New employee Rohan is very helpful, he made my drink perfectly! This place has gotten way better than it was before, great improvements!

The most comfortable starbucks I can think of, worth the trip

Staff is very rude and scream at kids, which is frankly not acceptable. I plan to report that particular employee.

They still allow you to sit inside with social distance kept in place, cool place to have your fresh coffee and do your work. Kind stuff girls are great!

Starbucks is Starbucks. This one is one of the coziest one. Just like a local coffee shop.

This location has a problem getting orders right on slow days or busy days. Staff is hit or miss with politeness. I’ve had my order made wrong multiple times. And if you don’t carry a product anymore you should remove the sign. It’s alwasy something when I go in here. They have one person who is great and that’s about it. If you can go to the north Mercer Island Starbucks for better service, correct orders, and up-to-date menu iteams.

The nicest of them all on the island. Staff is well trained and plenty of seats. Water outside for the dogs too!

Cleanest Starbucks in the Seattle area. Often theres actually a seat available too, unlike most locations. Good service, decent coffee.

I found two people have taken the same book to read, one is me, the other is the lady next table to me,the book’s name is “EDUCATED”.

This is one the best Starbucks I have ever been to, very friendly staff.

They were very fast to make the mobile order and in store purchases. Both times tested with an Ice caramel macchiato and a breakfast sandwich.

If they stop raising the price of petite vanilla bean scones 10%+ every year I might go more often.

Its a Starbucks... On Mercer Island. Of course its very nice. Same coffee and food as every other Starbucks 😁

The Southend Starbucks is a popular gathering for neighbors, kids, four-legged friends, and the occasional business meeting. Nice outdoor space and in- and out- doors fireplace. Friendly staff.

I love Starbucks! This Starbucks is great because its close to a lot of other shops. Rite Aid, QFC, YoMercer Frozen yogert, and a gas station are RIGHT THERE. You might not want to go relax there from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Thats when the huge groups of kids from school go there and take up every one of the 100 easy chairs there! But really a nice Cafe!
