. I think they even seasoned the cheese but none of it was over powering. The snowballs are AMAZING! This is definitely one of those places that you have to learn to order because the selections and combinations are endless. Only thing I wish was that I could get a bigger seafood nacho but it only comes in one size. I would definitely pay the difference.

The absolute BEST snowballs Ive ever had! Look I used to travel career wise, and Ive had nothing like these. Ill be glad to hear other peoples recommendations, but I come across the bridge for these. Money is always well spent.

I really wanted to try, they looked so good. But being pregnant and in a small establishment full of people, some not wearing masks and unable to keep a 6ft distance just wasnt for me so I ended up leaving w/o anything. People just kept coming in and not enough were leaving, so Ill try to come back when it isnt as busy, cause Id really like to support. But may I suggest call in ordering? Especially with only 2 people working your counter (one taking orders and one serving them out), I feel like this would benefit your business growth a lot.

The snowballs were amazing! Good quality flavors and the ice melts in your mouth. I would definitely come back for more !

I finally had a chance to go to Suga Mama Snowballs today. The snowball was Great and the customer service was EXCELLENT!!!! I will be back. I went to the location on Holmes Rd.

What a great little shop! Snoballs were so delicious (King Cake flavor with ice cream!) And the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is colorful with Mardi Gras purple, green and gold color scheme. They have kool-aid pickles which was a fun treat to experience.... So much better than that overrated mess at Jerrys sno cones.

I love this place! SugaMama is from NOLA and you can taste it. Her snoballs are delicious (try the banana pudding one) and she really knows how to cook some crawfish for her crawfish nachos. The prices are reasonable, the staff is super friendly, and I’m definitely coming back!

I drove 30 mins away to receive a store bought cheesecake. I asked the young man what type of cheesecake they had, he replied strawberry. I said I’ll take one. Only to get to my truck to see I had a plain slice. I went back and told him it was plain he said that’s how it comes. So of course I repeated our conversation. He said you can add flavor. So you should say we have plain cake but you can add flavor. He Added strawberry, but OVERLY drowned the cake in strawberry syrup. I probably won’t be back.

It was a beautiful experience to see how Suga Mama Snoballs handled their own in the middle of a pandemic. They complied by the social distancing rules and made my family feel extremely safe. It was an honor to wait in line for a black owned business that has top customer service and amazing snoballs. The creativity in each flavor is genius! Can’t wait to patronize again.

I drove all the way out to get a small cup of ice for them to say they can’t take me because it’s 6:15 when they were taking orders still . Like just lock the door if you don’t want anyone else to come in . As someone who has worked with a place like this if it’s closed why not like the door I was told they was still taking orders so I came to get ice . I was craving for a flavorful icey, I wanted to try a different business other than Sonic, I tried Jerrys I waited patiently in a long line and once receiving my icey it was bland even with three fruity flavors mixed, it was sugary thats it!, I needed a do over so opted in on driving from Germantown to Whitehaven to try Suga MoMAs..It was just what I needed it wasnt that bitter sugary taste, it was a burst of good flavors combined, the chilli cheese flaming hot cheetohs that I wanted also were delicious as well...I will be returning due to the food she serves that I want to try and her customer service (very pleasant and customer service oriented) the only thing is the drive for me is quite a distance!

My favorite is the Swamp Thang with ice cream in the middle!!Customer service is a plus. One time I ordered, and then walked across the street to the gas station. I think the workers thought I had left, so they messaged me on Instagram and told me my order was ready. Amazing!
