I do a lot of commuting daily and have had to replace many windshields. I purchased a new vehicle in August with a camera for lane keep assist. It was difficult to find a shop that had the correct windshield and was on the East valley. Having a very difficult time getting a response back from this place and am getting concerned. My fiancée used them and paid over 200.00 for a windshield replacement. Right after, it cracked. When we called to inform them, they were very nice about it, said to email a picture of it and that they would get right back with us and send someone out again. We never heard back and it has been weeks. We tried sending follow up emails and calling. However, when we decided to call from a different number, Monica finally answered and stated she didnt get our calls until that day and when we asked to speak with the supervisor, told us no and said we would have to try back later? I hate leaving bad reviews but this experience has left me baffled and I want to make sure I can let others know about this as a forewarning. We still have yet to receive a call back. Hoping this is a legit business?

I called one day to make an appointment to have my windshield replaced and they were trying to set up an appointment on the same day but I was busy so I scheduled it for the next day in the morning and they arrived right on time they were quick and accurate on there work from the time they pulled up to the time they left was 30 mins and they told me if I had any problems to give them a call and they will try there best to fix it.Definitely 5/5 and would definitely recommend and use again next time I have a cracked windshield. 😄

I ask for a quote over their website, within 30 min. I got a call in regards, if it hadnt been for my insurance I would have gotten a replacement windshield within a few hours if not sooner, however my insurance needed to do a approval and it took a day to get that straight, but after that they was fast they even was able to come much much earlier than the time window they gave for mobile appt. They was fast, professional, and reasonable on prices, I even got a rebate same day, let me say that again, I got a rebate as soon as they finished, a new windshield and money in the pocket, what else could you ask for, I suggest going through them!

Since Im a transplant to the area I had never had a windshield replaced before and was a little stressed about all the options. I had a great experience with MobileTech from the beginning. The woman I spoke with initially was very friendly and since I wasnt going through insurance, she let me know she was checking all four glass distributors they work with to get the best price for my make and model. The price the quoted was over $100 less than the quote I got from one of the big name companies! They scheduled me for the next morning and I received a call 20 minutes prior to arrival as promised. The tech was super nice, professional, and efficient. Ill definitely be a repeat customer since broken windshields are apparently a thing here- just hopefully not too soon!

Shady company! We bought a groupon for them for 100 dollars off services we called them got a quote they came and when we mentioned we had the groupon they said it did not apply to this service?!?!? They then said it was for glass that was around 100 dollars more expensive. they offered to give us a 15 dollar discount instead. I called them up afterward said I got a groupon they said they canceled it 2 weeks ago but would honor it. I said great and mentioned they had stopped by earlier. they then said wait the deal was for another type of glass not the one that was quoted originally. I checked the groupon it does not stated 100 dollars off certain glass it says $100 dollars off services. This is false advertising and shady dealings in my opinion I would go to some one else.
