I live in San Jose, I stopped at this store to pay my bill and let me tell you since then I keep coming back! This store sometimes can be very busy but the wait is worth it! Maribel truly understands customer service, she is amazing! Always greets me with a smile and by my name! I can see why she usually has a line waiting for her, she is very knowledgeable! This store understands team work, they help each other out, they have some new faces and they are just as helpful! I love coming here always a positive experience! If it could be possible to rate a business with a extra sixth star or atleast an extra half a star for above and beyond 5 stars, I think this business is worthy . This is a small store in terms of square feet for the customer, however the service is always prompt for your emediate needs, they get you in and out in no time. At the same if a customer has any special needs or questions they will multitask and insure that all your questions and needs are met with clear detail. I live near by so this is my local go to store, however I think that if I lived bit closer to the surrounding stores I would still consider driving to this store because they always treat the customers with theyre best interests as priority. As soon as you step inside they let you know that they value your time just as much as we value our own time..

The employees at Menlo Park Metro are very helpful and thorough. Theyre able to answer any and all questions I have. Im always satisfied with the service at this location. Maribel is exceptional with her customer service and explanations of the options available.
