Very bad customer service went in to ask some questions and got nothing but attitude from the owner and got treated like a criminal. Please take all of your business to accent Jewelers inside of the IBank always get the best service there and the most fair treatment. I repeat do not take your business to Diamonds Jewelry quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had from a pawn shop owner he’s a disrespectful man I may be biased but he was awful to me. This is the best store in memphis. They are knowledgable,courteous, and have excellent customer service and they are family owned business which is hard to find. If I may give a word of advice go here Im serious forget goldmans and golden jewelers and even kay or jareds; They even do pawn on your jewelry.This is the most trustworthy of all businesses if I may be so bold in all of memphis.The store is nice and invitng and have a magnificient selection of variable jewelry to fit your price range and did I mention they fix your jewelry too!
