The staff that works at this location are the best!! Fast, reliable, service with a smile! Ordering in store or mobile, there is never a long wait for your beverage or food. Although I like to support the local coffee shops in town, I do enjoy going to this location because of the staff and that its always very clean and tidy!

I love the staff they’re friendly and the service good. Sometimes they greet by your name. But if they get too many orders at one time be ready to wait. I recommend this Starbucks.

The drinks, food, beverage & service were great. I do not visit Starbucks for the coffee, I come for a unique, public space to sit down, hook up my laptop and do some work. They removed the big tables that were here pre-pandemic, thus the reason for my 3-star review. The server at the counter explained that the tables took up space, and were troublesome during the morning rush when the crowds are very large. While I understand this, I find it to be short sighted. (Ive worked in food service so I am familiar with crowds).The previously existing large tables allowed for individual, and group/collaborative work and were always full with customers when I would visit prior to the pandemic. The result now is a cafe with a large amount of useless open space and limited seats/table space (about 6 near the back). So, group work or meetings are no longer supported.Its no longer as nice of an experience and there are other places to go such as Panera and Ground Central Cafe, so I will not return unless they bring back the larger tables.

I went here and they told me they dont know how to make my drink. As a former barista this shocked me considering its a basic Strawberry frappe. I then explained to the girl exactly how to make it and it didnt come out good at all. Absolutely no flavor to it completely bland. I think this store needs to train their employees more. Just saying.

Briana was so helpful! Two days in a row she created a wonderful experience! I appreciate that so much. It’s not easy admitting your coffee isn’t what you expected and she was delighted to help. Not all Starbucks employees are like that and it can be intimidating and honestly affect ones day. Her customer service was exceptional and more employees should look to her example! Thanks Briana! I came in and placed my order before 4 other people and got my stuff last. Wheno I brought it up they made it seem as though it was not an issue And continue to make the other customers drinks that came in after me. Needless to say when youre the only person of color in the Room you start to feel some kind of way. 1st time ever felt this way inside of a Starbucks

Pretty fast line speed, but on weekends the place gets backed up. Minus a star for some rude employees that dont seem to understand paying 4.00 for a coffee includes the experience. All in all a good place to get coffee.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Constantly slow. 20 MINUTES FOR A MOBILE ORDER! There are a few workers who keep the store afloat, but they need to hire new staff to support these few. Disappointing every time. Only thing keeping me from giving 0 stars is that their employees are usually awesome, their management is what sucks. Kristen is the best

My favorite Starbucks! Customer service is great. When I used to work closer, I would order multiple drinks - they were always very patient and accommodating. Its also a good atmosphere to just do work in, if you use earbuds/noise cancelling headphones. The parking lot can be annoying but that isnt their fault. Great place at a convenient location.

Giving it 1 star Because I couldnt to do no stars.... worst place I ve been too frink are always wrong and the wait for them is unbelievable.... people come after you you still wait... and if you ask there response is there just busy... management is horrible... ask for a double shot espresso just adding foam as per the barista they dont fo that after a 10 minute combo finay got them to make it. Manager just stood there not trying to help. I been to many other ones never had a issue

Im giving this place 1 star because it is required before I can give my review. My son and I visited this Starbucks location last week. The barista did not want to accept my fifty dollar bill, she did not check to see if it was real or not, nor say she didnt have change, She flat out didnt want to accept it. I made two trips to my car to get small bill and change. I asked her was it policy to not accept 50 bills, she said normally they dont take them. My husband went there the following week and they took his 50 dollar bill without hesitation. When he mentioned his wife had been there a week prior and they wouldnt accept it and she is African American and he happens to be Irish/Italian, he was told they can use their own discretion. Obviously, I didnt look like I should have a 50 dollar bill in my pocket Smh.

A popular Starbucks that can get crowded at certain times but the store is managed well and conveniently located. It also opens very early in the morning (I think at 5:00) which is convenient for us early starting workers.

Love it. The people are really nice and they make your stuff really quick. The couches are comfy, and theres a cute guy that works here so thats a plus.

Waited for 20 minutes to discover my mobile order was misplaced when the label machine tape dispenser was empty. Then when they offered to make my order they informed me they didnt have all of the flavors needed to fill my order (then why isnt the app updated for such ingredient inventory changes/availability). Frustrating

The baristas really know their craft. I like that they took the time to assist me. If theres something like a high end Starbucks this will be one. While I was there they constantly cleaned it and asssit other costumers. I can finally have a spot with a good atmosphere and good coffee!

This starbucks was worst one I have ever been too. Ordered smores frapp, while waiting over heard a lady complain her drink wasnt made correctly and kid behind counter laughing about it. When I got my smores frapp it was all milk. I left and didnt complain because knew the people working would just laugh.

This Starbucks continues to disappoint me. Last time I went here I got sick because the milk in my latte was probably sitting on the counter for hours. They make online orders before the people in the store no matter who came first. And I’ve had to ask them to remake some drinks, once more than 2x because he only put one shot of espresso into a venti iced latte !!!!! And he was rude with me saying they only do one shot in the venti. And that’s not true they do that for a grande.

Great staff, because I was a pretty flippant. I hadnt ever been charged extra for a latte made with half & half. I mean, its literally sitting on the counter for regular coffee. It isnt speciality. Its the most guaranteed thing at a coffee shop. And it was as expensive as adding coconut milk, which is imported from Sumatra! I just wasnt very friendly, but they didnt drop their professional attitudes and were nice. Didnt stop them at all. You guys are awesome, keep up the good work, but; Starbucks, please stop charging extra for normal coffee shop procedure. Brevé... Seriously?

Bought a drip coffee. It wasnt fresh and tasted like an ashtray. So I threw it away and bought an Americano, which tasted amazing but was lukewarm. Not thrilled.
