I got an unsolicited call for a windshield repair. It came right on time because I had a large chip at the time. Tech showed up on time. Performed the repair and presented me with the $100. The same day I came out to pick my daughter up from camp and the whole plastic console around my mirror was hanging. I contacted the technician and sent him a picture and he said it just snaps back in so I tried it. Snapped in and fell back off within 10 mins. I ended up getting a few phone numbers from my insurance to contact the company and got a hold of the self proclaimed owner Emily I believe. She said she was so sorry and sent the same tech out to fix it he snapped it and banged it around it didn’t fall so I thought we were fine. Again 10 minutes later it fell down as we speak the glue is coming off so it is literally hanging by a thread. I sent another picture last Wednesday and she said let’s see what we could do for you. Since it was a holiday Monday I gave her an extra day and texted her this past Wednesday no response to texts or phone messages. Do you not have this company touch your car! My 2019 Honda pilot looks like this now.

Ive been using Safety Auto Glass for probably about 8 years or so now and they have always done an exceptional job replacing windshields for me. Theyre quick. Theyre professional. Theyre personable. They work with my insurance company easily. These folks are so good at this and have taken such good care of my cars needs that I will gladly drive any distance I need to for them to be the only ones who get my business (even though they will also meet me anywhere!). I LOVE THESE PEOPLE! Thanks Emily and everyone else from Safety Auto Glass who has worked on my cars over the years. My only regret is I didnt find this listing so I could let others know how fantastic you all are sooner. Keep up the amazing work! I received a unsolicited sales call from someone on behalf of this company . Whether it was someone paid do calls on their behalf or not is unsure . Left a detailed message with their voice message explaining what occurred and my contact info . If they were concerned they could have said its not us or our sales force screwed up. No follow up or concern to clear up the issue. If my small business,was using a company making cold calls,and they violate the do not call laws, sure would follow up with a person that contacted about entity calling on my behalf or pretending to be my business.Just shows indifference to not spend a few minutes saying not us or oops we made mistake we will correct it .

I wish I would have read the reviews first. My appointment was scheduled for an afternoon install. The holidays got in the way and they rescheduled. No problem at all. They called to reschedule for the Monday afternoon after the holiday. Rather than show up between 2 and 5 they called at 2:30 to let me know they did not have an installer available for today. I let them know to cancel the install as I was not happy with the service I had received to this point and the phone person said she did not understand what I was saying. Anyhow, Dont use them unless you have the most flexible schedule around.

My husband was supposed to receive $100 upon window shield replacement. At first, they wanted to send him money through Venmo - shady - which he doesn’t have. So they promised a check. He has never received a check. He keeps calling and never gets a response. He was told to call corporate, which just goes to voicemail, of course. So I’m going to social media and putting Safety Auto Glass on blast, as well as a local news station. Maybe a news crew and myself will show up this weekend for a little story. Previous reviews have the same complaint. Scam. Let’s see if this company does the right thing.Update: After several weeks of going back and forth, we finally got a check, so the company made good on their promise; however, it took a long time and was frustrating, and apparently, they had other customers who experienced the same thing as far as getting reimbursed. Lance did follow up with us a few days ago to make sure that we received our check, so my husband and I appreciated that. Not sure what the problem was to begin with, but the issue has been resolved.

Installer showed up at 7:45am instead of schedule time 10-12.They promised $100.00 after install, the guy just left I called and he stated they would mail to me that was on 9-19-2020 it’s now 10-7-2020 and keep passing the blame on one another but still haven’t received the $100.00 Don’t trust them. Lesson learnedThey are rude, liars and unprofessional

It is a company that only lies to people and does not know how to work at all. It stresses you with calls then they do not answer the phone and do not show up for appointments. I do not recommend anyone to work with them!

I used this company ONCE years ago. Since then, I get telemarketing calls about every three months despite my many requests to be removed from their list. I will never use this company, nor recommend it, for the simple fact that they will never stop calling you to see if you have a crack in your windshield.

These guys are easy to work with. Ray contacted my insurance provider and Chad the manager came out and performed the windhsield repair. They offer some sort of cash-back deal if you get a windshield replaced. Good customer service the whole way, even though it was only a small repair.

Everything from start to finish with this company was great. The sales rep I was working with helped file my claim through my insurance and was very friendly. The installer showed up in the time frame that I had requested and did a nice clean job putting my windshield in. I also received my $100 cash back that I was originally promised after the work was done. I would highly recommend Safety Auto Glass if you ever need work done.

Violates TCPA with their telemarketing - I will be filing in small claims court to get my $500 penalty from this company.

Used this company many years ago and now I get telemarketing calls all the time for my windshield. If that’s what you looking for then give them a call and expect to be harassed for years

Deserve a ZERO on this rating!! TERRIBLE customer service and experience! First of all, I schedule an appointment for a technician to come to my work to replace my windshield, I was assured that he would be there so I left my car unlocked all day just to find out at 6 PM when I got to my car that the windshield was NOT replaced!! The technician was a NO-SHOW!! When I called to find out what happened the woman who answered the phone rescheduled my appointment. Then during my second appointment the technician showed up, however came with the WRONG size window!!!!! I was told that the windshield that was put in was “temporary” and that there is “no trim around it” so I “cannot get my windshield wet and that the correct size windshield would be in, in just a couple of days and they would come out again and replace it.” Have they done that? NO!!!!! It’s been 3 weeks!!!!!! No one is returning my calls, or text messages!!!! Meanwhile I am commuting back-and-forth on the freeway listening to not only air come through my windshield but it sounds like it’s cracking, and I’ve been unable to clean all the bugs off my windshield because I was instructed I cannot get it wet!!! Like I said no one is returning my calls, text messages or voicemails! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING.. THEY REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD IN MY 2009 CAMARO IN AUGUST,, THEN OUT OF THE BLUE IN NOVEMBER THEY CALLED ME TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING,,, I TOLD THEM A CEMENT TRUCK THREW A ROCK AT MY WINDSHIELD AND CHIPPED IT,,, THEY SAID THEY BE OUT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND PUT A NEW WINDSHIELD IN.. THEY SURE ENOUGH DID,, I TOLD THEM THEY COULD JUST FIXED THE CRACK,... BUT HE SAID NO WE WANT TO FIX YOU UP RIGHT,,, AMAZING TO CALL ME OUT OF THE BLUE AND DO A WELFARE CHECK ON ME.. I wish I could give them a ZERO. Did they replace my windshield? Yes. Was it the same windshield as before - NO. The installer made a comment about not being sure if he had the right glass and then proceeded to put on the WRONG windshield KNOWING they look dramatically different and there were NO HEATERS on the new windshield. I now have a windshield that does not cover my sensors. I will update this post if they resolve the issue but so far they are avoiding me

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. The installers never come in the 4 hour window and last time didn’t even show up at all. There is never an apology for missing the appointment. I have to be the one to call to reschedule when they don’t show up. Now, I’m getting no response from customer service about rescheduling.

Hi I had my windshield done at safety auto glass co for my 2012 chevy traverse n they did a great job in installers called me 30 mins in route n was very good to me n my windshield looks great iam so happy with them n will always use them n recommend them

They promised a free hotel stay with installation of windshield. I left my vehicle open for the installer to do my windshield. He did not leave me a invoice nor have I heard from the safety AutoGlass representative in regards to the trip promise. Ive been calling for 3 weeks with no response.
