I had Lissandra as the saleswoman she made the experience awesome. From the time of purchase to the time of taking the Traverse home was easy, paperwork was quick & easy. She went above and beyond on making sure I was happy with my purchase. Answered all questions even kept communicating on the update of the Traverse. November 2021 (update):If I could rewind to mid-September, I would have steered clear of the Classic lot. I have never had issues buying a car through a dealer or privately before this. Not only was I sold a car with only one car key but a couple of days after buying the car, I noticed there was no user manual. I brought this up to the salesman I worked with, while we were talking about me getting the second key made, and since that conversation phone calls have been dodged and an email I sent to the GM asking for help, was ignored. So, not only did I not get the key I was promised, I have no manual. I dont know what half the buttons on my dash do. They should have been upfront with the fact that there was one key and no manual. The fact that it was hidden until it was too late is sketchy. Its just not good business. Not owning up to it and remedying it, is poor customer service. In fact, its not customer service at all, its the opposite of customer service.I would not recommend buying from a Classic dealership.Sept 2021:Positive experience 1: The salesman was great.Negative experience 1: The used car manager was not so great. He threw a mini fit when I requested a second key for the car I bought. He said, Theyve been here 4 hours and now they want a second key.?! Well, yes, because I looked at multiple cars...and one was the exact same car as the one I got...save for mileage and a couple of features, as well as the number of keys. I didnt know it had only one key until I was about to drive off the lot.Positive experience 2: The GM did step in and figure out a fix for the situation. Its not completely resolved...I am supposed to go in next week. But, again, the salesman I was with was fantastic, as was the gentleman who is in charge of the used car warranty by Classic.Overall impression: The experience was more positive than negative. Would recommend buying from Classic for used cars. Just make sure there are 2 keys for the car early on in the car-buying process.
Service was great.Unfortunately when leasing the equinox l was treated very dishonestly. Apparently thought l was an easy mark even though l had 4 great deals with Classic in 5 years with salesman Eddie.I will not be doing business with this company after my lease is up

I was browsing for a newer car, just getting ideas, and to my surprise, found one that met all my requirements (and then some). Todd Woodruff was my salesman and I really liked his calm demeanor, which is always helpful when youre getting stressed about making such a big decision. He answered all my questions clearly and took much time with me to show all the amenities of my new purchase. I love my new car! Great experience.
It was a good experience from the start when the service representative listened to what I thought I needed done, he made a couple of reccomendations and then put me into a loaner car. The servicing was done more quickly than I expected and then, when I picked my truck up, he suggested a few things we should do at my next appointment. not only that but the total cost was very reasonable.
Salesman was great! Not pushy, very informative and did additional research on the particular vehicle on his own accord for me. Really showed that they all wanted to work with me on my trade and purchase of new vehicle. Overall, quick and hassle free experience!

I was so very happy with this last visit to Classic Chevy. I had a recall fixed with an Air Bag and they also corrected some re-assembly issues with a door panel switch, panel fit and door handle engagement issues from an earlier visit. Everything was put back together expertly and everything works as when new again. Thanks to the Service desk gentleman (Matt?) who recognized and addressed my issues, and the Technician/Mechanic who knew and cared about what he was doing putting my Tahoe back together!!

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment at noon, only to be informed the crew would be going to lunch soon. The recall work was to take 1 to 1-1/2 hours. I explained that I had an appointment at 2:30 20 minutes away. When I returned 45 minutes later my truck was finished and washed! I appreciate the extra effort to insure I made my appointment.

Todd was fantastic to work with. My order process took over a year from the time I placed my name on the customer list to the time I was able to order my vehicle. Todd was always ready to let me know the status of where my name was on the list of customers and was very helpful once it came time to order my vehicle.Once my vehicle was delivered to the dealership Todd took a couple photos while it was wrapped to let me know the vehicle had arrived. My final delivery took a couple of weeks due to my schedule and the weather but the pick up process was excellent. I have recommended Todd to others to purchase vehicles as well as my family. I will definitely be a repeat customer for Todd.
22,500 mile safety inspection, had appointment and everything went smoothly.
We worked with Todd and he was wonderful. He took the time to go over all the information about our new lease. He also showed me all the features our new lease had to offer and was so helpful! He has been available for us with any questions we have had after we left the dealership.
The service center people are really sweet. Rates are standard for a dealership. I pay for the convenience of getting tired done while calipers are being worked on. There are better tire prices elsewhere in mentor. But I dont have to act out what strange noise my car is making this time.My car seems to like to have weekend long sleepovers there. Since this last time they didnt have the parts. Last time ( about 3 years ago) I dropped my car off for a morning appointment I almost missed a out of town conference due to work on the car. Moral of the story: dont wait to get tires last min right before winter starts.
I had to bring my Impala in for service. I had a car wash destroy my right side mirror, and then I had issues with my blind spot monitoring and side detection modules, shortly thereafter. Kurt and Tyler in the service department made this frustrating process an absolute breeze for me. From booking the appointment to getting my car back, was all of about a day or two. Super time efficient and quality work, at a price way better than the guy I’ve been going to for years.
Dropped my car off at 9:45 on Tuesday at 4 PM no one had called me. I called and left message in service department and no one called me back. Someone did call after I emailed on Wednesday morning but I had to call again on Wednesday at 4PM when no one called me again.Disappointed n response time and when I asked if I could get a rental car I was told none were available.

He explained I could schedule a few visits so that the financial impact would be more bearable. I won’t be back. The service people act like they were not interested in helping me.They looked over their computers or continued to speak with colleagues, again no one addressing me. The issue I discussed with Greg was never addressed when I was informed the car was ready. My car needs a turn signal light I assumed would have been caught during the inspection, however no one ever discussed replacing with me . Just an overall poor experience!
I had the worst experience with this company. I worked with an agent by the name Rafael and the manager or his boss by the name of kapp! Communication was terrible I would have to call them about information they stated they would inform me of. Any time I brought required documents that was asked for they would say oh no we dont need that we need this then when you give them what they asked for then its some other excuse on why they cant use that and need something else. Or Rafael would say that Kapp was working on it but the next day I would call and Rafael would say oh I keep telling him and keeps saying he will get to it so why did you say he was working on it if you knew he kept pushing off like just be truthful. Also not being aware to the very last moment that they had ran my credit through every bank you could think of just so I could get a approved for any car instead of letting me know I did not get approved for the car I TEST DROVE and me having the option to pick a new car or go to a different dealership, when I spoke to Rafael a couple of days later is said stuff was going good and I think we got you approved and I said ok so is it for the car I test drove he said no it for this other car how does that work why am I being approved for cars I never test drove,but no they just kept running my credit for cars I had never even mentioned to them or test drove I didnt realize until I started receiving a lot of mail about different cars that I didnt gett approved for that we had never discussed about. I tried to go to a different dealership and they couldnt even help me because they could see how much DAMAGE CLASSIC CHEVROLET IN SUGARLAND had done to my credit. So if you want to come here thats on you but I wont be back my experience was terrible.

I’ve never been treated more like a person and not just a customer at a car dealership before. Stephen K. came out to us right away. He seemed like an old friend right off the bat even though we had never met him before. He spent most of the day helping us and he truly made our car buying experience possible. The staff was very unaware of customers. I have a comprehensive service package on my car, but was charged $60 for them to tell me my rotors were rusty.
Always friendly and professional. If something deviates from the standard process I am informed immediately and not just with this needs to be done but with a comprehensive conversation in a manner I can understand. I never feel as if your team is condescending because of my lack of knowledge of vehicles. Ever since my first interaction with Classic I have recommended you to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I’m changing my one star review from before. I originally was looking at a 2009 Ram and unfortunately it was sold before I could come in and inspect the vehicle and sign papers. I expressed my displeasure in the lack of communication and everyone was very helpful in trying to take care of it me. Huge shout out to the general manager Jeremy, one of the Finance managers Zachary Taylor from the Hyundai branch and the salesman Ryan for taking great care of me. Riding around in a 2015 Ram and couldn’t be happier now!

Service was good as usual service manager kept me informed daily on progress seeing how the mechanic had to wait on parts.
I travelled almost 2 hours for a truck I had called about and was treated very well on arrival. I was very interested in the truck but it was late in the day and they could not accurately appraise my trade in. I was told they would contact me the next day. They did not contact me at all, not even to tell me they were not interested in my trade or that they were still waiting to appraise it accurately. Apparently they do not care about my business. Day 2 and still no call.

This is the second time I have taken my Chevrolet Camaro to Classic Chevrolet in Mentor, Ohio. for routine naintenance. I am pleased with the courtesy and the friendly staff there in the service department. I will continue to bring my Chevy here as well as my 2017 GMC. When it comes time to purchase a new vehicle, Classic Chevrolet will be my only stop.

Im not a Fan of Kurt and my dealings with him in the past, Jeff Gill was great, however my real issue is with Chevy vehicles in general, I have not had a very good experience with them as of late. As far as the dealership and service department in general, Ive been satisfied with the exception of my interactions with Kurt. The one thing I was surprised about was that very little was explained to me as to what or why my main computer failed at 5 months and left me stranded. After all of the issues I had with my Malibu and the fact this new Equinox replaced it in lieu of me wanting to file the Malibu as lemon, Im not very happy about the fact Ive already had issues with the Equinox. Is Chevy experiencing quality issues?
