They called and came early, that’s good. Broke my windshield in 8 lines worse than previous one. The manager very rude when I’m upset says I can still drive the car. I said I don’t want the attention that’s why I fixed it. And there is a law of driving with a broken windshield, she wouldn’t give her name again started with a T, continued to argue with me. So I hung up

They gave me a quote over the phone with exact price. I got there early, they had a couple of no shows, and they were able to get get me in and out quickly. I will recommend this business to my friends.

King Windshield lives up to their name. This is the only shop I go to as of two years ago. Their service is excellent and professional yes easy-going. Their lounge area is comfortable and mellow + FREE WIFI! So if you have to work you can still comfortably bring your Laptop inside with you and do what you need to do. You can see the car from the longer area while they’re working on it as well which is nice. Whenever I come I usually enjoy a coffee/tea. The also have snacks and other beverages available upon request. Such a sweet deal! They also beat Safelites prices with equal professionalism! I’ve never seen $20 for chipped window fix anywhere other than here. I recommend this place to anyone that is going through glass problems with their car. They always finish in a timely manner. You won’t be disappointed coming here at all!

Were told that they do fix chips and that we could come in without an appointment. They were fast to take a look at the windshield but also fast to give excuses as to why he could not fix a chip even though they advertise that they do. Found a place nearby and had it fixed in less than an hour, no problem.

My friend went to get his windshield replaced. He used King in the past and was really pleased, however it was a terrible experience this time. Appointment was at1pm didnt have to wait. They were really fast, maybe a little to fast. The man brought car to front and my friend inspected the job. Found nothing but problems. Molding on glass damaged. Windsheild not centered correctly and also Cowling panel damaged. They came out to parking lot to recenter the glass and apologized about the errors. They said they were going to call Insurance company to see if they could replace molding and they would call him in a couple of days. They took car in pack and trimmed weather strip with a knife starting it would cost close to $700 for a new one. Well 5 days have gone buy and he has not heard from them. Not even a call to say yes or no regarding the call to insurance company. Very poor unprofessional service. He would of been better of with a cracked windshield verses the other damage. Here are the before and after pictures of car. They are getting a 1 star because cant give them a minus 10. Poor, poor service and quality of workmanship. Do not use King!

Bad customer service. I am in the area, have a rock chip and just stop in. Im asked if I have am appointment. I say no. The lady still goes to the back and sees if they can do it. She tells me a half hour to an hour and I could wait inside. I tell her Ill run a quick errand and will come back. She asks that I call as Im coming back. On my return Im put on hold for 7 minutes as I drive back only to be told by the lady that Id have to wait until 2 pm (3 hrs later). I understand I didnt have an appointment. Just dont tell me one thing and then change as Im driving back because you dont want to tell me in person. I would have been fine when I walked in to tell me 2 pm. Dont waste people time telling them one thing and backing down after.

I like quick service, but only if its GOOD quick service. I had an appointment setup, and it was really easy to get a straight forward quote for how much it was going to cost, but these guys were working so fast I couldve sworn one of them was coked out. The guy who seemed to be the main one had tools dangling on his waist which left big scratch marks on the fenders of my car. They also told me my A pillar was warped, to which I cant say anything about, because I never noticed it beforehand, but I definitely noticed when I was driving home that the plastic was sticking out beyond the windshield edge. The rubber trim was cut poorly and didnt line up, and there was adhesive all over the edges of the windshield, along the roof and down the outside of the A pillars. Lastly, Im not sure if it had anything to do with the way they were working, but the first windshield they put onto the car ended up cracking right in the middle as they were working and they had to put another one on. This couldve contributed to the poor caulking, etc. and im thankful they didnt try to charge me any extra, but I really wouldnt mind waiting a little longer if it meant the job was done correctly.It seems to me that I just had an unlucky experience, but Ill go with a big name replacement shop next time. I gave it a shotedit: I really didnt mind or take my car back to argue with them about the hack-job because it was my cheap car and I didnt want to deal with it.

This place overall did a great job of replacing my windshield. The young lady I talked with to set things up was very nice and everything was in line when I arrived but the girls at the front desk were not a great representation of the rest of the experience. Even the service tech had better energy than the several young ladies sitting at the desk who acted like I disturbed their day by coming in for my appointment. But they completed the repair and so far seems to be a great job with no issues.

EXCELLENT! We called and scheduled our appointment and were taken same-day. The waiting lobby and the office area are very clean and they have windows looking into the shop so you can watch them work. The technician let us know about a couple minor issues and he took care of them for us!! Plus the decor is retro service station and as a car guy, I totally dig it!I highly recommend King Windshields!

The gals managing front desk very helpful and they got me an appointment right way . Place was easy to find and comfy waiting area . However some of the customer amenities weren’t working, soda machine and coffee. Gave 4 starts instead of 5 for this reason . My suggestion is to fix this items right way or provide an alternative, as it does reflect the lack of attention to the customer.

Not only was the new glass windshield they installed on my car subpar and not what was originally advertised, the customer service I received when I questioned them about the installation job was terrible! They wouldn’t even hear me out or listen to my concerns and they actually ended up getting aggressive and using derogatory language and even uttered racial slurs towards my friend who was with me. 0/10 recommend this business.... I’ve been a business owner for many years and as a business owner the one thing you should always remember / practice / teach your employees is that “That the customer is always right”.... Regardless of what actually happened. But apparently that’s not the customer service you receive here, instead they verbally attack you and have no problem judging you based on your appearance.

I had my wind shield replaced a week ago here at the Mesa location. Unfortunately, we had issues and was needing another replacement do to the glass not being properly made. Kings windshield was happy to replace the windshield. I very thankful for their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend kings windshield.

This is was my first time at king windshields and I feel very comfortable coming back when I need windshields. They have a very clean lobby and shop. Organized and on time with my appointment and super easy. The install crew appears to be skilled and professional.

They were busy when I arrived. Had appt at 1030 was seen until 1045. Have used them previously with no issues and great installation, even have previously fixed issued cause by another windshield installation company. My car was a little bit dirtier this time around, black shoe print marks from them standing on molding for installation l, old molding on floor mats. Could have been a bit more cleaner with the process, this is the 1st time I had this issue. Will continue to use them in the future and hopefully next time they are a bit more clean.

Very professional, I was running a little late but they still saw me. I like that their schedule and staying on time is important. Window looks good, they added a shade band at top which is awesome in the summer.I would use again but hopefully I wont have too in awhile.

Drove my vehicle in for chip repair they advertise and said on the phone $20 Well the repair guy says it will be $60 Its a standard Chevy windshield and I asked whats the deference and he said he ident know. The crack is the size of a quarter and the tech gets all squeamish and said hes not sure if he can do it. Probably trying to get me to buy a new windshield.Poor ethics, Fales advertising, Bate and switch, and a waste of my time. Dont recommend!!!

To be very clear our installer was great. He came on time and we had no issues there. However, the windshield was installed incorrectly or with issues because it cracked from below and spread within a week. There was also glue all around the frame that was not cleaned. Stay clear of these guys. I called to let them know what happened. They told me to email with photos and description of what windshield looked like & that it would be handled accordingly. That was 2/14. I’ve since reached out an additional time and heard nothing back & I’m stuck with a windshield with a huge crack in it.

They were kind, safe, knowledgeable and quick. Great service. We were greeted nicely, they have a very nice waiting area, offered cans and packaged refreshments upon request, kept us posted as we waited, all and all a great experience. And the windshield looks great!

I have used King Windshield replace to replace the windshield on 3 different vehicles, they always do a great job, courteous, professional and on time. I highly recommend them.

King Windshields was able to get me on the schedule the day after I called in. When I called in they routed my call to my insurance so scheduling was a quick and easy process. In the shop the staff was friendly and took my car back right away. They put my new windshield on within 15 minutes and I was good to go. I highly recommend watching them work through the window. It’s pretty cool to see them grab the windshield right off the car!

BEWARE howling windshield was blamed on the make and model of my car. However it’s simply due to poor quality installation, I have reached out and they don’t put in an effort to refund or make it right instead they pass the blame and assure me it’s safe. Other professionals have clarified it’s not safe and needs to be replaced it’s a safety issue for myself and my passengers.

This company was very professional since the first time I called to ask about the glass repairs. They answered all of my questions and had me set up for the first available appointment that worked around my schedule. Then when an earlier appointment opened up, they called me back and I was appreciative of it. Their Tech Jordan called prior to arriving to my property and explained everything he was going to do that day. I mentioned some foam stripping that was coming out from underneath the windshield on the inside and was more cosmetic. But Jordan said he would try to get it fixed if he could. It only took about 20-30 minutes and I was very please with the service with this company. I will be using them again.

Saturday morning I had two technicians come out to replace front windshield on my Infiniti Q50. After the two technicians they stated that they supposedly noticed chipped paint on my edge of my hood when it was clearly not there before they started the work. I signed the work order without any notes regarding chipping paint. I immediately called the company and they so called stated that parent company does their mobile service but they set me up the appt with them. I have talked to the lady there and sent her pictures of the damaged and they stated they were going to send “senior technicians” to come look at the damages and the same technicians came back claiming they didn’t do the damage but clearly they were the only ones that worked in that are during the repair which they tried to be smart about indicating it was done by other technician in the past supposedly. I have spoke with the supervisor and they stated that they are not going to take care of the situation because I initialed the work order and there technicians did not make the damages done to my vehicle. If you want crappy service by careless technicians this is company to go for. They can keep there 100 dollars with there horrible work. They also left pieces of glass without vacuuming it which I never had before.Update: Have spoke to management and they are providing me a solution and offered to provide me a color match pen. Had better responses from management today.

Hey dont trust these guys..when it comes to pricing, they are liers & crooks..they say anything just to drag you to their business..I was very upset & disappointed after I called them twice and got the price on repairing a small chip on my windshield.. drove across town to their shop then the F... guy tells me: Oh sorry, we cant repair just one chip, we have a three chips minimum policy...imagine..they couldnt tell me that before make me loosie time from work and driving all the way there . . Desperate business is dangerous business ! ? ! ? Dont trust those girls that answer the phone either

I called ahead and scheduled a windshield change for my 2002 Miata. The front desk was professional on the phone and even found discounts to beat a competitor prices.I showed up early and they were prepared and ready. The waiting room has coffee and windows to watch the technicians, which I appreciated being an overprotective Miata owner. I would recommend!
