I started my own mobile detail company and Cougar’s trailer package looked perfect. I spoke extensively with Mike Fields who built me a fantastic trailer. I loved using it for the three weeks I had it before it was stolen. Luckily, Mike is a very understanding and very kind man and expedited a replacement trailer build and is transporting it from TN to AL to cut my drive in half since I’m based in SC. He has been a huge help and great resource throughout this entire process and I will be doing business with Cougar Chemical and Mike Fields until I can’t anymore. I can’t say enough good things about Cougar.

Tried to buy a pressure washer, drove 180 miles in a bad storm .picked out pressure washer ; Finally got to speak to sales person, filled out credit app .He left message next day on phone that credit passed and was ready to go .That’s when it all started .I began trying to call him . On 4 different occasions I was told that he was with a customer, Then I was told that he was building a pressure washer for another customer. I waited all day and was never called back .I was told I could leave a voicemail so I did .The next day I called bright and early and was told again that he was with a customer,I explained to the lady that I had called five times and left voicemails and still no calls from him .She was nice and said she would tell him to call me .The time was a little after 10 am .I went on and explained to her that I was trying to get up with him to come and pick up washer . After waiting 4 hours for him to call me back I, I gave up and called and called TC Chemical and supply in Greenwood MS.I talked to Mr.Jay Rosc, I told him I had been trying to buy a pressure washer from Cougar Chemical in Memphis but the salesman was to busy to sell me one . He told me that he really wanted my business and in five minutes he sold me a lot bigger pressure washer at a better price than Cougar give me . I could not be happier with my washer or with Mr. Jays attitude and willingness to help .I encourage you to use TC Chemical and supply in Greenwood Ms. for all your pressure washer and Chemical needs and ask for Mr.Jay ; He will be all to happy to help you out . Great selection of equipment, especially for auto detailing! Prices are extremely high on everything from pressure washers, to fittings, to chemicals. It’s nice to have a store in town if you need something in a pinch, but I will order online first unless I don’t have enough time to get the part. $80 ball valve I found the same for $35 online. $35 for 5gal of 10% bleach when I can get 15% for $13

Cougar chemical will have all your detailing products you need for your detailing projects. They give good advice and directions for everything they sell. Their prices are well set and fair. Id recommend buying from cougar then any other store in Memphis.

Poor service. I didnt mind doing business with this company until they sold me a 55 gallon drum of what was supposed to be 12% sodium hypochlorite. However, it had been diluted to the paint of being below 7%. Dollar general bleach was stronger than the mix they diluted and sold to me. I highly recommend using any other chemical supplier in the Memphis area.
