Brought in a new guess normal watch for battery exchange and damage my leather band refuse to fix and was in apoliteic.I had just purchased the watch in brand new condition I knew exactly the condition of the watch before bringing it in you damaged it period no mistake about I stand by what I say!

I love the staff here!! Im not very knowledgeable about jewelry, and thought they could have just taken my money and allowed to buy something more costly, they preferred to find me a deal, where I capsule get MORE items at a cheaper price. I had a few things customized and it was EXACTLY the way they said it should be. They treat you like theyve known you forever, yet they are SUPER professional. My jewelry is phenomenal and top quality. I definitely recommend this place.

I stopped by Walsons to shop for my wedding band as well as several other pieces of jewelry for my upcoming wedding. Karim, the owner and manager, was so approachable and helpful. He treated us like family and not one time pressured us into buying anything. In fact, he told me point blank to not purchase right now and come back after a little bit of time to see if I still liked the wedding band I picked out since it is such a big investment. My mom and I stayed at the shop for 1.5-2 hours where Karim let us browse leisurely and answered several questions for us along the way. I will definitely be returning to Karim to purchase my wedding band (they have an impressive collection and I really like the one I picked out!) as well as other pieces of jewelry for my bride. We searched high and low for the right engagement ring, and walsons had it! Mike was so helpful and worked with us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted! My ring is perfect and I get compliments weekly! Even over a year after the purchase, I return to get my ring cleaned and checked, and always get treated like we were the day we walked in. The price and service were both fantastic! We have told everyone about walsons!

They didnt have anything in stock that we liked so we went with two custom rings thats made to order. We provided clear instructions on our rings such as material, karats, type of dimonds, dimond placement, etc yet still after they sent us the first 3d model, both rings had issues and mind you, we had to wait 1 week for them to send it to us. After we told them about the discovered issues that we found in their 3D CAD drawing, one week later they tell us the factory cant produce rings because of bla bla bla... all in all 3 weeks later we ended up with nothing but wasted time that I cant get back. Came and got my deposit back and wont ever be back again. Nothing personal, just business 💁🏻‍♂️Update:Mike, dont make promises you cannot fulfill. At the very beginning you told us you can make anything and now youre backing out of your words. To be completely honest with you it is your problem if you have to pay somebody for the CAD designs. As your potential customers, I think, we did everything right. We gave you pictures and all of the details that you would need in order to make a ring. You come back to us with something we did not ask you to make (14k vs asked 18k gold and everything else). I appreciate that you take the time to reply to my comment however had you not told us at the very beginning that our rings are too complicated we would not have gone further with you...

My fiance and I found a ring a Walsons and were told by Kairm, the manager, that if we purchased with them and were not happy with the product or had a change of mind, we could get a full refund. I ordered a ring they had in the store and was on their website and was told it would be a custom order to save me money. Before the ring was ever even in their possession, I informed them that we had changed our mind. Karim then was adamant that I had to pay a 25% restocking fee due to it being a custom order on an item that they never even got in the first place and forced me to sign a document stating that I wouldnt sue or he wouldnt return Any of my money. Mind you this is still for something I never even took possession of as they never had it themselves.

Ive been going to Walsons for 3 years now and they have never disappointed me. They have great customer service and I have been very pleased with my many purchases.

Do not bring your jewelry here. I brought in a watch to get the battery changed, after having my watch for over 30 minutes, they bring it downstairs to tell me they could t get the back off of the watch. They handed my watch back to me- after damaging it. The back was all scratched up with chucks of the metal missing and they knocked off one of the number dots on the face of the watch. They told me they wouldnt fix it because they couldnt get the back off of my watch. Then said whoever gets the back off will have to fix it. I took it next door to the other jeweler and he got it fixed in about 10 minutes. Including fixing everything that this place messed up on my watch.
