So glad I switched WalMarts Vision Centers and went to Dr. Crawford on Fairview. He is very professional and takes the time to explain anything you may not understand. I thought he was very thorough and pleasant, and will definitely return. Highly recommended.

Walmart Vision Center (Crawford Eye Care) has exceptional service. Dr. Crawford is very professional and provides excellent care. The staff is friendly and very capable in recommending eye glasses/lenses. Great experience and will come back.

NOT recommended for kids. We thought Wal Mart would be cheaper, turns out they are not. They also were not capable of making our sons prescription without several remakes and in the end we requested a refund. Id recommend Artisan Optics instead.

The customer service I received from the vision center was astounding. They fit me for the proper prescription contacts while being friendly and knowledgeable in their line of work. I very much appreciated how Milijana was more than friendly and kept up the conversation instead of making me feel awkward like some vision centers in the past. The doctor was professional and friendly. The lady that helped fit us for glasses and contacts was really supportive as my 15 year old had never tried contacts before. They were patient and encouraging. And the prices are great! Well use them again.

Horrible customer service from the elderly women staff. When I explained that my new glasses were blurry, the staff said the prescription was correct and insinuated that it was my fault. They wouldnt allow me to schedule a follow up visit with the doctor. I had to sit and wait with 2 kids for an hour for the dr. to fit me in. Highly recommend that you dont use this vision center.

10/10 would recommend to all my friends!
