Good tasting sandwiches with fresh ingredients, but it took 20+ min to get my food due to a flood of online orders

I like their bowls. They have good variety in the menu. They are quite expensive.

This spot has really quick service, and each employee I’ve ever dealt with has been super nice and helpful. There is a stand up area to the right when you walk in (which is closed due to governor restrictions) and a few places to sit in the back of the space. In front of the entrance there is a table to stand and eat if you want. This location is always well kept, definitely recommend.

One of the better places to eat in Lake park. Healthy options, but not too expensive compared to alternatives.

Friendly staff and delicious, all natural food. During the lunch rush hour, they get pretty swamped, so Id recommend you order ahead of time to have your order ready when you arrive.

The atmosphere is very fun. Ill certainly come here. The fries were also pretty sweet. To perfection, they were cooked. The employees were very nice and the service was simple.

Unfortunately the waits are too long during lunch. The store could use extra employees. Time matters.

Great friendly environment and lots of veggie options to choose from to grab some fresh vegetables in the tummy...This was the Spicy Braided Tofu and I loved it..

Stopped in for the Lemon Chickpea 🥗. Good, healthy food priced reasonably for the neighborhood it’s located in. There is more of a wait on weekdays due to the work lunch rush.

So so good - I eat here at least once a week! They are great for takeout, and have many healthy options as well as gluten free options.

Za’atar chickpea sandwich is great. Chicken and raisin sandwich is great too but perhaps ask for light dressing next time because more than necessary to make taste good, seems like superfluous calories.What gave this place 5 stars instead of 4 is their easily accessible allergen menu online, ease at using different equipment to make food for someone with allergies, and I liked I could see the calorie count online and had the option to order a half sandwich instead.

I love the avocado egg sandwich. I would recommend adding Garlic Aoli inside, and getting the hot sauce on the side. It comes in an extra cup, and its really tasty

Really bad service. Picked up my order, its a really hot day and asked for some water and they said that they couldnt afford to give me a cup. This makes absolutely no sense, they just cant get out water to people, I guess theyre just not courteous enough for that lol I thought giving people water when they were thirsty was just a common courtesy and a human right but I guess they dont honor that in this store. Wouldnt go here

I am not a sandwich person but Homegrown is the one place that can change my mind on that. Excellent spread of sandos. Their seasonal offerings are worth trying.oh and nice folks building your sandwiches:)

They have really healthy yet very tasty sandwiches and salads. I have tried Avocado Egg and Cheese sandwiches and Chickpea Sandwich and both were really good.

Do yourself a favor and give this place a try. i look forward to a return trip. the prices are well within reason for the quality.

Amazing food, friendly staff, and a fun vibe. Theyre generally crowded for lunch but the delivery is quick for takeouts. Food is very filling. Their zaatar is pretty legit!

Soulless place with zero atmosphere. The food is very underwhelming too - sounds much tastier on the menu. Wouldnt go back.

Very good sandwiches and salads. on an expensive side but the quality of ingredients is excellent. Espresso is very good. You can customize your food and servers will happily do it for you. Very friendly team members. They also serve Molly Moons ice-cream sandwiches, which arent available at Molly Moon

Their tomato soup was really good. Veggie bowl wasnt bad either. The place was very busy at 11.45 am and we had to wait for 25 minutes to get our food. Their online ordering is pretty good though, people were in and out quickly.

Yummy sandwich but not as filling as I expected for the price. I ordered online for pickup and they forgot the chips I ordered as well. I didn’t realize until I was already back at my desk. They were like $2 so not a huge deal but on top of an already expensive sammie, I’m upset lol. My bill was $17! For a tiny sandwich! And I’m hungry still! Ridiculous. If it’s going to be that expensive, double check your orders before they head out.

Good place for quick bite/lunch. Short menu. The taste was good. I ordered half sandwich and soup. The salads looked good too. Small and cosy place.

I absolutely Love this place. The food is fresh and tasty and whats more you know you are eating healthy. I have tried only the vegetarian option - The hummus sandwich and the tomato soup and the fact that I have repeated this 4 times during my months stay in Seattle must tell you that it tastes real good.

Absolutely incredible! Had the lunch combo with the Turkey, bacon, avocado and the sweet potato carrot soup and it was unreal. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, definitely reccomend!

The quality is good, but the sandwich are a little small for a complete lunch and the prices are just excessive for a sandwich. Too expensive even for Seattle standards (and Seattle standards are not the cheapest at all..). I understand you may pay the quality, but 17 dollars for a beef sandwich?

Standard fresh soups, salads, and sandwiches. Portions are small. Basil pesto chicken was pretty good. This location was very fast.

Just love their sandwich, not too heavy on the stomach. Especially love the chicken pecan sandwich. Also, the ice cream sammies are really good.

They serve breakfast sandwiches all day and the Bacon Egg and Beechers is incredible. Perfect over-easy egg, roasted garlic aioli and cheese creates a creamy, filling sandwich. Full sandwich will run you about $10.50 all-in. Highly recommend if you need something quick yet quality.

Very fresh and tasty, you can almost taste the earth in the veggies. I always go with the bowls.

I could really tell that the ingredients were fresh and quality and my cashier was helpful and friendly. The flavor balance missed the mark for me. My turkey/tomato/avocado sandwich needed more of the spread and the tomato bisque was (I cant believe Im saying this) too heavy on the tomato flavor and difficult to eat more than one spoonful at a time. BUT it did feel like a genuinely healthy option; maybe I just ordered the wrong thing!

Listen, I went in there a few days ago to order a sandwich; I walked right up to the counter and literally said “I need a sandwich!” LOL, Sierra (sp?) responded with the exact sandwich I wanted “Smoked Pastrami!” she remembered my order that I got last time and I.... was.... speechless.... she is always so nice to me and that right there is amazing customer service!!

I usually take the brocolli sandwich from here (I am a vegetarian) and its great.

While typically a fan and enjoy their fresh fare, especially that warm quinoa bowl with sweet potato- my experience at the Westlake location went really really sour quite quickly when two coworkers and myself were eating our lunch and chatting amongst ourselves. None of us were actually finished when a female employee with glasses came and just took our trays from in front of us without even asking if we were done, telling us quite bluntly that we needed to clear out because people were waiting for tables. When I looked around, there was a giant empty communal table behind us (we were seated at the bar seating in front of the window), a table out front, as well as a booth in the back. Essentially we were kicked out of the restaurant in what I thought was us having a very quiet lunch break of what totaled perhaps a whole 15 minutes in Homegrown. If it was dire and there was room required for others, I think there would have been a much better way to handle this situation. Because of the rudeness and how we were treated - none of us will be back here. This experience has been shared with others.

Today was my first time going to this shop. I stopped by to try a breakfast sandwich. The Bacon, Egg, and Beecher sandwich is AMAZING!!! Even though they are a little pricey I will definitely be coming back again. Next time I will get a whole sandwich instead of a half.

Tasty, healthy food in the heart of downtown. Good place for a quick lunch by yourself or with friends. Got the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich combo on GF bread with a cup of carrot sweet potato soup. Bread was slightly burned but had good texture to it for GF bread. Good place for GF and vegan options. Downside - portion sizes are quite small for the price!

The sandwiches here are GREAT. Outdoor seating too.

While I am a fan of this local chain of healthy quick food, service at the location on Westlake on this day was marginal. Totally empty but still took a really long time to prepare my quinoa bowl. Also portion of quinoa and added bacon were both noticeably smaller than same dish Ive had at 2 other locations.

Sometimes I’d eat here 3 times a day. It’s that good.

Overpriced sanctuaries that manage to feel carb-heavy and too small at he same time. They use Stumptown coffee, but preparation isnt consistent. The breakfast is ok, the non-sandwich options are even more absurdly expensive than lunch.

Homegrowns bacon and egg breakfast sandwich is delicious. I was tempted to order a second one. Decent coffee too.

I had soup and half a sandwich for lunch. It was pretty good and not terribly expensive. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.

Braised Tofu Bowl and Zaatar Smashed Chickpea sandwich combo with sweet potato soup are my favorite vegan lunch options around $10 each.
